"Im a REAL GLIZZY GOBBLA and Dolly makes em just right. With 30 years under her belt slangin glizzys, Dollys Dawgs is a San Jose staple. 10/10 that polish Hitz!"
"Short Story: A great place for small bites and appetizers!Long Story: I've been here 3 times since they opened in September 2024. I've tried their rice dogs, wings, fries, and more! The food is good (for the most part) but their rice dogs are a bit too chewy. The hot dog itself seems a bit subpar. Their wings are great with several different flavors. I've tried the kimchi and badok which was super spicy! The service is good and the portions are okay. There is a bit of a long wait and I'm hoping this gets better over time. The prices are in line with what you get.Verdict: I'll go back someday."
"Makes me think of home! Burgers come with a small side of fries which was perfect sizing! They have desserts on site and it is covered with 2-3 tables, chairs and a heater. 100% I will go back again! The burgers were also done quick and it was priced good!"
"This place is so good! I came here by accident and now it's my go to, when I have a cheat day So let me start with the bacon wrapped hot dogs ... they are delicious... the hamburgers are like the ones they sell in Mexico- they are so tasty ...and then let me tell you about the torta de milanesa, it is off the hook! I highly recommend you come here and try everything they have on the menu!"
"Came here for lunch today with a group of friend's. You order at the counter and the menu is right above it. I decided on the single burger. I loved that you have a lot of options for toppings and condiments for your burger. I also liked that I can choose how my burger is cooked. I chose medium rare with lettuce, tomato, pickles grilled onions with ketchup and mustard. I also ordered the onion rings. The burger was ready in less than 10 minutes. It was fresh and tasty. The meat was very juicy and the vegetables were so fresh. The onion rings were piping hot and crispy and they gave a generous portion. Overall, the food was good, but pricey. I also ordered a small drink and my total bill was $19.96.I do feel that they used fresh ingredients and good quality beef. I would come here again and would like to try the chicken sandwich.I also wanted to mention that they have great customer service. The employees were really friendly and happy to help us."
"We tried this hot dog place for lunch, and the food was delicious! You can order at the 2 kiosks. There is a variety of hot dogs, burgers, fries, milk shakes, and kids menu. The hot dog bun was soft and fresh. The hotdog was cooked perfectly. The French fries was very good, too. I tried the pineapple soft serve ice cream, which tastes like dole whip!Overall, I highly recommend this place inside oakridge mall."
"Got the $7.99 kids meal I had a burger, fries, Mexican coke and an ice cream in a cupThe BEST DEAL in valley fair food court Everything on the menu is over $10 And that's just for a hotdog The kids meal is the sameSize burger as a regular burger Best valley fair food court food hack"
"They are always very friendly. It's a good To-go only place so I usually call head for my food. The chicken teriyaki bowls are my favorite. ."
"Yum! Cash Only. Mario makes a dang good dog. $5 gets you a bacon wrapped hot dog with a ton of toppings. See the list in my picture. Look for the white tents in the parking lot of the tire shop across the street from Rotten Robbie on White Road. If you're not paying attention, you'll drive right by. So good!"
"My bf uber eats this to me and it was easy delivery, secure package with nice big box and bag. The donuts were big and each piece was easy to pull apart and fluffy. They seemed be just baked and fresh! Perfect enough of frosting on top and churro has sugar all around it. The mochi is nice and chewy! Would def recommend."

I love her hot link dog! The best in the bay area! She's super sweet and kind. I've been getting her hot links for over 3 years. It's fast and convenient and the price is reasonable.

Visited this eatery on a quiet Friday afternoon. The half and half korean rice dog (beef dog and mozzarella) with regular panko was freshly made. Stretchy melted cheese and steam coming out. Very crunchy. I'd prefer it a bit more chewy, but it was still good. It took about 10 minutes to be ready, the staff calling my number out to pick up at the counter. Other than that, zero interaction with staff since I ordered from the kiosks at the left side of Fremont Food Hall.

Hmmm, I'm a bit disappointed with my last visit but I won't boycott indefinitely as I try to support food trucks until they turn into a brick and mortar. I ordered the hot link (#10 on the menu) which is a hot link topped off with grilled onions, jalapeños, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. By the time I got home, the hot dog bun was so soggy - it basically melted in the box. I couldn't eat it :(I will update this review the next time I try something else on their menu. I think the trick is to eat whatever you order right when you receive it. Cash only.

Craving a burger decide to try a local spot, food did not disappoint. Honestly best old school burger I've had in a long time, and the double crisp fries - heaven! Coconut milkshake was a nice treat, will definitely be back!

Frank & Furter's is a new hot dog joint located in the food court of Oakridge Mall. My friend and I decided to try it before watching our movie. Honestly, I never thought I'd be impressed by hot dogs but this place surprisingly changed my mind. It had a fun nostalgic vibe to it and seems group/family-friendly. Food: 5/5 We ordered a BBQ Bacon Burger, Smokin' Chipotle Dog, House Fries, and a caramel milkshake. The smoked sausage on the Chipotle Dog was sooo good and had a snap to it! The fries were also crispy, hand-cut, and fresh - you don't really see that too often at restaurants. All the flavors were great and I enjoyed the different fusions they offered. For milkshakes, they have a variety of flavors to choose from. One of the best shakes I've tried in SJ. Service: 5/5 The girls at the counter were friendly and helpful. They offered me a free sample when I couldn't decide which soft-serve flavor to choose.

I love this hamburger stand . The family own business is so clean and the people are friendly. The hamburgers are Angus beef 100% , also the hamburgers were once voted the best in the central coast. I also like the beef teriyaki bowls with rice. They have a really nice salad it taste, so good I always get two servings. They recommend this burger stand for everyone to go and enjoy good food.

"Fabulous service and great food. I am so thankful for how kind and patient the employee was with my staff and students. Thanks so much!"
"Got some lunch for the family! The prices are above average compared to other burger places, but support family businesses! It's right next to happy lemon and has lots of parking. There were happy diners already eating their burgers, and I was able to place my order immediately when I walked in. I ordered 2 burgers and a combo. It took about 15 minutes for my order since they cook it fresh on the grill in front of you. They have a condiment bar of sauces and vegetables. The burger quality was juicy, filling, and delicious. My mom and sister were happy, so that's a win for me! The fries were salted to perfection and crispy. Would come here again to try other burgers!"
"Finally!!!I've been to La Vic twice since moving back to SJ, and either drunk food in LA spoiled me, or La Vic just isn't that good anymore....BUT since I'm a creature of habit, I finished my last drink of the night before blacking out (ok, the truth is that someone bumped into me and I was so drunk that I dropped it) and started walking over to La Vic. At the (NW) corner of San Pedro and Santa Clara, I saw something that looked familiar"you've gotta be f'n kidding me...... a late night bacon-wrapped hot dog stand in DTSJ?!"http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/delicious-hot-dogs-san-jose?select=jk4Oj12TDonA2gbyWeD-hQ#jk4Oj12TDonA2gbyWeD-hQHoly s**t that hot dog was good! onions, peppers, jalapeños..... whatever they had, I asked her to pile it on. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/delicious-hot-dogs-san-jose?select=jk4Oj12TDonA2gbyWeD-hQ#L0hd8uGiFuSKLqQmuiitrwKilled it hot dog in the 30 seconds or less that it took me to get to La Vic. I still waited in line, still put in the order, and still got what I always get (and picked up a few things for my friends that were coming to pick my drunk ass up).....but after getting my food, I walked right back to the hot dog stand. Was about to order 5 more (2 for me, 3 for my friends), but they pulled up n made me get in the car before I could put in the order. For the money I spent on La Vic that night (that ended up tasting like sh*t anyway), I could'a gotten 10 of these hot dogs....Will be back again soon before throwing in a 5th star."
"The Happy Hound is a nostalgic spot for my boyfriend. We were in the area and decided to eat at The Happy Hound for lunch. The private lot for The Happy Hound is very small, so if it's packed you will have to find some street parking. The shop itself is very small, probably only about 4-5 tables inside? I think there are some tables outside too and there is one gender neutral bathroom outside. We decided to order the happy hound, happy burger and the garlic parm tots. We enjoyed the happy hound more than the burger. Don't forget to ask for your hot dog grilled because I believe the standard is like a boiled hot dog. They definitely don't skip out on the toppings. There was a lot of onions on our happy hound. The Happy Burger was fine. The garlic parm tots were ok. They fry on them were good, but with the extra cost to make them garlic parm wasn't worth it because the garlic was very faint in taste. You're probably better off getting regular tots or fries. This spot is a classic and if you are ever in the area, check it out for a quick bite!"
"Just had Bibz and Ribz while at Christmas in the Park. Ordered a double smash burger and a grilled cheese sandwich. Food was amazing. Burger had great taste to it, and the food was served in good time given how busy they were with the crowd. They even had a tv setup to keep folks entertained while everything was cooked. Definitely going to visit again."
"I was considering catering for my kid's b-day party and this was one option. We went here and had a round of hot dogs and we both enjoyed it. So, we were told to get in touch with Kevin and worked to plan the menu. We settled with a variety of hot dogs, tri-tip sliders, and salads to round out the party. On that day, Kevin came through with a hot dog cart full of the food we discussed and had a blast. Food was excellent, my daughter had a great time, fun time was had by all who were there. The quinoa-edamame salad was a surprise and enjoyed by all. I plan on coming back the next time we're in the area. Thank you so much Kevin and the team!!"
"Few miles from my house but I've never thought to eat here. Open until 12am. Food was good. Service was excellent. Place is very clean."
"It is in the food court at Valley Fair, which made me reminisce about Hot Dog on a Stick. So, I ordered the corn dog kids meal and garlic fries. The fries were super dry. The corn dog was mushy. They don't have trays or proper napkins so you need to either go back and forth to a nearby table at the mall or try to balance everything. The woman who manages it all is friendly and let me come back to get the ice cream, so that was nice. So really 2 stars for the food. 5 stars for the service, which is really 3, but it is the mall and for food court food it's pretty ok. Try it if you're at the mall, but don't make a special trip just for it."
"I recently visited Frank and Furter's Handcrafted Hot Dogs, and it was an absolute treat! Their menu is packed with variety, and everything I tried was incredible. To start, I had the Jumbo Mozzarella Cheese Stick, which was perfectly crispy with a gooey cheese pull. The Garlic Fries were loaded with flavor, and the Chicken Nuggets & Fries were the perfect comfort food combo. As for their specialty hot dogs, the IMPOSSIBLE™ Kyoto Heat, IMPOSSIBLE™ Truffle Dog, and IMPOSSIBLE™ Chicago were all so unique and delicious - I was impressed by how flavorful their plant-based options were. For a classic bite, the American Chicken Sandwich was juicy and satisfying. For dessert, the Funnel Cake Fries with chocolate sauce stole the show - a sweet, crispy treat to end the meal! I paired my meal with a refreshing Root Beer and a fruity Strawberry-Pomegranate drink, both perfect complements. The staff was kind and helpful, walking us through the menu and making great recommendations. There's plenty of clean seating space, making it a great spot to hang out and enjoy your meal.If you're looking for handcrafted, flavorful hot dogs and more, I'd highly recommend giving Frank and Furter's a visit!"
"First time here and I will definitely be coming back! Delicious food. The street dogs are my favorite. Tacos are great and full of meat. They got great spicy salsas and other condiments. The workers are very nice people and fast at cooking up the food on a very nice cleaned taco stand. Im glad I found this new spot! P.S. It's cash only."
"CASH ONLY! The only spot makes and sells handmade quesadilla fritas or FRIED QUESADILLAS that I know of! ...and they're bomb AF. Estilo Hot Dog used to be the late night spot for my fiancé and I. They cater to the evening/late night folks..good after a night of drinking! They converted from their little cart in front of the liquor store and moved across the street into food truck located right in front of Napa Auto Parts. So there's decent parking from the auto parts store or you can park along the streets. You can find them by looking for the Napa Auto Parts shop off Monterey Road. They have a "Hot Dogs" flag flowing in the wind to catch your eye too. Lol. Monday: CLOSEDTues-Thursday: 6pm-12am Friday-Saturday: 6pm-12am Sunday: 6pm-1am So dress warmly if you plan to stay and eat at the food truck since it can get chilly late at night or just eat in your car! To order, decide what you want from their poster menus and a lady in an apron standing around the truck will take your order. She'll call out your order to the cook in the food truck and then collect your money. You have an option of togo or eating at their fold out tables. What is a fried quesadilla? Think of masa dough, molded into the shape of a taco/empanada, deep fried to golden brown, sliced down the middle and stuffed with your choice of filling. They serve the fried quesadillas on foiled wrapped plastic baskets. All fried quesadillas are $3.50 each. Choices of fillings include..Pollo/chicken -the BEST! Chicharron/pork rinds Rajas Con Creama/green pepper with cream sauceExtra queso/extra cheese Salchicha/sausage I would stick to the chicken fried quesadilla. All the others tasted basic. They also sell Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs for $5 each and Elote $3. They have a small selection of sauces, mayo/sour cream, cheese, green peppers and salsas, that are all self-serve, so you can custom your fried quesadillas or hot dogs to your liking! Need some sweets or snacks? The have a whole other fold out table which is covered in different mexican candies and snacks available for purchase. Bomb."
"Food was great service was fast and very friendly ... Tamales are my go to for this spot not dry not mushy just perfectly cooked"
"My family and I were walking around the mall on a Saturday afternoon around 2 pm and lucky enough to find a short queue. Usually, I avoid attempting to line up since it's popular that the queue is long. That day was different. PARKING: Since this place is inside the mall, the closest parking lot you want to go to is near 99 Ranch Market. Spacious parking lot but you may have to walk a bit since the close parking spaces are usually filled up. AMBIENCE: I like the clean aesthetic and the bright light fixtures. Instagrammable venue that is eye catching. They don't have tables near the place to enjoy your donuts, so it's mostly to go or take a table far from the stand. SERVICE: It's self serve via an iPad, but they have a staff member stationed right in front in case you have any questions. ORDERS: We ordered the 6 donut box for $17.99. The price point is broken down to $3 per Mochi donut. That was the better buy to me instead of getting a 12 pack for $34.99, only saving a $1 difference. All across the board the donuts though were delicious, fluffy, light as air, and semi-sweet. I like the aesthetic of each donut and the strawberry pocky with the strawberry donut was a nice touch. RATING: We ended up finishing the entire box within the same day, so definitely good."
"Worst food truck experience I've had in a long time. We had to wait about 20 minutes for 2 hotdogs. The fries were not cooked--some of them were literally cold still. We saw them mess up 2 other people's orders while waiting. The hotdog was okay but got unappetizingly soggy before I finished it. Staff were very nice though!"
