Not bad, pretty generic burger, and the fries are going to be steak fries if you like that style.The staff are very accommodating and cater to your specifications for the food. Overall a solid 3.5/5

This review hurts. Parking: 5/5, interior decor: 5/5, This place has so much potential but falls so far off. The "old school" diner is all there but they are not trying hard enough. The menu is extremely messy to where they had 7 menus all over the place. All in different font, style and color. I ordered the California burger and it's two small patties with Kraft cheese and two white bread. No condiments unless you ask. No napkins unless you ask. Might have been the worse burger I have ever had, nothing special for $9.There was zero AC, it felt about 85-90 degrees inside the place when outside was about 70 due to the glass window and sun glaring in. All in all; the location is prime and the aesthetics are all there - they just need new management and better quality food sad to say.

This is a really good and inexpensive diner in the area. It is not fancy, and your food is served on paper plates, but you can't beat the prices! The service is also fantastic. This is a family owned business and the owners go out of their way to make stellar diner food and deliver with a smile.

From the outside, you wouldn't expect this place to be anything more than a gimmicky 80s restaurant, but inside the service is great, and the food is excellent. I had the Philly cheese steak combo with soda and fries, and it was great. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

This is a great spot. I talked to the woman working there who said it has been there for 60 years! The menu was actually surprisingly large and I found it hard to make a choice but I settled on the California burger which comes with avocado and is served on sourdough toast.Food came out fresh and fast - and it was definitely a nostalgic bite. Very much reminds me of the burger place I used to go to as a kid.The outdoor seating is very nice too.

I had an issue with my order they took it and fixed it no questions asked and the food is delicious. EXCELLENT customer service delicious fresh ingredients and a calm old school burger joint, with football playing on the television. Most definitely will be back and you should most definitely try for yourself.

This place has been here forever, and it's possible I came here as a child, but I hadn't been as an adult, though I've driven past many times. Today was the day to try it! I wasn't particularly in a burger mood, so I ordered the BLT, and it was a straightforward, no-frills, old-fashioned BLT done just right. (probably should have taken a picture but I was just too hungry to wait ) I got it with fries, which they kindly cooked to order (crispy), though I was slightly disappointed by the amount for the price. They were cooked perfectly, however and I demolished them. The staff was very nice; the counter guy is very attentive and brings the food out to the tables with alacrity, which I appreciated. It's not a fancy place by any means, but I was comfortable and it was finally cool enough that I could have eaten outside but chose inside, and checked out all the memorabilia. I can see why this place has stood the rest of time and I'm definitely going to stop back in when I'm in the area!

After all the years I've lived in the bay I decided it was finally time to give this place a shot. I was craving a patty melt and that's exactly what I got here. You walk in and the decorations and music are basically frozen in time and just gives you that hometown feel. The food gives off very homemade lunch that hits the spot. The fries were okay, they were crunchy. The left over half of my sandwich will be nice to come home to after a late Friday night out The cashier was very friendly and welcoming which is always so great to walk into. I'm just glad to say I've finally tried it!

Love this place. Has new owners -- he hasn't raised the prices and is very accommodating. If something not right he fixes it.Love their zucchini sticks!!!! Haven't gotten a bad meal yet.Breakfast or lunch don't think you can go wrong.Highly recommend the place.
