2 stars: apparently the arcade implemented a new policy that points on game cards cannot be combined. This is an absolutely silly rule as we have several cards we either bought or were given for birthday parties / events. A few months ago this was not the rule!! My son waited to redeem at that time so he could rack up enough to get a big prize and was told yesterday that he could no longer do that now. Second negative - the bar charges an automatic 18% gratuity!! Wtf. Not the case when I was here a few months ago. You've been warned!!4 stars: for being a nice diversion at the mall for kids & families to enjoy. Wednesdays are half off games in the arcade.

Bowlero Valley Fair is the ultimate spot for a fun night out! From the moment you walk in, you're hit with good vibes and a super energetic atmosphere--perfect for a night with friends or even a casual date. The place has that cool, modern bowling alley vibe with neon lights, a sleek bar area, and music that sets the perfect tone for a laid-back yet lively evening. You can tell they've really created a fun environment where you can unwind and let loose! What really sets Bowlero apart is how affordable it is. For a night of bowling, drinks, and good times, the pricing is super reasonable--especially for how much fun you're getting in return. They even have different specials depending on the night, which is great if you're trying to make the most of your budget. The staff here is amazing, too. They were all really helpful, from getting us set up with our lane to making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. The service was fast and friendly, and they were more than happy to help when we had questions or needed something.Honestly, we had such a blast! Bowling, great tunes, some drinks, and friendly faces--it made for the perfect night. If you're looking for a fun and affordable night out with friends, Bowlero Valley Fair is where it's at. Would definitely return for round two!

We had a great experience thanks to our bartender Edgar, who went out of his way to help us. He's always friendly and makes excellent martinis. The quesadilla and milkshake were both delicious, and his service made the night even better. I Highly recommend this place.

Nice place in Valley Fair mall. Along with that comes Valley Fair prices. One large beer was like $17! And they do not have happy hour or drink specials while NFL games are on. I think they should put 1 or 2 beers - even if Coors light - on soecial. There are plenty of tvs and arcade games. I guess parents can send their kids to play while watching sports.

Saturday night, Charged 18% Service Charge on every purchase, including Food purchased and Drinks. I asked why this was and the answer was just "it goes directly to the team". I much rather pay this on my accord and with cash which I carry to tip...The digital food pricing sign located on the food truck was conveniently tugged into the wall, which did gave the impression an order of wings was 7.99 vs 17.99... I will be reporting to the BBB in the coming days. Also for ticket purchases do you not allow to combine tickets cards? Smh

Bowlero in Valley Fair. I came here for a work event. The best place to park is the far garage near Winchester Blvd (Winchester Parking Garage). The place is farly new. It's lively with colorful lights, arcade games, bowling, food, and a bar.Sorry, but I didn't notice the pricing nor the shoe rental price as we were hurrying to the event. They had chicken wings, beef sliders, chicken tenders, tater tots, French fries, onions rings, and pizza. I liked my drink of a Southern Charm: Jim Beam Peach, Raspberry liqueur, and Lemonade. The drink wasn't too strong but had a nice sweet fruity taste to it.

Bowlero is one of the big chains in the area as most of the other bowling places did not survive during COVID. We usually go to the one in Milpitas as that one is the closest to us but finally got to check out the one inside Valley Fair as we had some free time this Memorial Day.Here are some of my thoughts:[[ Pro's ]]1.) New Bowling PlaceSince this place is about a year-old, everything is new. You have newer shoes, newer arcade games, newer bowling balls (the balls have two different hole sizes per ball so people with bigger hands can use them). It's a nice feeling going to a new establishment compared to the older ones in the area.2.) ServiceAlthough sometimes service can be slow, I thought the staff at least was super nice and checked in frequently to make sure we are okay. [[ Con's ]]1.) Check-In ProcessI think the Check-In process needs work. We reserved and paid for our lane online and thought they would have an expedited line for us to go through since we just needed to pick up shoes. Nope....We waited in line with everyone else which can be painfully slow depending on how big the party size, people thinking about what they want to do, and even slower if people are signing up for the Summer Pass. Our allotted time was 12:00pm to 1:30pm and we eventually got to our lane at 12:20pm. They didn't short us on time which I appreciate though. The other weird thing is that you can't go to the lane yourself. You have to wait for someone to walk you to your lane which also slows down the process. I like the older establishments where they tell you which lane you were on and you walked there yourself to start the game.2.) 18% Service FeeI usually tip well but I always get a bad feeling when I see a mandatory service fee added at establishments. Just keep in mind if you order anything on the menu, this is added at the cart automatically. It can get pricey if you ordering a lot for your party.3.) Small LanesCompared to other Bowling Alleys, I thought the lanes were super cramped here. I think this Bowling Alley has 22 lanes but it felt so small. For example, if someone is bowling, you have to bend over in your seat to see how they bowled since it is blocked if you sit straight up.

There are probably 2 people working in this entire establishment, at least it feels that way. No sign or anything letting people know that you can't redeem tickets. This was going on for 10mins, I couldn't wait and just left.

We always say we're going to stop by and bowl at this location, finally got the chance to and it was fun. The customer service was pretty good. We played two games during the early afternoon so it wasn't too pricy. The area was pretty clean. Overall not bad.
