Big Brothers Burgers

I'm so glad that this burger place opened in our neighborhood!Friendly staff, large menu of burgers, and great food. The prices are fair for the quality and amount of food.Try the chorizo burger!

Disappointing. I came here with my mom and brother tonight.Pros:-The cashier was super friendly and came around to check on us several times. She also turned down the music which was pretty loud.-They have a good selection of food, so if you come here with a group they should be able to find something they like (burgers, sandwiches, salads, fish and chips, chicken tenders).-They have a couple of TVs so this would be a good place to watch a game, and they have beer.Cons:-The food was really underwhelming. The mozzarella sticks were cold when they came out and we asked if they could be warmed up, but even when they came out the second time the cheese was basically still cold in the middle. The burgers, fries, and tots were alright but nothing to write home about. My brother found a hair in his food but we didn't say anything since we had already asked to reheat the mozzarella sticks.-The restaurant was ICE COLD. We all were wearing our coats the whole time because it was absolutely freezing in there.

Got tipped off about this place through neighborhood website.Well done burgers and fried food at moderate pricing.Only issue is doors wide open and no heat in winter.

I arrived at Big Brothers at 7:37 PM tonight to order a burger on my way home, well within the posted operating hours (the restaurant closes at 8 PM). However, I was rudely and unprofessionally told by the young girl at the counter, "We are closed," and she refused to take my order. Moments later, she was hanging out at a table with friends.Nowhere on the restaurant operating hours signage is there any mention of a 7:40p last call or was there a sign on the door indicating they were closing early tonight. If this is standard practice, it should be communicated clearly to customers. This unprofessional behavior left a very negative impression, and I took my business elsewhere.

This is a solid burger joint. This would be the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat and watch a game. They've got about two or three TVs and one you can actually mirror onto. Seriously, you can connect your phone to one other TVs. The owners are super friendly and have set up this place Like a classic burger joint. It is definitely a hidden gem. I ordered their basic Classic hamburger, medium. The hamburger was cooked to perfection and was made with fresh ingredients, seriously tasty. It also came along with fries. You know those delicious battered ones. So good. I drank a Coca-Cola and it was mix perfectly. I destroyed about three of them. I also saw Lamberger on the menu and I'll be back to try that one out.

Overall burger good. Would have liked patty rare or medium vs well done as served. Pastrami and condiments excellent. Rings great except portion a little small... could have been a few more.

Came here earlier today and tried the Kali burger, it was really good! Owner Ray was really friendly and steered us in the right direction. The onion rings were crispy and delicious. I got a house made drink which was really sweet. I'll be back for sure!

I really enjoy Big Brothers, I think they have solid burgers and a really big menu for a burger joint. I've only gotten their burgers to go so I need to try eating there but even to go is great. I recently got their mozzarella sticks because I was craving some and they didn't disappoint!

I ordered burgers to drop off at my dad's place. Great service and food quality. Burger perfectly cooked.
