Better Butter Bakes

Amazing. I discovered this bakery while at the farmers market and after trying their samples I fell in love. I was hosting an event later that week and realized it was the perfect dessert option due to the size of the mini cakes and the flavors. I worked with the owner later that day to organize an order to be picked up later that week and she was incredibly helpful and responsive so that we could make it work. I can't wait to order from here again for future events!! My biggest regret is not taking enough pictures of the cakes!

We first discovered BBB at our local Farmers Market at DeAnza in Cupertino. We were thoroughly impressed. So light, just enough sweetness, full of complex flavors. Each bite elicits a smile. Based on the experience, we decided to order a custom creation from Gauri for a birthday. The chocolate mousse entremet. So beautiful to look at, it also tasted divine! Gauri shared that she hopes to open her own bakery one day. I hope that becomes a reality for her.
