Bernal Bagels & Donuts

First time here. Ordered 3 bacon,sausage, egg and cheese bagels The eggs are microwaved, the sausage microwaved, the bagels were at least run through a toaster.After paying, was given the option to tip, I decided not for whatever reason. After getting into eating, noticed no bacon although they charged me for it. I don't feel so bad for not tipping. Overall it's a ok bagel sandwich.

I recently got a job around this area and was asked if I would like to have bagels brought back. I put in my order for an everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese. I received a poppy seed bagel toasted with cream cheese.As for the flavor of the food, I would describe it as an average bagel. A couple of us in our group said they had slightly upset stomachs after eating the bagels and cream cheese, I didn't have that issue as much. I would like to give them another chance as this was my 1st time trying out this spot, but I'll likely check out other local shops before returning.

I ordered three Spam, egg, and cheese on croissants sandwiches and they were delicious. They were made to order which is always a plus. Also had a donut, they were okay. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly. I'd definitely go back again.

Wow this place must have new management bc they have the best service I've seen in the local area as per bagel sandwiches. They serve fresh donuts and bagel sandwiches and they even gave me a free donut to go! Check this place out. They also have Coffees and Bobas! I did get Soy Cappuccino, the Turkey club, and the hot dog bagels. Very tasty !

This parking lot used to be pretty dead, but now it seems a little more busier. I am so happy that this donut shop made it through the pandemic, and I love their moist yet outside crispy croissants!!!Pretty simple and easy decor of menu/pictures with numbered breakfast sandwiches along with some beautiful paintings from Asia. Hee looking around at their delicious pictures always makes me hungry! They also have Boba and smoothies!

Service here is terrible. I paid 24$ for two bagels and two donuts. On top of that my bagels didn't even have cream cheese. They're cheap here and only want money. They do not care about customer service or even decent service. I asked for a plain cup of just ice and they wanted to charge me $2. Will never be coming back. Stay away! Main St Bagels is the place to go. They are so warm and welcoming and extremely nice. Go there!

Best BAGELS I have ever had in life!Soooo fresh and chewy. Everything is super fresh. Also, apple fritters are outstanding!Slightly crispy on the outside with a moist apple filling. My new go to bagel and donut shop.

One of my favorite spots in San Jose! Food is awesome, Coffee is amazing! The owner and her son are always working hard!

Today is my second day in a row coming to this donut/bagel shop. I ordered a bagel yesterday that had the thinest layer of cream cheese I've ever seen on a bagel as you could see the entire bagel through the cream cheese. They did a very light skim coat yesterday so today wanting more cream cheese I asked for the same bagel with extra cream cheese. They charge me $6.50 for one bagel and at most bagel shops I would get double the cream cheese that they gave me when I ordered extra cream cheese very disappointing as I could've bought a whole tub of cream cheese from the refrigerator And the bagel for less price.

Came in for a small bite to eat with my son. Table was dirty, asked if I could get a cloth to wipe the table. She said she would do this, 2 swipes across the table with attitude and walked away and still dirty. Gave our sandwiches to another couple, they opened and touched, realized not theirs. Asked shop to make them again, just rewrapped and handed to us. Asked for napkins, given with attitude again. I come here for my business all the time buying donuts for customers. I will not return. This is the 3rd issue with customer service we have experienced. Shop getting dirtier and dirtier each time i go. RUDEST customer service i have ever experienced here.
