Baker's Village is a charming little gem of a Korean bakery, filled with an array of delicious Korean-style baked goods that feel both comforting and unique. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it's clear that a lot of care goes into both the food and the customer experience. The older gentleman behind the counter was incredibly kind, even adding a free bread to my purchase, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. (I picked up three breads but couldn't resist digging into one before taking photos!)The treats here are as delightful as the experience itself, and it's the kind of local business that deserves all the support it can get. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by, not only for the fantastic baked goods but also to support this lovely spot.

The bread was still warm when I got here on a Saturday morning, and all the breads were so fresh! Super easy parking, friendly service and really good prices too. Great quality and taste, and variety too. My favorites here are the croquette, red bean, and soboros. The mini banana shaped breads, castella and palmiers get a shoutout too since they're my childhood favorites.

I need to move to Korea based on how much I like their food, movies, culture...and add bakeries to the list. This is a small bakery with a lot of goodies. My fave was the simple but delicious bread filled with chocolate cream.

Quality/Quantity - Got here right when they opened at 8am. 3 ladies working hard to get out the products. But they still had a decent selection.Today my picks were:Walnut Scone - Not as dry as most other bakery scones, decent amount of walnuts. But it was messy and crumbs were everywhere.Mugwort Castella - Good, mostly. I especially like the cream in the middle. This is also messy and will get crumbs everywhere. Yesterday we had Mugwort Mochi, so I wanted to keep the theme going, lol. Atmosphere - Small local bakery. Some inside seating, see pictures.Plenty of mall parking. Be safe as there are warning signs to take your valuables with you... Also, they have additional parking in the rear of the building.Open 7 days a week from 8:30am to 9pm. As I write this review, I just noticed that I showed up half an hour early... Hence the team is still putting out the baked goods. I saw the door open and just walked in and they still took care of me.Service - Good.Price - $8, just made the $8 minimum for credit card use. LOL.Owner Comment - Congrats on your success for over 20+ years...?

This review pains me to write because the lady behind the counter at Baker's Village was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly and even threw in a free snack with my order. Honestly, if it wasn't for her sweetness and her amazing service, this would be a 1-star review.Unfortunately, the pastries themselves were a major letdown. I tried both the strawberry cake and what I believe was a green tea or black sesame cake (my memory fails me on the exact flavor). Both were incredibly dry, bordering on stale. The crumb on the cake was gritty and unpleasant, and the bread was so hard that even the sturdy plastic fork and spoon they provided struggled to cut through it. The strawberry cake was marginally better than the other cake, but neither was salvageable after a single bite. It's important to note that I visited towards the end of the day, but even with that in mind, the state of the pastries suggested they were several days old. The sloppy presentation of some of the other cakes on display wasn't exactly confidence-inspiring either. Now, they do have a wider selection of bakery items, including Korean pastries, so perhaps my experience doesn't reflect everything they offer. While the service is truly top-notch, I'm hesitant to give it another try.

It was not too busy and I had a great experience here grabbing my pastries. I wasn't looking for anything particular, but I thought I would explore the various Korean bakery options that they had here. I will say that it is different than Paris baguette, or your regular franchise Korean bakery. This place feels homey and food that is made with love. Service was great, and the options were many and I would say the cakes are delicious. I would return to grab some traditional, Korean pastries, and try their macaroons which I didn't get to this time.

Pretty okay baked goods here. They remind me a lot of the ones found at the bakery section of Korean grocery store Mega Mart in Sunnyvale.Soft and light bakery items here (a lot of them being sponge-cake-based) but most of the ones that I tried were leaning towards becoming stale. Felt particularly a bit bamboozled about the banana cake being simply a vanilla sponge cake that just so happens to be banana shaped lol. My favorite item in my haul though was the green bean bread because the green bean filling was satisfyingly super smooth.Very polite lady at the cashier. Easy lot parking. Overall if you want to support a small bakery in the area and are curious about what it offers I'd say it's worth a visit here.

We tried croquette, banana cake and red beam. Very underwhelmed. Croquette was dry and had weird sour taste. It was also dry. And I thought everything taste good when deep fried including shoe. Banana cake is missing Banana taste, it should be called yellow Banana shaped cake. Probably will not return. Your experience may vary with other items though.

Cute lil bakery section inside hankook supermarket. The sweet lady gave me an extra curry croquet bun with my purchase! The green bean bun, curry croquets, and milk bread was all yummy.

Lovely local bakery with, in my opinion, a better variety than Paris Baguette or 85°. The coffee was pourover style, and I enjoyed both the sweet and savory items I ordered. Most notably, I felt comfortable and unrushed while shopping and having a late lunch here. Kind, pleasant service, as well.
