Came here for the food market. It's open 24 hours and I normally get the Pani Puri which I love. You get 5 pieces per order. If you like spicy food, you will enjoy their dishes. It's all vegetarian heaven and so flavorful. I've also ordered the samosa chat and bel puri. They're delicious. The grocery store is also cool with all kinds of different product and it's so clean. The vegetable department is awesome too. Fresh veggies!!! I get my okra here. Service is quick and the staff is friendly. Give it a try.

You can find EVERYTHING here. The sweet shop has so many mouth watering delicacies, from rasmalai, rasgulla to mango lassi, you name it!And sooo many varieties of paan, including gulab jamun paan, say what??! It was sweet and delicious. The Pani puri stall outside the store serves 5 different flavors of Pani including khatta meetha, pomegranate, mint, tamarind and mango, all of which were unique, haven't had these many varieties of Pani puri ever!I could just go on eating these....

This review is specifically for Apni Mandi food court located inside the shop. They have ample seating, are spacious and well maintained. I've been here twice in the last 2 weeks and tried a range of sabjis & they all are incredibly tasty *drools*Their combos are a total value for money - for $7.99 you get 2 rotis and rice with a choice of 2 curries. $9.99 if you want 3 curries. We also tried their Papdi Chaat and Dahi Puri both of which was insanely delicious. The mix of chutneys and spices hit all the right spots!! Do not miss trying out their gulab jamun - it's served HOT like it should be ;)

This market replaced what was once a Lucky's supermarket. It's bright, clean, and open 24 hours. You can only enter from the entrance on the left and exit out of the doors on the right. Right when you walk in, you're hit with a wall of goods. I needed coconut milk and it was the first thing I saw when the double doors slid open for me. And it was a good price! The space is under-utilized with a good 1/4 of the store (at least) not being used. The area to the left in the store is all open space and the back wall where the meat dept. used to be is totally empty. There are aisles and aisles of an amazing variety of lentils, spices, and Indian specialty ingredients. I walked down an aisle that had cooking oils - I have never seen so many different brands of ghee in my life. It was unreal. This is a really great place to find spices and Indian-specific ingredients. A little more challenging to find some of the more basic stuff (I was looking for bullion cubes and was unsuccessful, but they had a bajillion varieties of tamarind paste which I also happened to need.)They also have a deli where the old bakery/deli counter used to be, but at 9 at night, there were loads of people there, so I didn't get to check out the goods (wish I had.)I'll have to make another trip back.

This is a new Indian store in the area and it's huge! They have huge variety of items be it lentils, snacks, sweets, fresh produce. You name it, they have it. We visited this place prior to Diwali and they had lots of decoration items like wall decor, diyas, rangoli supply. We got what we were looking for and few more items. They had good variety of sweets and snacks for Diwali too. You can buy vegetarian pastries also if you like.Staff was prompt and moved the lines quickly. Overall a great Indian store in the neighborhood and no need to go to Sunnyvale for major items.

Really bad food - We went thinking the food will be the same as we used to get from Mountain View APni Mandi but we were in for a shock! Samosas were literally dripping in oil- filling not good. Paneer was too hard and gravy had the sharp sour taste of canned tomatoes. Make roti was as thick as rubber and saag was completely sour(too much mustard). Will not recommend this place. For Groceries and vegetables - yes this place had an amazing collection hence the one star!

This is a very nice and clean Market. I came in to check this place with my sister and we had fun. The prices are cheaper than others and the vegetables are fresh! When I needed help with something I was looking for, they were very helpful and attentive. They also have a restaurant inside selling vegetarian curries, fried foods and desserts.I recommend this place esp for Asians looking for some vegetables ingredients and spices :)

Apni Mandi Farmers Market1350 S Park Victoria Dr, Milpitas, Ca 95035 (408) 770-0613April 6th, 2024We were in Milpitas, so we decided to check out Apni Mani. Worst decision (Lol) Mom was in the rice aisle for 30 mins. She was in rice heaven. OMG! I have never seen that many varieties of rice in my life. Best to say that Mom her IT grocery store for rice. My Filipino Peeps- you must check out Apni Mandi and their rice aisle. The store is big, very well lighted, the workers were friendly and greeted the customers with smiles. Very cleaned aisles. Very well stocked, well maintained; my OCD brain was aesthetically in happy mode. I am not 100% familiar with Indian products, but I made do with the little knowledge that I have. I had to try the pickled garlic and mango I am thinking of pairing that with fried fish. I got a bottle of rose water, bottle of their mango lassi drink. FYI- the frozen puri- so delish. Must try and the instant stuffing for the pani puri over the top of the fried -omg delish. It is also great pairing with white rice. Next time I am getting the street style pani puri balls and the stuffing that goes with it. We will be back for sure. This time will try their fresh food at the deli. For sure I will be getting more Indian delicatessens and snacks.NOTE: They have a pani puri stand outside but it would 30 more minutes before they were to open. So, for sure I will be there to try them.

I live 5min drive away from this place and have ordered 2 and 3 veg combo a few times but every single time I noticed the the thing they claim as paneer is not paneer but some hard or frozen substance they sell to bring down their cost. There is no way paneer can be that hard otherwise that even with fork it takes effort to cut it into pieces. They also refry samosa, pakora and veg puff if they too old and sell again the next day. Please don't fall for the trap of low prices. This place serves old and frozen crap after reheating.

Very disappointed with their in house food court! I got their paneer dish which was not great. The price for a very small container is overpriced. There were only about 5 paneer pieces. I don't mind paying good money for good quantity and quality food. Overall bad experience and will not be returning.
