San Jose Restaurant

This place came to the rescue when birthday dinner plans fell through elsewhere. We were quickly seated, the staff was super accommodating and kind. They let us put an ice cream cake in the freezer, prepped it with lit candles, and even all sang happy birthday to my husband when the time came for dessert. Great food/portions, prices, service and vibes! We will definitely be back :)

This was absolutely awful. It took forever just to get water. Had to ask twice. I ordered nachos, and they were such a sad pile of food I sent them back and told them take it off my bill. There were hardly any chips, the meat was cold, and there was a huge pile or lettuce to cover it all. I won't ever step foot in here again.

Giving 5 stars to boost the ratings. Had lunch and it was delicious. Service was good too. I had the pollo relleno. If you're looking for something on the lighter side this is a must. Lots of grilled veggies and spinach. I already started eating but you can see how good it was. I had the sauce on the side just in case it was spicy but it wasn't. Will come back again!

Had a wonderful dinner right here in Zebulon! Food and service outstanding! They even customized a desert just for us!

Walked in and was instantly greeted ! Sat us down at a booth which was extremely comfy. Service was great and the food was amazing ! Absolutely love this restaurant!

I was so disappointed! I ordered a taco salad it was mostly brands and made very sloppy! I've eaten here many times a, but this was absolutely tasteless ! Yea want be eating there any times soon!

i've been coming here for years but the workers are just not fast enough. it took them very long to give the bill

The food was ok, the service was not great, and the bill was a surprise. We were charged a fee for "customer service ", just under $3. When we went to pay, I asked about the fee and the cashier said due to credit card fees. The charge was on the bill when he brought it to the table. Seemed a bit presumptive but ok we rolled with it. THEN they automatically charged us a 20% tip. When I asked the cashier, she said they automatically charge 20% for a large party. There were TWO of us, I told her that. She then said at a certain amount of the bill they will automatically charge 20%. I believe in tipping well and it seemed presumptive yet again for them to assume we were ok with it. I thought it was a rip off, we just went out for a nice meal and got slammed with extra costs. Nope, not going back there.

Horrible. Asked for 2 strawberry mango margaritas on the special board which listed for $5 each and instead paid $15 each. The excuse that they came up with was that we had to ask for the special size that they paired that deal to. This was not written anywhere in the special board. DO NOT BUY MARGARITAS AT SAN JOSE IN ZEBULON, NC.

Service was polite and very fast! Food was really good and decent size portions. Loved the atmosphere and felt like it was clean.
