Attentive Service in a very laid back and Quiet Ramen Restaurant. Ramen is very good and not high in Sodium and most importantly MSG. I wish the Ramen Restaurant had Gyoza as the appetizer compliments the Ramen. Otherwise a Good Portioned sized Ramen Bowl for an individual eater.

We stopped in this place on a whim and are very happy with the experience. The chicken karaage was perfect and we both had the ramen for dinner. The broth was very nuanced and had a lot of depth. The spice level is perfect (I had level 2) and I will be coming back again. Mya and her husband are very welcoming and put out great food at a great price. The service was very good and we enjoyed eating at the counter. Do yourself a favor and visit.

watered down ramen that they called Iekei ramen, cant even hold a candle to regular ramen at an airport. Also how on earth you going to serve Yokohama Iekei ramen and tell the customer that you don't have rice that day? This place is all look and no substance. But I guess it is still edible and I don't get sick from it so they can at least get one star for having edible FOOD. just my 2 cents

Random night out to eat and decided to get some ramen. We got there and there was a small wait. We went to go sit back in our car, since its a wind tunnel out there. We got the call quicker than estimated so that's good.We orderedkaraage - solid. lekei ramen - I got everything normal but firm noodles. The noodles are my favorite part. Broth honestly tasted the same as everywhere else.black garlic ramen - husband said it was aiite, small portions.Service was friendly, interior is same same as most ramen shops. Would we come here specifically to eat the ramen? Probably not. But if you're watching movies and need a quick bite. This would be a good spot.

Very solid ramen spot if you know what to order. Iekei Ramen is a rare special type of ramen that originates from Yokahama Japan, so obviously order that. The chef worked at a ramen restaurant there, and his skill in that specific dish is on display. It's one of the better ramens in the SF area. The Shio ramen on the other hand, while fine, is not that memorable. When I go back, I'll definitely try the Iekei ramen again and maybe I'll try their Tsukemen. The kara-age was also good (tried the one with the yuzu broth) but would probably recommend the standard non-broth version so the chicken doesn't get soggy. All in all, a great spot.

Got the classic ramen that had a combination of chicken bone and tonkatsu broth. Broth was lacking in flavor, could only taste a strong ginger taste. Definitely need to use the spices and ramen oil they have on the tables to enhance the flavor. Also tried the karage in yuzu broth. That was a highlight. The broth was very flavorful and the chicken was cooked well.

Eating out after a night at the movies go hand and hand. Yokohama Iekei is simple and straight to the point. Not a ramen I'd go out of my way for, but definitely fills the craving. Full house on a Tuesday evening (discounted movies at Century). With one server waiting on ~10 tables, a patron must exhibit patience. You can adjust the spiciness. I love my spicy food, but I chose the second spice level (futsu) just for a moderate kick of spice to avoid changing the flavor profile too much. Upon entering, a grill with Yakitori is displayed near the bar. Excitedly, I search for Yakitori on the menu and find none. It was just for the vibes. Sigh x) Anywho, this time around, we tried the black garlic tonkatsu, hokkaido spicy miso and the squid tentacles, along with two super dry asahi draft beers. Definitely a decent option when looking for somewhere to eat after the movies.
