Oven roasted salami sandwich. Where is the salami?! Major disappointment. Burnt bread. Everything about this is so sad

A friend suggested I give this place a try & so I did. We ordered for pick up, got a pepperoni & olives pizza, garlic chips & garlic bread.The garlic chips is where it's at, they were garlicky & crispy, the only thing missing was some marinara for dipping. The garlic bread was just okay. The pizza itself was nothing to brag about, I feel it lacked sauce.Although I didn't think much of the pizza, my partner really enjoyed it & we will probably be back for him.If you're in the area, it might be worth stopping by as it is decently priced & they do offer other food selections besides pizza.

Ordered the village combination pizza via a delivery app and it was delicious! The ingredients taste fresh w/out preservatives and so flavorful. Really great overall!

I'm updating this review post-pandemic. I have to say, whatever star I took off for being "basic," we've eaten more Village Host pizza than anyone else over the past 5 years since my initial review. The pizza is SOLID. As a delivery pizza, it always arrives hot and tasty AF. Generous toppings, solid crust with some crunch on the edges. There are multiple "gourmet" and deep dish pizza places walking distance from our house, but this is the pizza we regularly crave. We usually have the combo, and sometimes the ham & pineapple. (Don't hate!) Both are great examples of that mix, but it's the combination that is our superstar here at home. Just the right mix of everything in the right proportions, every time.

This pizza place is my favorite place. I have tried so many places but so far this restaurant is great for their pizza . Have been coming here for many years now and my kids love it . We always get the bbq chicken pizza and it's amazing with combination of mushrooms and bell pepper

Gone here for decades. Tonight ordered 14" combo for pickup. Went and picked it up. Then told the machine will not process your card without a tip. You are required to leave a tip. What ! Sorry that's wrong!Burlingame on Broadway Village Host
