The food was so delicious! I went to lunch on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. Basic Chinese restaurant but no meat! My friend and I tried the dan dan noodles in peanut sauce... sooo good! He ordered the mongolian spicy beef and i had the eggplant sea bass... omg so yummy with big portions! I will definitely come back and bring all my vegan friends to this homey hole in the wall spot :)

Ordered all this via DoorDash. The restaurant threw in the sesame balls as a thank you. I wouldn't have got them but they were very good and I would get them again. The wontons were to die for. I will dream of these. The noodles were great as well. Very fresh yummy vegetables in the noodles. I've only ever found these specific noodles 2 other places, one is closed forever and the other is in Washington. 10/10

Absolutely shocked this place only has 2 reviews. This Cantonese vegan restaurant is absolutely amazing and is 100% legit. We got the combination platter, eggplant with tofu, sweet and sour soup and wonton noodle soup. This is a must do for all vegans if they come to SF.Note: hours on Yelp is wrong, looks like they flipped the PM to AM. Also, see the menu photos, way more options compared to online order via Yelp.

** The following review reflects my takeout experience DURING the COVID-19 pandemic. **An interesting trend that appears to be occurring with some restaurants is a name change brought on by the lockdown conditions. I noticed, for instance, that Smashburger became Magnolia Greens as they provided variations on their menu more conducive to delivery. This one is more subtle as Enjoy Vegetarian became Vegan Enjoyable though I think the only real difference is that the menu appears a bit more condensed since I believe the menu was already vegan. I was strolling on the outskirts of Chinatown when I decided to make a takeout order.I was drawn to the $15.99 Golden Knots as they sounded like carb-free dumplings with the practical use of soybean sheets as wrappers. The stuffing was tasty with tofu, mushrooms and other veggies minced together, and the knots were laid nicely on a bed of stir-fried bok choy (photo: https://bit.ly/3teTAQw). The other dish was the more straightforward $15.99 Basil Vegan Chicken with Mixed Green Veggies. It was quite a bounty with the mock chicken providing the necessary umami flavor to evoke the savory meatiness (photo: https://bit.ly/36qi9zV). It was indeed vegan enjoyable.FOOD - 4 stars...still the same tasty dishes offered by Enjoy Vegetarian AMBIANCE - n/a...sad that all their tables are gone but they're operating quite efficiently SERVICE - 4 stars...like I said, efficient ...and I liked the complimentary sesame balls perhaps too much (photo: https://bit.ly/3aoOs3L)TOTAL - 4 stars...nice to see this dependable place thrivingRELATED - Exploring Chinatown? I give it 5 stars, because the food is good, choices are way too many. My only complaint is that there is no meat. I know, that complaint might be out of place for the vagan restaurant, but if only they had at least chicken option as part of their ingredients - that would be just way too popular Chinese place. Surpassing reality.
