Moldy haupia Horrible customer service every time we get anything here it's a hazard to eat No longer coming back

This huge bakery of delightful items has everything, my Dad brought me here when I requested some empanadas to take home. I was just like a kid in a candy store. This place had lots of movement and activity. If you enjoy Filipino desserts & pastries this is the place!

Sad to say that I'll never go to this Valerio's again. Loved it when it was on King but the quality has gone exponentially downhill since they've moved locations. My last purchase was a bag of pimento bread which, in my first bite, had a sharp piece of what seemed like metallic wire. I took another piece to inspect and discovered (thankfully without biting into it) what looked like one rodent feces baked into it. I'm disgusted that my family could have ingested that. Zero stars.

Racist and unclean! I saw a rat in the kitchen and they tried to sell me moldy Carioca. The old ladies are so rude here!

This Valerio's bakshop is located in Seafood city food court area. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. They have plenty of space but not much baked goods. I was looking forward to sampling all my childhood favorites but the hopia and ensamayada though had the flavor/taste was quite dry and I was charged twice for the hopia when I only bought one. The pan de sal that I purchase was alright.

Valerios has the best Filipino Pan De Sal in the Bay Area. I recently visited their store at Seafood City in SSF to order Enseymada. I pre-ordered 60 pieces for Christmas Day Celebration with my family and everyone loved it. I keep four for myself as my private stash and I wished I kept more. Definitely best priced enseymada for the taste. $ per pound exceeds expectations.

The Filipino chain bakery is locate inside the Seafood City shopping center. Great place to pick up some Filipino baked goods. This location is pretty comparable to other Valerio's, not dirty, but not overly clean either. I tend to gravitate towards their competition Red Ribbon Bakery (also in this shopping center) because they tend to look cleaner and displays are more organized. There staff at Valerio's is not super friendly, but not rude either. Again their competition seems to have friendlier staff. My wife and son like to go to Valerio's because they have some items that their competition doesn't have.

Another great visit to this spot...I tried a few items I hadn't had previously and everything was good!The Puto Bungbong, Bibingka Galapong, Ube Kalamay, Bibingka Ilocos and Haba Haba Ube were all great items. Everything tasted fresh and wasn't overly sweet. I was really excited about the puto bungbong since I hadn't had it in a long time...while it wasn't as authentic as what you'd find in the Philippines, it satisfied the craving. The bibingka galapong was probably my favorite item since it tasted great and had perfect texture.

Bought puto this morning around 8:30am for New Year's eve and noticed molds when we opened it at around 11pm. So disappointed and disgusted.

Cashiers need to be trained in customer service. Very rude - they just walk away without acknowledging even though you have been waiting to pay.
