Uno Dos Tacos

So Far I Have Been To Several Mexican Restaurants All Over The Bay Area Out Of San Francisco & Other US States I have never thought about eating at Uno Dos Tacos in the Downtown Area Of San Francisco Ca!!!!! Until I got a invitation to be at a Yelp Elite Event Luncheon at Uno Dos Tacos & this was the one place that I Have passed By so many times!!!!I really enjoyed meeting New Yelp Elites & The Mexican Food especially the Delicious Delicioso Ðõŝ Tacos,Nachos that I made myself & Some Churros I also liked the Refrescante Refreshing Mexican Cocktails like The Margarita & The Paloma That Went With My Combo Meal!!!! Not only that I liked the Freebies that was given away like the Uno Dos Tacos House Margarita Yelp Chipotle Hot Sauce Yelp Note Pad With Pen!!!!I Would To Ŝàÿ Mucho Gracias To Dominic, Taylor & Monica The Uno Dos Bùsiness Manager For Hosting This Uno Dos Tacos Special Yelp Elite Event!!!!! After so many times at this place lately, I got to the conclusion that this is Not the same place that used to be.Prices are still good but.. the quantity and quality are not the same, besides that the portions are much smaller and you don't get the beans with your tacos anymore..too bad! The music is always too loud in the morning background to the point that you need to get out to the patio in case you need to be in the phone. I wish them well on these really difficult times because I like them..a lot!!

Uno dos is a great happy hour spot. Happy hour is 4pm to close and they have a lot of really great options on both the happy hour and the non -happy hour menu. Would definitely recommend as a chill after work spot.I usually get the happy hour nachos and the pitcher of sangrias!

Tacos were delicious and flavorful however I'd say they're on the expensive side. $5 for one taco is probably standard SOMA pricing but as someone who loves LA street tacos, this is a pretty steep price point. The servers were all nice though and the overall vibe was pretty much what you'd expect from a popular taco spot.

I really enjoyed their guacamole and salsa verde. You can always tell by a Mexican restaurant's quality by the sides that they serve. The black beans are delicious and not too salty. I got the pescado tacos and they are just so tasty. I really enjoyed my meal here! I love that they have such a classic menu and everyone can enjoy their fare. The lady helping me was super friendly. Definitely check out the happy hour if you can. Next time I'm going for the pescado salad. Thank you for a great experience!

Definitely a very corporate spot (it's FiDi, so expected) and a nice choice for a post-work happy hour. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat the tacos (have been a few times and gotten an assortment - carnitas, steak, al pastor etc), the tortilla/shell is pretty mid and the meat isn't that charred or tender. The guac is good (though chips not amazing). But Uno Dos Tacos is reliably fast in its service, clean inside with also ample outdoor seating, so gets the job done on a weekday night.

Food came out quickly and prices were reasonable for HH.Pescado taco - would probably order again. Lots of things to like about this place. First, there is happy hour Monday to Friday from 3pm- 8:30pm, and on Saturdays from 11am-4pm. The happy hour is a steal. For $7, you can get three street tacos or two quesadillas or chips & guac or nachos. The food is really delicious, particularly the chicken tinga. They also offer fish tacos! Which is definitely a weakness of mine. Also, I love that you can order and pay on your phone, and they bring you your food. They also have plenty of outdoor seating. There are only two downsides. The first is that they only seating outdoors are metal stools or wooden benches. In other words, hard surfaces with no backs that aren't very comfortable. Also, there are no heat lamps and it was quite cold. They do offer blankets but they ran out when we were there. I would definitely come here more often if they solved the seating and heating situation outside.

A flavorless facade of tacos. I couldn't remember my food if I wanted to. Their tacos served the very basic of nutrition, calories. Honestly, I didn't expect much, but I hoped I found a gem, but didn't. It was just a plain old rock. Won't be going back to there again unless I am seriously. Desperate...

Service was quick and plenty of outdoor seating. Tortillas were very very oily, basically dripping in oil so that was displeasing. Chips were heavily salted but the pico salsa had a nice tang. Would recommend asking for their spicy salsa on the side. Also cool happy hour available after 3pm to closing.
