Tiger's BBQ

I was scrolling through DoorDash trying to figure out where to order from and came across a newly added restaurant: Tiger's BBQ (delivery only from a ghost kitchen). First thought to came to my mind: Creepy dude with a mullet and pornstache. You know, cuz Netflix's Tiger King. After clearing that image in my mind, I tried to do some digging on Tiger's BBQ and apparently, they're related to Sataysfied Catering (BBQ) which has a 4.5 star rating on Yelp. Seemed promising so I decided to take the plunge. Tiger's BBQ serves Asian Fusion BBQ, mainly with a Filipino spin. Make your own Combo Meal with your choice of Beef Short Ribs, Pork Belly, Pulled Pork Adobo, BBQ Chicken, and BBQ Pulled Jackfruit. Sides: Garlic rice, Pancit, Thai Mac & Cheese, Sweet Corn, Cucumber Salad, Teriyaki Beans, and Hawaiian Buns. I placed my order on DoorDash when they opened at 11 am and was quoted 52 minutes for delivery (actual time: 90 minutes). I checked the DoorDash app several times and noticed that my Dasher waited 30 minutes for my order and it was still not ready so he went to complete another delivery while waiting for my food to be prepared (poor guy!). Based on the app, it seems like it took an hour to prepare my order so until they work out their kinks, it's probably best to plan way ahead and not place an order if you're hangry like I was.(Please note: The wait time has no bearing on my rating.) I ordered the 3-Meat Combo with Beef Short Ribs, Pork Belly, BBQ Pulled Jackfruit, Cucumber Salad, and Thai Mac & Cheese ($19.95): https://bit.ly/2Vf0PHP. Listed from fav to least fav:* Thai Mac & Cheese: Creamy, delicious goodness! Love the spin on an American classic with Thai curry adding a kiss of sweetness. This arrived piping hot and the noodles still had a nice bite to them. Get this!* Pork Belly: Chewy but I liked the vinegar based marinade (reminds me of adobo) to offset the fatty parts.* Cucumber Salad: Ok, not much cucumbers but it added some freshness to this meat heavy meal.* Beef Short Ribs: Three thin cuts that were hella salty. Sorry, but you're better off sticking with short ribs from an Hawaiian fast food chain.* BBQ Pulled Jackfruit: Maybe this would taste better sandwiched between two Hawaiian buns? Alone, it was overwhelmingly salty and mushy. Overall, it was an OK meal and there's nothing wrong with that. I highly recommend getting the Thai Mac & Cheese!

Just discovered this place on doordash a week ago and I've ordered 3 times! First order they ran out of keto MacNCheese. They provided another soda and a nice note. Other times has huge portions. Great food!!!

The BBQ chicken with garlic rice was damn great! The chicken was extremely tender!!!! So good!!!! Must order again!!!!!!!!!

Dude, I ordered from this place on a whim via Postmates today and I'm absolutely blown away! This "ghost" kitchen, as the yelper below so kindly calls it, includes a couple of good restaurants I've ordered from and loved before (Star Chicken, Columbo's..) so I didn't read any reviews when ordering today. I got the combo that includes:Pulled pork adobo 2 sides I chose garlic rice and Thai mac..wooow!! The mac+cheese was unreal so creamy, so comforting, yet so different fron anything my taste buds had experienced before. The coconut curry is subtle and almost like an after taste that adds a hint of creamy sweetness and I just wish I had more!The garlic rice, albeit simple, was well executed. Fluffy and fragrantThe star of the show: pulled pork adobo. OMG! I seriously cannot believe how tender and juicy and flavorful this meat was. Also, the portion could make an equivalent of 8 meaty street tacos so fear not fellow food-lovers; there is plenty!!I am going to keep ordering from here. I'll be back when that happens (...tomorrow)

Love this place! Their food is delicious and I am always craving it. Great staff- very personable and kind. Recommend to all people in the area :)

Disappointed to say the least, i was really looking forward to the macaroni, but in return I got dry pasta and the chicken was gross.
