Came here while doing a cross city bar crawl after the bar we had planned to go to was closed. This sports bar was absolutely poppin at noon on a Saturday. They had soccer on most of the TVs, including a back room with a big screen, and then UFC on some others. It was so full that we kinda just stood by the door with our drinks until some room opened up in a corner. This wasn't exactly the vibe we were going for this day, but if you're in the mood to watch sports with a couple hundred other fans, this is a great place. They had lots of drink options on tap and in cans and bottles. Just about everyone in our group ended up getting something different.

This place is sweet. It's a big open bar with tons of seating and TVs and they play lots of soccer and football. We came here for a Liverpool match when Kezar was packed. It's the same owner so we were excited to see a similar selection. To be clear - the bar and service gets a solid 4/5. The food gets a 2/3. Evens out to about a 3 star. It's def not as good as Kezar's food! I ordered the breakfast burrito. As Most people would, I expected a burrito wrapped filled with all the items listed on the menu. Instead it was just a a loosely wrapped tortilla with eggs+chorizo. The sour cream, salsa, and beans were all on the side. To make matters worse, the tortilla was soaked with sour cream and juice fromThe beans and the salsa, so rewrapping it myself was not an option. On top of that, the eggs were dry as hell and as hard as rubber. My husbands eggs were far less overcooked. Anyway, it's an Irish pub so I probably deserved it ordering a burrito here, but kezar does all their breakfast items right. The wings were still good but not quite the same as kezar. Still a great place to hand just don't get the breakfast burrito :)

Well visiting San Francisco I popped into the bar for a quick snack and an adult beverage. The staff was very friendly and the bartender very accommodating. The place is very clean. The bathrooms were also clean plus it has a code to avoid people off the street wandering into the women's restroom. We ordered the mini corndogs, chicken tenders, and mozzarella sticks with a side of carrots and celery. The food was delicious and fresh. The bartender also made me one of my favorite adult beverages, Tito's vodka, topped off with water and lemonade. It was very refreshing. This place is popular because they play European soccer on the TVs and it's very popular with the crowd in San Francisco. I will definitely go back and try some of their other food. A table next to me ordered a traditional English breakfast, and it looked delicious.Enjoy!

Came here for a few drinks and something to eat at this bar in Haight-Ashbury. It may be a sports bar but it has a classy coolness about it. The Mad Dog In The Fog is more of a bar than a restaurant. Has a pretty impressive list of cocktails. You can also get some light fare such as chips and guacamole. A neighborhood known for hippies has a bar that's more like a place for sports fans. It's got plenty of TVs for watching games. There's all kinds of sports memorabilia and crap on the walls. Gets loud. We came and got seats at the bar and ordered. It's about $12 for a cocktail. There's also plenty of beers on tap. I got a Haight Street Manhattan. This is Four Roses with bitters and sweet vermouth. Also we shared an appetizer. It's about $9 for the Chips And Guacamole. The rest of the menu has burgers, wings, and other meaty things. Good place to hang out a bit. It's pretty crowded for games. There's lots of TVs for watching sports or whatever.

Stopped in because they had a vegan burger. Food was actually really good, but ordering was confusing (ended up ordering at the bar, but had a table), and service was meh at best. Convenient location in the middle of Haight-Ashbury.

This is a really chill bar with some good food! I had a beer and a cheesesteak with a side of Cole slaw. The portions were large and the food was fresh. It was also nice to be able to get a vegetable with the a greasy sandwich.

We're huge fans of this spot! The expansive interior, lively vibes, and diverse game options, like pool tables, make for an unforgettable experience. Drinks are stellar, priced just right. As for the food, it's the ultimate bar fare, perfect for sharing with friends. A must-visit for a fun night out!

Came for Thursday trivia night around 8:30 in a group of 12 or so and sat in the back area behind the pool tables. There wasn't as much of a crowd as I was expecting, but still busy for a week night. The trivia was hard, questions difficult to hear, and our server pressed to make us order quite a bit. I liked the number of TVs available around the walls, it was easy to keep up with the game throughout the night. We ordered a large plate of chicken wings at one point, and they were way spicier than I expected. Ended up not finishing them due to the spice and tough texture of the chicken.Overall, big place decent for a casual night out. Food is okay, a bit pricey for the experience.

Was very excited for the new addition of pinball, but am continually uncomfortable with the groups Mad Dog hosts. First it was a MAGA rally leading up to the 2024 presidential election, and then a standup comedy group that veered heavily towards racist, xenophobic jokes, with zero consequences and no feedback on their content. Good beer and great wings can't makeup for the community it caters towards.
