The Kezar Pub

This food was delicious! I ordered a salmon and local IPA. It took a while during a lunch hour rush but so worth the wait! It may be hard to find parking on the street but lots of seating with several areas for dining.I'll be back for the wings

I appreciate that throughout the years - Kezar Pub has remained committed to being a true welcoming - local hangout. They've established themselves as a genuine neighborhood spot by having a solid bar menu, being family friendly, having free wi-fi, having a plethora of flat screen TVS to watch international and domestic games, and having an impressive outdoor seating area complete with tables - so you can enjoy a game on their outdoor screen, while doing some casual sidewalk people watching. On the weekends - they open up at 6 am and they serve breakfast options ranging from pancakes, breakfast burritos, omelettes, in addition to a traditional Irish breakfast. For lunch and dinner they serve your typical bar food - ranging from burgers to tacos. It's been years since I've eaten here, but I've heard solid things about their chicken wings and their fish and chips, Few things make me happier - than seeing quality San Francisco businesses like Kezar Pub - still doing their thing - and doing it well. I stopped by Kezar's Pub while visiting the area, and it's your typical divey spot with a focus on sports. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, which I appreciated. The bartender was friendly and made some solid drinks, definitely a highlight of the experience.The food, on the other hand, left a lot to be desired. A friend who joined me mentioned that the wings are the only good thing on the menu, but everything else we tried was pretty disappointing. Our waitress was also a bit scattered and didn't seem very attentive, which didn't help the experience.That said, I'd absolutely come back for drinks, but I'd stick to sitting at the bar where the service and vibe are better. Skip the food unless you're ordering wings!

Came here for the first time for an Eagles game and wow did it exceed my expectations in terms of spirit! The place was completely packed and so was the parklet. We got the Korean wings and they were great, I really liked that the sauce wasn't overly sweet and packed a good amount of spice. I'll definitely be back for another Eagles game and to try more of their food.

A pub that truly caters to the fans. Be it a 430am Saturday game or a big match, they open early, are well staffed, and find a way to efficiently navigate the crowds to get food and drinks delivered to your table. On busy mornings, recommend getting there early. Open one tab for the group (Venmo each other after) and be sure to queue up out of the way of servers to order at the bar. Outdoor tables are a nice (slightly quieter) respite. With room to spread out. Check your schedules though, in addition to being a huge Liverpool pub, there is a small but loyal Villa contingent, and a sizable F1 crowd. Pub staples are the order of the day. Love the wings, shepherds pie and English/Irish breakfasts. And please please TIP YOUR SERVERS here. There get there early and go above and beyond.

Back again! The food here is delicious and the drinks are nice and cold. They have a bar area with bar seating and high top tables up front and then long picnic tables in the back of the restaurant. There are TVs everywhere and every time I've been here there is some sort of sport on TV and group of people watching and drinking along.The wings ($34.95 for 20) here are amazing, they're a good size, cooked well and the hot sauce is delicious. The ranch and blue cheese seem to be house made, and are a bit on the liquid side but tasty. On our latest visit I also tried the Kezar Corn Dogs ($13.95) that come with a selection of four Aidell's sausages in a crispy batter and served with two choices of mustard sauce. Each piece is about a fourth of a sausage and definitely an upgrade from a traditional corn dog. We also ordered the fried pickles ($10.75) these come in spears and with ranch for dipping. These are crispy on the outside and flavorful. Great with a beer.Really, all the food is delicious and they have a breakfast menu as well if you're there for an early morning watch party.It can get busy and VERY loud here though, so don't expect a quiet date here. When we were here last there was a group drinking, standing on the benches and singing/chanting together. They were having a blast, but it definitely makes having a normal conversation difficult. They also have some outdoor tables and there is a parking lot super close by that you can pay to park in.

This is the best kept secret at Kezar Pub: order the Fresh Fruit Bowl. I wanted a break from traditional breakfast fare so I decided to order it. I was skeptical at first, but when this item got to my table my expectations were exceeded. I had a large bowl of fresh fruit right in front of me. There were freshly cut bananas, pineapples, watermelons and grapes. It was delicious! This item came with a small amount of syrup on the side but I found no need for it.

My favorite buffalo chicken sandwich in the city!! By far!! I've ordered twice here within the last week and I love it!! the tortilla soup and the fried pickles are a plus as well. Cut the chicken sandwich in half before you start to enjoy the yummy goodness. It's easier to eat.

Thursday night's in Autumn is made for NFL football. It is the is official start of the NFL week. It is also a good time to enjoy drink and foods . I am usually not a big fan of bar food but at the Kezar Pub it has one of the best chicken wings to pair with at a sports bar atmosphere in San Francisco. Kezar Pub is a sports bar to go watch anything from College Football, Soccer, Basketball or NFL. What makes Kezar Pub unique it is located across the street of the first home of the San Francisco Forty Niners before Candlestick was Kezar Stadium at Golden Gate Park ( imagine if they built the new Niners stadium at Golden Gate Park). Kezar Stadium is also the home field of my old high school the Mission High School football team in San Francisco. Inside Kezar Pub is like stepping into a 49ers history museum with drinks of course. The pictures on the wall showcases the historic 49ers players. This place is a shrine for the San Francisco 49ers Faithful. The chicken wings at Kezar Pub are traditional Buffalo wings that are crispy and have enough buffalo sauce to give it a good tangy tasty flavor. The chicken meat is tender and it's a good to dip with ranch. It is a gem because it comes with carrots. I usually have my chicken wings with Trumer Pils ( on repeat). They serve great drinks and Kezar Pub has a good food menu. You can get anything from house made mozzarella cheese sticks to Shepherd's pie and tortilla chicken soup. I always have to be cognitive coming here that there is a police station just across the street.
