The Fishbowl Bar & Grill

I love the fishbowl. Especially nights with Sienna, Jay, and Kai. Sure it's a hole in the wall, but they have some fryers that make you forget about the 3 fishbowls you drank, and the drunken tears you shed with some homeless dude on pine who you gave a cigarette just so he would listen.I've loved my nights at the fishbowl, especially the ones where I've seen Blake get punched.(if you're a regular you know this man is the worst human being but thinks he can get away with everything because he works for Apple) Go into the bowl, give it a shot. And take a shot for me while you're there.

A few friends and I wanted to watch the Lakers vs. Warriors game (where we were eliminated sighhh) - we were supposed to go to another spot down the street but it was SO packed. Luckily this spot was nearby and everything was just right! We ordered curly fries, jalapeño poppers, and a pitcher of cider. Everything was tewww good (except the Warriors... sigh). The energy was amazing, the bartenders enthusiastic, and the food satisfying. I would LOVE to come back to watch more games next season!

Pleasant low key neighborhood bar. Suitably dark, good tunes at a reasonable volume. Nice crowd on. Thursday night, including a dog running around that nobody minded. Didn't try the food (based on what I could glimpse of the kitchen it seemed a bit risky).

Bartender was more concerned with the game than helping me find a beer other than PBR lol., but I don't come to dive bars and expect good service. Honestly the reason I am giving it the 1 star is partially my fault. I knew as soon as we walked in by the way the place smelled, that attempting to eat food here would be a huge gamble... unfortunately I was right. The oil used to fry the fries and chicken was old and dirty, and tasted almost sour. I ended up spending the night hunched over my toilet, and the majority of today fighting off the stomach cramps and fever left over from the food poisoning (and no it wasn't because I got drunk off of one lager). This is the last time I order food from a dive bar with a kitchen the size of a closet, or maybe I should just eat before?

The Fishbowl is a great local bar. Have enjoyed watching the NBA finals there with some great drinks the jalapeño poppers are sooooo good! If you want to being in your favorite food, they allow you to carry in dinner Staff is accommodating and really friendly, recommend stoping there for a drink if your in the area.

If you're looking for a great neighborhood bar with good vibes, fun locals, great booze prices and bar food then look no further than The Fishbowl! This bar has been a part of my repertoire for the past decade and after a recent visit, guess what? Nothing has changed and it makes me happy to know that the good vibes are intact. Oh, if you're a shot & a beer guy like me you'll love the specials they have on a daily basis. Shot of fernet and a miller high life for $9 bucks...yes please! They also have about 10 beers on tap and rotate a seasonal for you beer buffs. Buck Hunter, great American lager and fun people. Sign me up.

This is a very nice local bar with friendly staff. The bar serves food until 2 AM, and although it only serves fried food, it's surprisingly good and a good deal.It has a cool mellow vibe and a combination of locals and newcomers and great people watching. I obviously am charmed by this little place, however, so are a lot of folks and it can get a might crowded when there is a big game on the television.

To Milo K. As some one present during this episode of self entitlement. Yes, the chicken was under cooked, the staff immediately apologized for it and comp'd your food order. After asking that your entire tab be comp'd, You and your friend then went outside and the owner concerned that you would would leave the bar with your drink and the fishbowl container, you decided to make a scene. The owner rightly so, decided it was time to part ways and took your drink. Instead of going home you threw a hissy fit, created a yelp account to write a bad review as if none of us regulars have caught you trying to do coke at the bar or trying to f(ornicate)uck your GF in the bathroom. Get help, I hope the best for you.

Never had a bad time here. Local spot, lots of friendly people. Awesome bar staff.three more characters.
