THIS PLACE SCREAMS SECRET GEM!! We, a party of 4, visited the restaurant around 2:30 PM on Saturday. The restaurant was still quite busy (but we were seated right away). The food is amazing! We ordered the seafood noodles, duck noodles, and beef noodles. They were all fantastic, but I loved the duck one the most!!! The broth is light, but so flavorful. I would definitely come back for the duck!

Probably the cleanest place we've been to for Chiu Chow Noodles! This is def the best we've had in the bay as of late (post pandemic)!Prices are fair but don't come here expecting to be super full off of a bowl of noodle. The satay isn't the best I've had but the pickled jalapeños are great!I took off a star cause I felt like the bowl of noodle was really little - like 1/2 the ingredients and noodle that I would typically get in LA... so much so that I had to order more noodz!!Service was decent, would return again!

Noodbody will deny some comforting noodz after a night of drinking .:: Food::.#4 Nghiep Ky Won Ton Ho Fun & Egg Noodle Soup (thick noodle) $13: On the usual, I would totally get the dry but I was just really craving soup since it was a cold day and a day after drinking. LOVED the thick egg noodles, the ho fun was very comforting. Would have skipped out on the liver. The crispy shrimp cake was icing on top. .:: Service / Ambiance / Parking ::.Came on a Saturday afternoon around 1-2pm? A bit of a wait as we came during the lunch rush. You write your name down on the waitlist. This very nice asian uncle who I presume is the owner calls out the name and takes your order once you are seated. He speaks both Cantonese and Viet so completely feels like my own uncle. The place is VERY hole in the wall mom and pops shop. Nothing fancy, its like cafe style. It's BUSSIN' (haha i just learned this genZ slang, am I cool yet?)Parking was a bit rough in sunset but I immediately found street parking. You gotta pay.

A solid brunch place, went around Saturday 11:15am and there was no line. Best to go with smaller groups since the tables aren't too large. Order menu #3 (duck with egg noodles in soup) and #7 (duck with wonton and egg noodles with soup on the side). Each item ranges from $14 - $16. I think most customers order the soup on the side, which allows for variety in eating styles, able to dip the noodles or no soup at all. The duck was very tender and had great flavor. The soup was also delicious, not too salty and flavorful. Simple dish that you can't go wrong with. Overall, great food for all meals.

Always a favorite for a comfort meal. I love the dry noodles and my husband likes the soup version. Their duck is super moist and great as a side addition for extra protein. They usually have hot soy milk available. Super delicious. Highly recommend.

The Duck and thin Egg Noodles were great. The flavorful clear broth with tender braised duck leg was a savory delight for my little one. I had the beef stew that I did not care for. The broth was not stew-like at all and the dish only came with 2pcs of beef. I would not order this dish again.

Came back for a late lunch at 1pm with a party of 4 on a Saturday; it was busy but there was a table available within 10 minutes luckily. Just what we needed on a chilly and foggy SF day, we all ordered our usual noodle dishes; the food comes out relatively quickly and you can sip your fresh complimentary soymilk as you wait :)Nghiep Ky Won Tong Ho Fun & Egg Noodle Soup: I alternate between this and the braised duck leg noodles, but I like this one because it has a bit of everything, so you can switch it up as you eat. Everything comes out piping hot, and it's just so comforting to sip a little broth, have a bit of noodle, wonton and different types of protein, and then add a bit of chili and vinegar as you go to keep it fresh.Spring rolls: we decided to get this to share; nice and light crispy wrapper around the dense meat filling, this was a good appetizier to start off with.Thai Nghiep Ky Mi Gia continues to be an affordable comfort meal of noodles that can't be beat.
