Swiss Louis Italian & Seafood Restaurant

Service was very good. Drinks excellent. Food was great, wish I able to eat more LOL. The view is beautiful and the decorations are funNice ambiance.

Food: We dined here on Labor Day and while it was crowded even later into the evening, it didn't seem to affect the quality of the food. I ordered a chicken marsala which met expectations. The chicken wasn't too dry and the sauce was just right. Pasta was cooked well. The caprese salad was good - large pieces of tomato and cheese and flavorful/fresh. The clam chowder was decent, in a nice big bread bowl so an appetizer size could have served as an entire meal. And my husband said the calamari was some of the best he'd ever had (I didn't try it, though). It looked good - fried to perfection.Service: Despite it being crowded, we were seated quickly and served reasonably fast (attended to within 5 minutes of sitting down). Our drinks and appetizers came quickly.Ambiance: It was more brightly lit but still would make a decent date spot due to the beautiful view of the ocean and ferris wheel. It's a good spot if you're on the pier and looking for something nice but that you can still be casual at. It's a large restaurant with a mixture of booths and high top/low top tables. We brought our baby and were seated in the back with our stroller (which I preferred).I wasn't keen on trying this place at first, but I can't complain about it. They honestly gave me nothing to complain about.

Amazing service, good food, and calm view. A good combination that I would love to experience again in the future. While tackling the entire crab, our ravioli got cold fast and the meat ended up tasting rough on the tongue. Aside from that everything tasted nice and we were able to relax here after a long day of exploring SF

Food was delicious! I ordered a pesto pizza and it was perfectly cooked and was great for sharing. I also ordered their Christmas peppermint hot chocolate which was great as well. The view is beautiful with nearly a full view of the harbor! Staff were polite and professional! It's definitely a more expensive restaurant on the pier but it's perfect for a holiday or anniversary!
