Ordered food a few times from this "Thai" restaurant through food delivery apps. Very inconsistent food here. Crab pad Thai is just pad Thai with with canned crabbed sprinkled on top. Flavor of the pad Thai tastes too sweet. Fried rice is super oily and barely has any flavor compared to other Thai restaurants. Skip this place at all costs.

The mango used in the mango sticky rice was spoilt. This was clearly visible and shouldn't have been used.

Ordered over Uber eats! Got the pad Thai and chicken wings. Chicken wings did not match the description and was not what I was expecting. When it came it was just fried chicken wings with sweet chili sauce on the side. The pad Thai was not the best I had and probably wouldn't get it again. It was very red, the noddles were dry, and the tofu was hard

One our VPs took our skeleton crew working on a Friday out to lunch. This place is right up the street from our office and I had no idea. I'll make this quick: it was super-decent and I was impressed. Service was also good. The restaurants in the area are a roll of the dice. Some are good, others are not.Check the pics.

I am surprised to see 3.5 star rating for this restaurant. Where are all the foodies? Found this place from a YouTube video, I was in search for a new Thai restaurant in San Francisco for a long time so decided to give this a shot. I've been there 3 times already in less than a month and the food is just amazing. The service is good too, the hostess is always smiling and communicates well. I'd recommend crab fried rice, green curry fried rice and pad ke mao for the first timers, careful with the spice levels, I once ordered spicy and boy I was sweating crazy but enjoying it at the same time. Their menu is pretty large so I'm going again and again.

Order TOGO: Beef Pad See Ew and it had no flavor and only few pieces of beef. Papaya salad- requested it spicy, but it had NO spicy and was made is a very sweet sauce. Not good at good. (I even wrote it in my notes ). DO NOT RECOMMEND if you're looking real Thai food. If you prefer food on the bland side maybe this is for you.

Gee, I've probably passed by this Thai restaurant more than a few times because I walk on this stretch of Mission quite often. I guess I just don't turn my head because I'm either focused on not getting hit by a scooter or looking at my FitBit. That's my roundabout way of explaining my first (and so far only) experience with this place. It was through an app. Some cuisines survive the delivery process better than others, and Thai food has been a mixed bag for me on that front. I ordered the $15.95 Duck Noodle Soup, which combined pieces of roast duck (skin included) with rice noodles, bean sprouts, green onion, cilantro, and a broth that was a bit too salty (photo: https://bit.ly/3Hf5VvV).Better was the $16.95 Cashew Nuts with Chicken, which actually highlighted the sautéed chicken mixed with cashews, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and shrimp paste (photo: https://bit.ly/3HCffet). Someday I'll turn my head at the right time and enter this place which apparently is run by the Sweet Basil Queens, the name of their delivery service.FOOD - 4 stars...the cashew nut made up for the salty duck soupAMBIANCE - n/a...didn't see the queens' castleSERVICE - 3.5 stars...packed well enoughTOTAL - 4 stars...filling Thai food to goRELATED - Exploring the Outer Mission? First of all, the good stuff... My first order through Yelp. Easy order process. The order came quickly, and the pineapple fried rice was good. Unfortunately, the rest of the review isn't as favorable. We ordered string been with chicken while we indicated mild spice, the restaurant completely ignored our request. And then they insinuate that we are an idiot for ordering something that is supposedly spicy and then telling them not to make it spicy. Well, this idiot won't be ordering anything from them anymore. And their manager isn't doing them any favors by treating their customers the way he does...Then I get a call from Yelp telling me that since I complained, they are black listing me from this restaurant and their app.Unbelievable...

This is my second time here and it is fantastic. The first time was pick up, the second dine in. The decor is great, the food came out in literally 5 minutes and was super hot. I had to slow down because I kept burning my mouth! I always get pad see ew, chef's kiss.I think some negative reviews are due to slow deliveries. It's always best to pick it yourself or dine in. I live two blocks away so now it's my go-to for Thai. There are so many great restaurants here. Visit our hood and support small business!
