Super Duper Burgers

Apparently this is all you get for $4 when you order to go. Was not expecting that. Do not think I will be ordering or recommending anyone else to either.Update: The owner and the response team was quick on responding and fixing the problem. Thank you for showing that you care! Definitely will support the restaurant in the future.

Feeling a bit indecisive, as I've always loved super duper. I was around the area after lunch elsewhere and we wanted some soft serve. We debated between the regular size or kids size since we were still full from lunch and ended up going with the kids size today. It was good, but the cone was actually empty inside (forgot to take a picture). We've ordered the kids size before and the cone was heavy and filled all the way to the bottom and the soft serve itself was a bit taller. Not sure if we just got lucky that prior visit or if today was an off day. Also, we didn't pay attention till after the fact, but it's silly that when you select a 'to go' order and order only a soft served, you get charged a bag fee. Obviously, there was no bag that was given. So that was a bit misleading. Other than that, it's a new place so it's clean and spacious with self order kiosk if you're feeling anti social. I'll have to come back and get their fries and burgers, and hopefully it's as good as the FIDI licationsTIP: order 'dine in' if you're only ordering a drink/shake or soft serve to avoid the bag fee.

The Super Duper location in Inner Sunset is really clean and next to the MUNI N stop. My friend wanted to get Super Duper for late night food, so we stopped to get a mini burger and fries for him.The food were good as always. They also have water cups out for you to use and free pickles.They also had some seasonal menu items I haven't seen before like the Pistachio milkshake.The food took some time to come out though. I think they had a lot of delivery orders that night.

Five stars for being just down the hill. One star for being right on our path home from the gym?Torture but worth it. And bravo to joining the 9th and Irving party with a 4-6 M-F happy hour (of sorts). But who doesn't like free fries?Very nice staff here btw and very efficient.Added: and what I thoughtful manager!!!! Chicken Sando for the gains. You get me Sir.

I've been excited for Super Duper to open so I could try it, having walked past the Market Street franchise innumerable times (which made me curious). So we ordered takeout tonight (since we live nearby). The establishment was clean, the staff was friendly, and both the pickup and online ordering processes were easy and efficient.The food was ok, albeit on the small side in terms of serving size. I got the Berbere chicken sandwich on ciabatta, and shared garlic fries and a hazelnut malt with my wife (who got a burger she shared with our daughter). The spice on the chicken was solid (and made my nose run a little, which I consider a plus). The fries were sufficiently garlicky, but had wilted somewhat in the 2-minute walk from the restaurant to my apartment. The shake was very good (especially for being soft serve-based).

Super Duper is here in the Sunset!1. Brand new and super clean. The interior is quite spacious with individual tables and communal tables.2. Burgers and fries were tasty as usual. They have mustard and my favorite ketchup on tap, along with ayce pickles. 3. They also offer items from The Bird.4. High CP (cost performance).

Their seasonal truffle burger is my new holy grail burger. It's got the beefiness and juiciness that I'm always searching for in a bite. And the extra umami that the truffle oil provides really sends it over the edge. It's a pretty small burger though. They don't allow modifications with their seasonal burgers but I was able to add jalapenos when I ordered with a worker at the Market St. location. This new Inner Sunset location is spacious and pretty clean. Also tried their seasonal hazelnut milkshake and I wouldn't get it again. It just tasted like a very light chocolate milkshake. Can't wait for the truffle burger to come back.

Pretty solid place for a veggie burger. Very interesting flavors combining a veggie burger with hummus! It is odd having a chain burger place in the sunset, but can't say no to those garlic fries. The service here is super nice and fast, and love the fact that I can grab as many pickles as I want. Highly recommend enjoying the garlic fries with your meal as they are some of the best I've had. And if you're in a pinch for food in the sunset, this place would be a good spot to stop at!

I like that they have kiosks so I don't have to make small talk with the cashier. Ordering was easy. I got their mini burger, add bacon, add egg, add grilled onions. So good! Also an order of garlic truffle fries and a kids cookies and cream milkshake. The reason for my rating is because they forgot my milkshake and I had to wait an additional 15 mins for it and when I brought it to their attention twice they seemed ticked off? I don't know it was a bit of a weird vibe.

Clean, big, and busy. I like their burger, but I LOVE the pickles, and now I love that they are in the neighborhood. It's been awhile so I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries.The fries were really good. I didn't realize that they also had salads and chicken sandwiches. I'll be checking those out next.
