We were hungry and they had pizza. Eventually. That's the gist. Wandering around the area after a Giants game, looking for somewhere to grab a quick bite, and not wanting to wait in line at 21st Amendment. That was us post Opening Day 2024. This place had promising yelp reviews, and we really wanted some pizza.I did like my very large cheese slice. It did the job. But it may have mostly been because I was hungry. The greek salad had yummy feta and a generous amount, but was pretty meh otherwise. The olives tasted off to me so I desisted putting them into my mouth. We both liked the crispy curly fries with light seasoning. This is a very bare bones, grab and go situation, but they do have tables and chairs inside if you want to stay and eat. If you want extra anything, napkins, utensils, ketchup, etc., best ask for it before the one employee working can disappear behind the counter for a half hour. I am not sure I would come again unless desperately hungry again. It's not the one dude's fault, it's the fault of whoever is mismanaging this place. Prices aren't clear, customer service needs help, bathrooms are available if you've already ordered food, but I didn't use them during my visit. I did not see any vegan options or have a chance to ask about them since everything I asked for seemed to be a big pain for the one person trying to hold down the fort. The murals on the walls were nice to look at. All in all, a meh experience with some good things and some needing work. Just Okay Experience.

A basic pizza spot with a large menu without prices. All the prices are on a smaller laminated menu in front of the register. The place has small tables, 2 TVs, and in front of the bus station. When i walked in, there was a guy behind the counter playing on their phone with another guy in the back, making pizza. Tables weren't clean and small rubbish on the floor, so there's things to do around the restaurant. Anyways, that's just nitpicking, but I was annoyed about the crumbs and wet spots on the tables. The pizza didn't disappoint in terms of size, and that's all they had going for them. Large slices of pizza for around $8 a slice, which is reasonable. On the other hand, I've had better pizza that is smaller but tastes better. The BBQ sauce tasted like vinegar hot sauce, and the other slice was just bland. There was a piece of sardine that made it in there. This is just a fun fact. This spot is also open till midnight, so it's a great place for emergency food after the Giants goes into extra innings while you wait for the bus or if you are hungry for calories.

We stopped in for dinner, as it was walking distance from our hotel. Should have gone with our first instinct and left when we walked in. It's dark, not very clean, no prices, and there was this odd noise happening. It felt like a horror movie right before everyone gets slaughtered. As others have stated, there are no prices on the menu. The small laminated menu with the prices do not include prices for the slices. Those you have to ask or roll the dice. The service was odd. The guy hardly made eye contact and did not seem thrilled to be there. We ordered 3 slices (2 cheese and 1 sausage), 2 canned sodas and a water, a large Cesar salad, and a slice of cheesecake/ chocolate mousse slice. Almost $50. The pizza was meh. The slices are huge but it didn't taste fresh. Pass on the salad. The croutons tasted rancid and there was nothing good about it. The cheesecake, whatevs, the chocolate mousse cake, we don't know because we didn't get it. I feel like this spot probably stays in business because there aren't many options in the area. We will definitely pass next time.

First time in my life I have been to a restaurant that removed all the prices off the menu.$32 for 3 slices of pizza. I think the guy just made up the prices. He wouldn't even look up from his phone so we could order waters.

Soma pizza and grill is under new ownership. Menu has slightly changed. Service was friendly. Family owned business with family members helping out. We ordered a small pepperoni pizza and it came with six slides. The pizza had a nice crispy crust almost like a wood fire and we enjoyed it. They make their pizza fresh so you'll have to wait about 10-15 minutes for it. But it's worth the wait just not super quick if that's what you're looking for. We also ordered a large Caesar salad which was a lot smaller than we expected and nothing to rave about. Note, you'll have to mix your own dressing. Plenty of seating for small, medium and large groups with two tv screens available to watch a game.

** Overpriced unfresh pizza, dirty interior, with slow service. Would definitely steer clear unless its your only option late at night.I decided to go a few blocks out of my way to enjoy a bite of pizza before the Giants game, and shortly after I realized I made a mistake and should have read the reviews a little more carefully. I ordered the soma pizza slice, which costed around $8-9 which is just absurd. If the pizza was at least decent tasting I could maybe cut them a bit of slack, but it for sure tasted like days old pizza that they reheated. The restaurant wasn't crowded at all with only one party ahead of me waiting for their order but it took around 10 min to get my single slice. The tomato slice seemed like they just cut it off a raw tomato minutes before reheating while the rest of the pizza seemed like it was made from days before. The crust had the texture of cardboard and all the toppings would be falling off whenever I tried picking it up to eat. There were several flies in the interior which seemed pretty dirty, and the bathroom was out of order. The cashier at the front also clearly didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Overall not a great experience and I wish I could have my time, money, and calories back.

Ordered wings and other items for our team and literally everyone felt sick afterwards. The wings were definitely pre-breaded / fried with store bought sauce. Weeks later the store was closed by the health department, and the staff was telling customers lies behind their closure. The place looks pretty dilapidated and cold. No, my team and I do not recommend.

Some child helped me out at the register. Insisted they were only doing pizza by the slice, couldn't tell me what the prices were, how long my food would take, or what even came on the pizzas. Ordered a soda and he looked shocked that I asked for one. Was charged for a slice box even though I opted to eat at the place (also terrible mistake - had some odd news channel on). No listing of prices ANYWHERE. Paint on the wall is severely peeling off and they just stared at me the whole time sitting at my table.
