With shake in the name, Shake Shack shakes should be good right? I was in the mood for a sweet drink while shopping and saw that there was a variety of limited edition shakes on the menu.After ordering a Cherry Blossom Shake ($6.99 + tax), I waited for a text, and picked up my shake from a staff member ~5 minutes later.+Hand-spun, it was creamy yet refreshing: Not as heavy or cloyingly sweet as other milkshakes I've tried.+Whipped cream was airy and milky+Sprinkles on top were crunchy+Compostable cup and straw were durable.-Flavor reminded me of almonds.Other items I tried during my previous visit:+Fries-ShackBurgerSide notes:1.) Walking distance from Powell Station, which is connected to the mall*Verdict: Not my fave spot for burgers, but their shake was pretty good.

Ordered online and picked up; my order was ready when I arrived. The store is located inside the San Francisco Centre's concourse-level food court. Efficient service and a satisfying meal!Had the Shake Shack burger--Angus beef cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun--fries, and the Chocolate Yule Log Shake made with chocolate frozen custard, chocolate cake pieces, whipped cream, cake crumbles, and festive sprinkles.

I got the truffle burger, it was great i really liked the crispy onions. This location is in the mall. You order at a kioski and then a server will call when you order is ready or you can receive a text message.

8:3/2023Last time I had a shake shack was the last trip in Vegas..(at the airport)..My youngest loves the chicken sandwich..I just went with a single shack and fries.Different set up, as you walk up to the kiosk and order yourself..Only interaction is when you go and pick your order up..Can't resist krinkle cut fries and the were perfect.

I love their burgers! I always order ahead thru the app so I never have to wait unless I arrive earlier than I scheduled it for pick up. It's always been ready on time. Their meat patties is juicy and moist and flavorful. I just wish the app allowed me to add extra lettuce and tomatoes even if it was an additional charge. I wish they would bring back the black truffle burger but their standard shake shack burger is pretty solid.

Truffle burger and tiramisu shake downstairs.First off, service is super slow....and usually there are a couple of people in line because thus is one of the more popular food court places. My burger tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Cold onion rings on the truffle burger, and a bit oily.Tiramisu shake was kind of coffee tasting with chunks of soggy cake pieces.Shake shack you can definitely do better!

As someone who doesn't have a Shake Shack location nearby, I try to get my fix whenever I am traveling.I ordered my usual, the Shack Burger -- a hearty Angus beef cheeseburger topped with flavorful applewood-smoked bacon, chopped cherry peppers for a hint of tanginess, and their signature ShackSauce, all nestled between a toasted potato bun. It's a classic burger done right and it never disappoints.To accompany my burger, I indulged in the bacon cheese fries. These crispy crinkle-cut fries were generously topped with a creamy cheese sauce and more of that delicious applewood-smoked bacon. It's the ultimate comfort food with a tasty twist.One thing I really appreciate about Shake Shack is their efficient ordering system. Utilizing the counter tablets makes the process quick and easy, ensuring that I can get my food without any hassle. Plus, being able to request a text when my order is ready is a convenient touch.The food was prepared swiftly, which meant I didn't have to wait long to satisfy my cravings. And when it came time to enjoy my meal, I found plenty of clean seating available in the food court area. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or flying solo.My experience at Shake Shack in San Francisco Centre was just what I was craving. Delicious comfort food, and efficient service--it's everything you could want in a burger joint.

A very busy location! Be prepared for a wait. But service was very good here. During a busy weekday lunch hour, we ordered quickly with a human (there was other lines for kiosk ordering), and my friend and I enjoyed a hot and delicious Animal Style Burger, a Avo Chicken Bacon Burger and signature crinkle fries -- along with a dairy-free chocolate shake. Everything was great!

The beef tasted fresh, that's all they have going for them. One small tomato in the burger isn't enough. Also overpriced at $10. In n out still dominates with $3 fresh burgers.

In the Westfield San Francisco Centre, Shake Shack was one of the more popular places to eat in the mall. The food is tasty and the shakes are good-- but unfortunately that doesn't equate to a perfect review. Shake Shack was starting to get busy once I arrived, so I used the Kiosk instead of talking to the cashier. My first issue is that if you order by Kiosk, they're supposed to text you once your order is ready (they did not). Even for those who didn't order by Kiosk, the service was extremely slow. My shake was so good! I got the Oreo Cookie Funnel Cake (Limited Edition). My friends got regular shakes and they tasted good too (but nothing special). The Chicken Sandwiches are good! The Portabello Mushroom burger was also surprisingly good; it was filled with cheese. This brings me to my second issue: the portions are small. It doesn't take a lot to fill me up, but my sandwich was so tiny and so not worth the price. I wouldn't have gotten it if I knew I could finish it in three large bites. Here's a summary of my review in case it's too long: Good food, good shakes. Slow service, the Kiosk will NOT text you, and portions are terribly small. Hope this is helpful!
