Shake Shack Cow Hollow

The Shake Shack in Cow Hollow has become my go-to for fast, delicious burgers. Out of all the Shake Shacks I've visited across the U.S., this location is by far the best. They consistently serve up great food while paying attention to every detail, especially when it comes to customer preferences. I always ask for my fries well done, and they get it right every time. Some of the staff even recognize me now and prepare my fries exactly how I like them automatically, which is kind of embarrassing and great at the same time haha!The burgers are always cooked to perfection: juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of char. Whether you stick with the classic ShackBurger or try something else, the quality is spot-on. On top of that, this location beats all the others in terms of speed and consistency.The restaurant is impeccably clean, both inside and outside, which adds to the great experience. With plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, it's easy to find a spot even when it's busy. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, making it a perfect place for a quick meal or to hang out with friends.If you're a Shake Shack fan, this Cow Hollow location is a must-visit. With friendly service, great food, and a pristine environment, it's the best Shake Shack experience you'll find!

FILLMORE Location; Worst experience I have ever had !! Never been before, and all signs point to kiosk for ORDER HERE. SINCE I bust my a$$ 24/7, I want someone else to do ALL THE WORK !! I'm forced to stand there and pick my toppings. Wtf..do I work HERE ? And there is no add on for extra mustard..wtf ? And I didn't even see the kitchup do it yourself till I went to the restroom around the corner ..then I would have had to beg for that too ! And after ALL THAT...it asks for a tip ! ? I.JUST did all this work myself ! No tip for YOU ! Oddly enough; I fkd up and I actually had to order at the counter- and there was never any indication that ordering at the counter was an option..and I still had to beg for extra mustard TWICE !! U are NOT Tokyo and stop trying. U suck !! And the bathroom is disgusting! Good luck !

App order, sometimes has specials. Go 2 to 5 pm, order with code to get buy one shake get one free with $10 purchase. Opted for shake shack burger with cheese, added pickle and onions. I can taste knots, definitely different from the black truffle burger which would be called " lace" crunchy patty with crispy fried onions and grocery cheese. It doesn't look like much but I can get addicted to eating it. Order was ready when I circled around for parking. It took longer to get there, so food got cold. Oh well but still tasted good.

Despite the late hour, the staff were welcoming and efficient, handling our slightly rowdy group with smiles and patience. Nevertheless, it remains a delicious and indulgent choice.Although I'll be honest, I typically only visit Shake Shack when I need to use my $10 monthly credit from Amex, so the high price and small portions are slightly more bearable especially when there's a special promotion, such as free chicken sandwich or milkshake. These deals are worth keeping an eye out for, even though the free sandwich is just so so.The ongoing debate of Shake Shack vs In-N-Out is a tough one. Though they operate in different tiers with varying options, Shake Shack leans more towards a "premium" experience. However, when considering value and overall taste, I typically favor In-N-Out for its consistent quality and satisfying portions.Overall, while Shake Shack delivers on quality, the smaller portions and higher prices make it a less frequent choice for me compared to other options.

Good food, automated so there's a disheartening lack of human interaction, unless no-reply texts count.

A $14 plus burger in the city isn't unheard of but usually there's more substance to the order than this and visually isn't as repulsive ...

In a world with so many burger options, there is far better and far worse you could do than Shake Shack. My fiancé had never been so we walked over after drinks for dinner on a Saturday night. Ordered at the kiosk and grabbed a table outside since it was nice out. Between the two of us, we had a chicken sandwich, burger, and 2 fries. I didn't think the food was bad, but it wasn't anything to write home about. I've felt like that after each visit to a Shake Shack so I think it's just not for me.

You can never go wrong with a burger from Shake Shack! Personally, one of my favorite fast food/quick burger places. You self-order at a kiosk which makes it easy to order. The food took a little while to come out even when the restaurant was fairly empty but nothing too bad. It was very clean and an open restaurant, good for big groups or families. Parking was tricky as always in SF. Overall, solid and consistent burger place. This location is very nice but the parking is the biggest con.

I don't know why I always give this location another chance. They ALWAYS get the order wrong usually in the form of missing items. I got an order of the chicken nuggets and a smoke shack. But I couldn't even finish it because someone doused it in salt and the burger was burnt to a crisp. I know the edges are supposed to smash burger-esque, but all I could taste was charcoal. I didn't even want to turn back and ask for a new order or a refund because it was rush hour traffic and I was just plain tired.
