This was our 2nd time here. We went on a Wednesday at 6:30pm. The restaurant was completely empty we thought they were closed. However, we stuck it out because we really wanted bo nhung dam. The restaurant seemed much cleaner and newer than the last time I came which was years ago. It was pleasant. The plates and bowls were very clean. We ordered the Bo Nhung Dam which wasn't as vinegary as I'd like. But it hit the craving. We also ordered the jellyfish salad and the chicken salt and pepper chicken knuckles? Those were both delicious. I really enjoyed the food here! The service wasn't bad. Everything came quickly and our water was refilled. By the time we left, the restaurant was pretty packed! I guess everyone just eats really late?

My parents haven't been around Little Saigon all that much, and my mom wanted to try this restaurant after watching a video somewhere. This was a great excuse to get them out of the house and try a new restaurant that's not there on their usual lineup list.First off, there is plenty of parking since the area is a shopping plaza. Upon entering the restaurant, it's quite spacious. We went at lunchtime, and it wasn't very busy. Their menu selection was pretty big. We ordered the Banh Khot, Banh Hoi Tom Thit Nuong, Com Thit Nuong, and Nui Xiao Bo Luc Lac.The Banh Khot was good! I've honestly never had it before so I cannot compare it with anything else. However, I thought the flavor was well-balanced, and I think the batter is the same batter they use to make Banh Xeo. The vegetables tasted fresh, which complemented the dish well. The Nui Xiao Bo Luc Lac (shaking beef with garlic noodles) was good. Flavor was definitely there. I will say I was slightly disappointed in the noodles. While the texture was good, not hard and had a good chew to it, it was lacking in garlic flavor. You couldn't taste any garlic, so the name was misleading to what you're actually getting. But aside from that, the beef was pretty tender and absorbed the sauce well.Portions are definitely shareable here, so be mindful of that! Overall, I would say it was a good place to try out and the price was reasonable for the amount t of food you're getting!

The food was average, I do appreciate the variety on their menu. Service is fine, I was definitely a little frustrated that we did not finish our food before they try to take our plates away. Not only that, we did not even pay yet. What the heck is up with that? Waitlist on Yelp is so-so, they have the system in place but I do not believe they use it lol

My family and I come here quite often. The food is typically delicious, but we had a poor experience the last time we came here. The service took a very long time and our food came out too slowly, especially compared to the other times we've been here (we think it's because we were sat at the back corner). The tables around us got all of their food before us even though we sat and ordered before they all did. They forgot about a few dishes we ordered, and we received them 40 minutes after we got our first entree to share. The noodles we normally order with the lobster were also very mushy and tasted odd/sour especially compared to the previous times we've had it.I'd like to give them grace and say it was a bad day, as we all have them. Otherwise, we usually enjoy the majority of their dishes. We love their crispy catfish and variations of fried rice, and their portions are big (family-style)! It is one of the nicer restaurants at Grand Century and feels fancy inside. Hopefully the next time we come, we have a better experience with the service, wait time, and food quality!

Solid Vietnamese restaurant. It gets really crowded here so I recommend placing yourself on the Yelp waitlist especially when it's a weekend! This place is better for large parties since each portion can be eaten family style. They have a very extensive menu & serve most Vietnamese dishes you can think of. I would give the food a solid 3, but bumping this to a 4 since the sugarcane cocktail is so refreshing and one of the best cocktails I've had.

Authentic Vietnamese gourmet restaurant here. It is a busy and bustling place that tables get filled quickly. It is best to get seated immediately between 11-11:30 AM.Do not compare this place to any pho noodle house. This is a step up for tasting Vietnamese food. The grill fish, beef 7-ways dishes are priced $49-$59, not what you would expect for Vietnamese food. The seafood rice wrapped in lotus leaf was surprisingly delicious. They have a few vegetarian dishes, but you would go there for their meat and seafood dishes.Service was prompt, only a few servers speak English. So I had to flag a couple guys for communication. I knocked down a star for the value. It is a bit pricy but authentic Vietnamese cuisine to try out. Portion serving is great for party of 5 or more. It is worth a try.
