Service: We had the sweetest waitress. Very patient, very kind and attentive (older Hispanic woman) I could hear the bartender, laughing and conversing with his patrons. It's nice to see staff interact in a positive way. Food : Clam b... something(clams and fries) - my daughter (10) CLEARED the plate! She loved it.. she said 10/10Lobster Mac and cheese- Husband ordered this. He said that the lobster is really good but the mac & cheese was kind of basic. He said that if they baked it and made it crunchy on top of it would've been better he gave it a 7/10.Clam linguine - my son ordered this said it was really good. They give you different sauce options, Alfredo, pesto, red sauce, garlic/butter/lemon.Filet of sole- the vegetables were cooked to perfection, and the fish was really good. I gave it a 10 out of 10.Cheese burger-(all things on side ) my daughter gives us a 10 out of 10 because they put all of the toppings on the side including the salad aka lettuce, she said 100/10Bloody Mary they were PERFECT Dozen oysters-they were nice size, not fishy. They were really good. We love a good oyster plate.Setting- we got here close to seven PM on a Saturday night there is minimal seating inside the restaurant. There is about 12 booths and the bar. It's pretty small but they also have the outside for to go /small plates and outside seating. It's vintage nothing fancy. But it's quaint and comfortable.

This was an amazing opportunity, we found when the crew were setting up! The gentleman employee was the best, set up my friend and I with a roll and coffee before they were even open! Delicious

I enjoyed sitting at the bar when I stopped in for a drink and decided to eat my dinner there. I ordered a Clam Chowder as a first course but unfortunately I lost my appetite and did not want to try anything else. The Chowder tasted like raw dough and only a slight Clam taste snuck through the overpowering flower taste. It seemed like a cool bar so I'll stay with a two star as it could have been much better. I am sure there is good stuff there but skip on the Chowder.

Review for the Clam Chowder Bread Bowl!Thick, rich, and creamy clam chowder dripping over the side of a bread bowl?? Yes please! Sabella & La Torre is our favorite spot in Fisherman's Wharf for a nice bowl of clam chowder. It is everything I said earlier in a soft, fresh bread bowl. They have a few folding tables in the front to chow down on while enjoying the hustle and bustle of the Fisherman's Wharf. Definitely a stop when we are in SF!

Holy frijoles. Look at the size of this crab salad! I thought I died and went to heaven! They have an awesome vinaigrette as well. I love thousand island, but too much is too sweet. The vinaigrette on the side was perfect! If not for the food, come see Irwin the bartender. Just an awesome guy who loves to chat and will take excellent care of you!!

Located right by Pier 39, Sabella & La Torre really introduces you the seafood palette of San Francisco. We ordered half a dozen oysters, lobster roll, and deep fried calamari. The calamari came with cocktail and tar tar sauce. The squid itself was very crispy and the batter was flavorful. Not greasy nor fatty, it genuinely tasted like I had fresh made calamari. The Oysters took the ball out of the park for me though. It had a less potent ocean taste and it wasn't slimy compared to other oysters you may get. It came with cocktail sauce, a bit of horseradish, and Tabasco already on the side. We had to get another round. The lobster roll was huge in portion. It was servedon a crispy, perfectly buttered brioche roll and PACKED with lobster, celery, and mayo filling. The lobster was extremely fresh and melted in your mouth. The fries were thin, crispy, and elevated a tasteful balance to the dish. Definitely worth the price.Everyone working there including the owners were extremely polite and always attentive of your needs. Didn't need to ask for a refill of water whatsoever, they were already ahead of it. The ambience itself is clean and really makes you feel like you're getting the best experience of dining by the wharf. If you're looking to get fresh seafood by the SF wharf, Sabella & La Torre will cater your needs. PS: I also ordered their Long Island iced tea, their mixed drinks are also very good.. might have to try their espresso martini. Definitely going to be my go to spot when I'm by the wharf.

I always enjoy getting seafood from Fisherman'a Wharf in the area. Looking for a place to eat for dinner, we stopped at Sabella & La Torre. The restaurant is small but has tables and a full bar. We were seated quickly. However, the service was prolonged. After ordering our meals, we had a very long wait as the waitress forgot to place our order. We ordered the following-Lobster Mac and Cheese- lobster was great, but the mac and cheese was watery. Lobster roll- I would have liked it if the lobster meat was made with just butter and seasoning. There was a little too much mayonnaise and the lobster itself lacked flavor. Happy to visit the wharf but I don't think ill return to this restaurant on my next visit to the area.

First it's my birthday with the best red head! She wanted to go get sea food and knew a place... we stumbled into this place and the owner Don was about to ask us what we wanted to drink and my friend was like welll we kind of wanted to go to a different place but it's been closed since covid per Don! Then we where like let's stay, and helloooooo this place has the best sea food and omg best clam chowder I've had in San Francisco and I grew up coming to San Francisco since I been a child!!! Sooo thank you Don for talking us in staying!!! I've enjoyed my birthday lunch dinner!!!! This old world restaurant was beyond the best... and the historic setting, with the side bar facing the pier was amazing, the wait staff and staff was so kind!!! Foods worth every penny!!!!

Been curious to give this restaurant a try due to its history and location.Today was finally the day for me to give it a shot. My friend and I ordered Crab Cake, Fish and Chips, and Calamari and Chips. These are my thoughts:Crab cake - It's pretty decent, pure crab, fresh and wasn't oily.Fish and Chips - Reasonable quality and quantityCalamari and Chips - It's okay, quantity didn't meet my expectation tho.Overall, staff were friendly. Food was decent. Location is great (of course).
