Thoroughly enjoyable experience. They have great portions at decent prices and the ambience of the restaurant is pretty fun and lively. Their pad see ew, pad Thai, fried rice, chicken wings were all very good! I really enjoyed their chicken wings... The only thing that I thought was just okay was their chicken satay. I also had their Thai iced tea and it was pretty average/good - nothing to write home about but it did the job. They also have alcoholic beverages here and I saw that they had this Ferris wheel of shots that looked fun! This is good for large groups because you can do family style and share a variety of entrees which is really nice! The people who work here are also very helpful and answer all of your questions! So all in all, this is a pretty standard Thai restaurant with the typical dishes you'd find, with good service and decent prices - this place is definitely a place that you should hit if you're looking for a good Thai place around the area.

We liked this place Food was really good and tasty. Perfect potions and a lot of vegetarian options available. Service was friendly and fast. Loved the ambiance here, all the film posters and lights make it a nice experience.

Came back with a big party, so we made reservations. The restaurant remained lively and noisy at 7:00 PM, which made it a bit hard to hear people at the end of the table. Our food came out staggered, which was great for table space. We got the Beef Noodle Soup, the Yellow Curry with Chicken, the Thai BBQ Chicken, the Eggplant Basil Tofu, the Saap Ver Fried Rice, the Pad See Ew with Tofu, and the Papaya Salad with Mild Spice for everything.Beef Noodle Soup: 4/5, wasn't expecting much out of this dish as a fan of Taiwanese beef noodle soup but was pleasantly surprised! Tender beef, and the noodles were good too. The broth was also hearty yet light.Yellow Curry with Chicken (mild): 4/5, very good standard yellow curry. Nicely sweet and good amount of vegetables and chicken in it.Thai BBQ Chicken: 5/5, a standout! The plating was magnificent and the bones were cleaned by our table. The meat just fell off the bone, and it was so tender. The side sauce really added to the experience as well!Eggplant Basil Tofu (mild): 3/5, fairly standard but not special to me. Their tofu texture is still great to me, just flavor-wise this was not my favorite.Saap Ver Fried Rice (mild): 5/5, will always be an advocate of this dish and it did not disappoint. The crispy pork belly is always a showstopper.Pad See Ew with Tofu: 4/5, great chew of the noodles and lots of veggies. The great tofu texture remained intact despite the sauciness of the dish.Papaya Salad (mild): 4/5, large portion of the dish was cabbage. Good texture-wise, just be warned that the spice level on this is seemingly higher (maybe because it doesn't have anything fatty or carb-rich to help absorb it). They charge an automatic gratuity for larger parties (we were a party of 6), so keep that in mind. Sometimes we would be waiting for a while for water refills, but the restaurant was busy and we were in a table in the back of the restaurant, so I understand. Another wonderful experience filled with delicious food, will continue to return!

The food was solid. I enjoyed the Pad Kee Mao and the Spicy Tom Yum Pork noodle soup. The pad Kee Mao already comes spicy so I would suggest getting mild. Medium was fine for the noodle soup. The atmosphere is quite loud, with them blasting pop music in the restaurant and playing things on the TV. The service was fine, but the male server at this restaurant had the most extreme hover I've ever seen. When he handed me the card reader that asked for my tip, he was hovering directly over me! I probably could've drooled on the top of my head! I don't appreciate this behavior from restaurant workers. If you provide a good service, I will leave a good tip. There is absolutely no reason anyone should be breathing down my neck.

Very cute very fun spot for Thai food. The pad Thai was very good, though not exactly what I look for. But certainly not mushy. We also had the special duck curry which was amazing, lychee added an unexpected sweetness which was really fun. The chicken wings were tasty and the crispy rice salad was really flavorful. The inside is a little loud. They do take reservations.

Vibey, bright, casual restaurant that was PACKED for Sat night dinner, but our group of 7 was still able to get seated fairly quick. I ordered the pad kee mow with chicken (medium spicy). It was delicious and true to the spice level requested. One thing to note, this place is super veg friendly. They go as far as to exclude fish sauce from vegetarian dishes. Make sure to request and confirm with them when ordering, they were super accommodating for our party. The walls are decorated with Thai film movie posters which I thought was pretty cool. There's plenty of seating for larger groups and bar seating as well. The menu is extensive and the presentation for everything looked wonderful. Definitely a great spot if you're in the SOMA / potrero hill neighborhoods :)

I called to make a same day reservation for my group of 5 on a Saturday at 7:30pm. The restaurant was about 90% full. We ordered the following:Pad cha scallop 3/5 (there's lots of baby scallops)Stir fried squid with salted egg yolk 2/5 (squid was chewy)Pad Thai with shrimp 2/5 (way too saucy for our liking)Grilled pork shoulder 5/5Tofu, mixed vegetable 5/5Crispy rice salad 5/5Sticky rice and garlic ginger rice 5/5Service 5/5Please note, for our group of 5, an automatic 20% tip was added to the bill even though there is a "suggested tip" section too: 18%-25%. I didn't notice until after I left the restaurant and I had to go back to get it reversed. Also note, mild is still pretty spicy.

Great casual Thai restaurant with an extensive menu and colorful decor! My friend and I got seated immediately for a Friday Night dinner, and shared the roasted duck curry and the saap ver fried rice, which I both enjoyed! The roasted duck curry was flavorful and had a good amount of duck, although the duck itself was a little salty. The saap ver fried rice had hints of lime which I liked. It was decently spicy which I didn't expect but a little bit of a kick was nice, and the pork belly was indeed crispy -- maybe a little too crispy because sometimes the skin was pretty hard to bite into. But overall both dishes tasted great, and I'd love to come back and try more.

The food was incredible here. I ordered a variety of dishes, but my favorites were the scallops and larb. I also got a lychee drink with a tart rim - the drink wasn't too sweet which I prefer. This place was massive, and it had a cool bar vibe because of all the TVs . Great for groups and we didn't have to wait too long for seating. We parked on the street, but I can see how it would be tough to find parking. The server delivered our food very quickly and gave us suggestions on what to order. Overall, a really pleasant experience, and it felt private enough to have a conversation.

Saap ver thai is absolutely delicious! I love coming to this Thai spot anytime I am in mission bay as every dish is packed with tons of flavor and just the right amount of spice. One of my go to dishes is the Thai style yellow curry with chicken which is served with a cup of steaming hot white rice and has just a hint of sweetness to it. The Thai iced tea is also potent and strong while being creamy and sweet. If you love some good Thai food, great vibes, and kind servers then definitely check out this spot!
