My current obsession is the Hot & Sour Soup from Rickshaw! It hits the spot on a cold-ish day with just the right amount of spicy heat. I'm not sure that ordering online first really speeds things up. It's nice to go in and see what they're offering for the day. I ordered the House Pork Ribs, which are so good, but I was drooling over the Pepper Prawns when I walked in. My Broccoli Beef and Fried Rice order weighed in at over 2 1/2 Lbs!! A lot of great food for $12.They take apple pay and credit cards now.

This is a great place to go if you want to get your moneys worth. I first tried them about 8 years ago and then I haven't gone in years until now. My guy likes to eat there and we will get it together sometimes. I actually got it twice in the past week. When you order the 2 item combo they stack it high and give you a generous amount of food. I really like the string bean chicken. I have had tangerine chicken, daichin chicken, salt and pepper pork chops, another sweet pork chop and I have also had the potstickers, fried rice, and chow fun. Everything that I have tried it good. Except some of the chickens are crispy with no chicken inside or the chicken is dry inside though the flavor is still pretty good. I will be back to try more items. I really want to try their bbq pork or Chinese chicken salad, maybe wonton soup or their shrimp. There are so many options. The only thing is that it's take out only and they do not have any seating though years ago they used to have tables and chairs.

I come here around the holidays to get some takeoutTakeout plates are STUFFED, I usually order Dai Chin Chicken and Fried Rice, and they do their best to empty that tray and stuff into that to-go boxAs for the actual food, it's good; I can't say anything bad about the chicken or the rice, worth the price honestlyService is quick; they're gonna prepare your order right in front of you, but the line for the food is longVery hole-in-the-wall vibes, feels very cramped

If you want easy and affordable Chinese food for a quick personal lunch or to cater a party, Rickshaw is the place to go.Highly recommend their dai chin chicken (similar to orange chicken) and salt and pepper pork (crispy, perfectly seasoned, and not too greasy). Would pass on their broccoli beef though. Their combo plates come with chow mein/fried rice (or garlic noodles for an extra $1) and 1-2 entrees. The 1-entree plates are $9.45 for lunch, $10.45 for dinner and the 2-entree plates are $10.45 for lunch, $11.45 for dinner and portion sizes are enough for 2 meals. You can also purchase any of their food in various sized party platters (~$35-40 for a S) or large takeout containers. And even though they don't open until 11 on Saturday, you can order your food to be ready for pick up at 11. I've been able to feed 20 people for less than $150 from Rickshaw's. I also appreciate that they told me they thought I was over ordering rather than trying to upsell me. They even offered to let my husband leave one of the trays they had already prepared because they thought it was too much food (and they were right--we had leftovers for days).

Small to go takeout place. First time trying this place and people weren't kidding when they said it's enough to last you the whole day. Ended up ordering a combo plate with orange chicken, salt and pepper pork chop, and fried rice. Both the meat options seemed to be a little over cooked, making the meat dry. Flavoring was actually good on both but just wish the meat was a bit more juicer and tender. The fried rice was just okay, felt like it needed more soy sauce. Overall not a bad place to stop by if you're looking for a good bang for your buck.

Rickshaw corner restaurant is literally at the corner of a shopping center next to Lucky grocery store. There is planning a parking in the shopping area. There is also Edgewood Park that's not too far if you wanted to take your food to picnic locally. After all, Rickshaw is only take out Chinese food. Service is quick as you order your items but because of this be prepared for a long customer line waiting time, especially at rush-hour meal time. You can also order your food online. it's a small quaint place but appreciate their big portion sizes.

No frills Chinese spot, they do take card now! A friend of mine recommended this place so I checked it out with my dad and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was! The first time we came there wasn't a line but the second time it was pretty crowded. You pick your food and then order, they're pretty efficient even only with two people behind the counter. What this place is great about is they give you piles of food. It's basically two meals and for about $12ish/plate which makes it so worth it. Definitely a good place for a cheap eat!!

Forget Panda Express--support a local gem instead! Rickshaw has been in the community for years. When you're craving Chinese food, this is the spot to hit. The staff are friendly, and the portions are generous. The food is great, definitely a spot to check out when in the area. Attached to a shopping center so there is a lot of parking.

MUST TRY! The prices for Chinese takeout in the Bay Area have been rising, but I'm surprised by how affordable this place is. This place is the real deal and gives you a hefty portion of food. I don't know how they make a profit. My husband brought me here to show me how much food they give--no joke, they give a lot!!! They fill the container to the top and top it off with extra food. It's AMAZING! We got here close to 2 pm on a weekday, and there was still a line. But don't worry, the line moves quickly because the staff are efficient at loading the container. My husband and I ordered the garlic noodles with two sides of entrees: broccoli beef and salt and pepper pork. We shared the box, and it filled us both up. The food was surprisingly yummy, seasoned well, and for what we paid, it's such a STEAL!

Rickshaw Corner Restaurant has to be my hidden gym for quick, fresh and convenient Americanized Chinese Food. This place may remind you of Panda Express' steam table, but it is levels above. I've enjoyed Rickshaw's variety of items, including: potstickers (outstanding!), Dai Chin Chicken, Salt & Pepper Pork Ribs, and Chow Fun.Although there is normally a short wait in line, this establishment makes up for it by replenishing the steam tables with fresh food. I've ordered via DoorDash and I noticed that my items are made to order. This is good to know since I prefer fresh food, as opposed to the food that may have been sitting on the table.
