I was in the area for a Chase Center event and wanted to get easy food without the Chase Center craziness (and prices!). After scouring the map a little bit, I came across the Spark Social SF and the Parklab Gardens food truck area! I reviewed the list of available food trucks on their Instagram and decided we wanted to give Rasa Rasa a try! I knew I wanted to try the shrimp laksa and my partner was curious to try the Beef Rendang. Sadly, we arrive a bit late (~7pm) in the day and they ran out of shu mai and rendang. We decided on the laksa, satay platter, and a San Pelligrino (all drinks are ~$3)I loved how flavorful and piping hot both the dishes were! The shrimp was fresh, soup was nicely spicy, and the chicken satay was perfectly balanced and delicious. The laksa had a rounder rice-ish (maybe has other starches) noodle which was tasty, though I wish it had a rice noodle or egg noodle to absorb more of the broth! I loved the food and hope to try the rendang next time. It was perfect pre-event food and it's only about a 5 min walk to the Chase Center!

This is one of the best permanent vendors at Spark Social! For starters, the fried chicken wings was some of the luckiest I've had and everything was made to order. The beef rendang tasted so flavorful and spiceful, and even came with shrimp chips and cooked jackfruit in a coconut sauce! The portion was also substantial and I saved the rest for lunch the next day. The prices aren't bad at all considering the portion and quality of food! I will be coming here more often when I'm at Spark Social!

I eat here on special occasions on my lunch break while working at mission bay. Delicious and fast, this place serves great laksa and the chicken wings are so crispy and delectable. The people running the food truck are really nice and the outdoor space is really lovely when it's sunny. It's located right next to an outdoor mini golf course. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking to eat after a fun mini golf game.

I never had Indonesian food before and upon trying the Beef Rendang, I know I will be trying more! I'm familiar with alot of Southeast Asian cuisines so I had an idea of what the flavor profiles would be, but I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of food. The curried jackfruit arguably was as good as the beef, and the egg was cooked perfectly as well! Whenever I'm at the Spark Social area, I try to hit up Rasa Rasa unless they're closed.

Consistently delicious food at this Spark Sf food truck staple! Whenever it's cold outside I love getting their noodle soup to warm me up. The flavors are so rich. The turmeric chicken was really tender, and I loved that there were leafy greens on the side. The sauce is so good over the chicken too! It's usually not busy here, so ordering and receiving my food is so fast. The food is packed up nicely so nothing spills when I'm carrying it from the truck to my table. The puffed shrimp chips on the side are a great crunchy snack too!

Finally reunited again! Been craving the platter since I first tried it. It's still as good as the first time. Flavor has been consistent.

Was looking for a quick and easy place to have dinner outside this evening to enjoy the beautiful weather. Walked around Spark Social for a bit until coming across Rasa Rasa. The menu piqued our interest and we shared the shrimp laska noodle soup and the gado gado. The soup had deep, complex flavors with fresh shrimp. There's a nice kick to it as well. The gado gado was my favorite. Clean and refreshing, with a savory peanut sauce. Really enjoyed the crunch of the chips in contrast to the veggies. Mixing everything into the chips as a scoop reminded me of childhood. Fun place. Recommend!

Absolutely LOVE the food here. We had a bite of the food and it was SO good that we went back and ordered another 3 items to bring home to share with family, wow. Especially appreciate that the service was fast and efficient, even during the lunch hour - thank you. Lots of comfy seating and tables in a park like setting. Can't wait to go back again.

Delicious--and rare. The Bay Area is not blessed with much Indonesian cuisine and Rasa is a great find. Classic dishes, really well prepared.
