I walked by this location not knowing a thing about it.. It looked like another boba tea spot but I got curious as soon as I saw soft serve. Soft serve on a cold blistery day? Great idea. They had a huge iPad out front for you to order but I was happy to see a gal inside working the counter. When I approached her and asked if I could just place my order with her, she was accommodating and said "yes." I inquired about the soft serve and asked if it was any good. She immediately comes back and says "I can sample you on all of the flavors so you can try them first." I was already sold. For service alone, this place already had 5 stars from me.*Matcha flavor: Didn't taste too much Matcha in here so I passed.*Earl Grey Milk Tea: I could definitely taste the tea flavor but I didn't like it enough to pick it. *Assam Milk Tea: The clear winner. Not overly sweet and I was told I picked the least popular flavor which was totally fine by me. This one tasted just as the name states. All of the soft serves had the same creaminess to them. You could tell that this was the good stuff. I would definitely come back here, but I'd probably wait for warmer weather.

I'm still frustrated that this place doesn't have a trash can for customers. They sell a product in disposable cups but don't provide a way to dispose of them? When I asked, they pointed me to a trash can three stores down. While Palo Alto doesn't explicitly require businesses to provide waste bins, this just feels like them avoiding responsibility for the waste they create. Infuriating.Beyond that, they were out of vanilla, which was what I actually wanted. The Earl Grey soft serve was okay but weak in flavor. And $7 for a small ice cream with a bit of cream? Then they ask for a tip, making it nearly $9 for ice cream. That's absurd.I won't be coming back.

I walked in and right out as my adult children walked in to order. Why you ask??The music is offensive here w F and B words. Nobody should bring their children here.I got Kyoto float. Not impressive.

It's clean, it's quick, it's easy to order, it's unique, it's cute, it's tasty. What else do you need in a drink?Rabbit squared is a unique and cute drink boutique in the Stanford Shopping Center. You order at one of the kiosks, enter into the very white shop, pickup and leave (because there is no place to drink inside the store)!Prices are what you'd expect in Palo Alto, and decor is modern and chic, just like what you'd expect at Stanford. There are some fun flavors to try!

The cutest rabbit-themed spot offering soft serve with Asian-inspired flavors and yummy boba drinks! You can order and pay at the kiosks inside and outside. The shop itself is so cute with the little rabbit window and wall of ice cream! No seating though. So many flavors but I was debating between the Assam Black Milk Tea ice cream and the Earl Grey one, but ended up going with the Assam. My friend got the other which was nice to try! The Assam has a stronger tea flavor, while the earl grey was more floral. The boba was good too, tried a sip of my friend's creme brûlée one. Overall a welcome addition to Stanford shopping center, i just wish it was around 4 years ago!

Was doing some window shopping at the Stanford shopping center and I decided to get a sweet treat so here I am.I ordered the vanilla & earl grey milk tea soft serve in a waffle cone with oreo and pocky added on to it. A little icy but the flavor of the soft serve itself is valid. The way you order is pretty simple. You order at one of their two kiosks outside and then they call you when your order is ready. The shop is pretty small but it's nicely decorated in a way that suits their theme. Try it out if you like. :)

I have been wanting to come here for sooo long. my brother invited me to go. This place is kind of near pottery barn. U order on a kiosk. For some reason it kept freezing up on us. There were so many options! I ended up getting guava green tea with lychee jelly. It was very refreshing. My brother ordered earl grey soft serve with pocky and oreo which was good. It was a little icy, but still Yummy. The decor is insta-worthy, especially the soft serve wall.

Yoli deserves an employee of the day award because she's so nice and welcoming! She gave me a sample of the matcha soft serve and the earl gray soft serve. You can do a smoothie or you can just eat the soft serve after you order on the iPad

I tried their strawberry buckwheat milk tea, and I think it's my new fav in the milk tea realm of theirs. It tastes pretty unique, and it reminds me of strawberry candy. It also comes with pink boba!

Stopped by for a pick me up while shopping. It's a cute little shop with no seating, it's an order and go. You can order at the register or at the kiosk. It's a little pricy IMO but the tea did taste of good quality. I ordered a regular iced jasmine green tea. The one thing I didn't like is that I ordered 25% ice and I legit got like 3 ice cubes. My tea was room temperature, not as refreshing as I wanted it to be.
