Purtea went above and beyond for us! They generously sponsored our Asian Student Association club at Archbishop Riordan High School, donating 40 Thai green teas for our football game boba sale. Thanks to their support, we not only had an incredibly successful event, but we also made unforgettable memories.The Thai green tea was a hit--absolutely delicious and refreshing. We're so grateful for Purtea's commitment to the community and for making our event such a success. Thank you, Purtea, for your kindness and for being such a fantastic local business!

This is a cute boba shop on Ocean. It's spacious with plenty of seating if you want to hang out with friends or study/work. The shop has a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, with hanging lights, green vines, and a backdrop of vines and flowers. The decor and furniture give a mix of modern, industrial, and whimsical vibes. I ordered on the kiosk. Their milk teas selection isn't the biggest, but they have the classics. I ordered a Classic Milk Tea with boba and less sugar. The drink was good - no complaints. The boba had a good texture, perfect balance of chewy and soft, with good flavor.

A wonderful & cute little neighborhood boba shop. Their staff is always friendly and inviting. And they make good recommendations. Popcorn chicken is bomb and their durian milk drink is so friggin good I could drink it all the time but would prob go broke. I have a toddler who likes to climb on the chairs and benches to sit and I've never had a bad interaction with either staff or other patrons there. They've always been so patient and friendly. Cute decor, looks like some tables are meant for non laptops which is nice too. I see a lot of ppl do work or do schoolwork while enjoying their dranks so wfh friendly too.

My new favorite neighborhood boba place to dine in at. Cute interior to sit and hang out at, and they have some tasty and pretty drinks like the cloud 9 butterfly series and ube latte (both of which my husband loves). I usually just get the passionfruit green tea, sometimes with lychee jelly though it's a little hard to get the jelly out. The tea isn't that sweet, which is how I like it, but there is no option to reduce sweetness for folks who like really low sweetness. I do order it without ice because they put a lot in there. My friend said the chicken tenders and fries are solid too. Reasonable price.

Food menu is to die for with reasonable prices for a lot of food! Got the Chicken Fried Steak over rice with curry sauce ($13.50), and it was juicy and delectable with the optional chili powder add on inside the restaurant. Boba was decent, got the Lady Luck and it was yummy and my big sister got the banana milk which wasn't my fav. Definitely wish there were more milk tea options, but solid drink list nonetheless. I personally love a boba spot that also has food options, so I recommend for sure!

Located in the Ingleside neighborhood, Purtea offers a variety of tea drinks along with snacks to go with your drink. Upon entering the tea shop, patrons are greeted with a cute floral-themed interior. You can order via their kiosk or in-person with the cashier. We decided to go with their classic milk tea and orange green tea. The classic milk tea was a true representation of milk tea, in which the sweetness and milk was not too overpowering and the tea in the drink still shined through. If you're read any of my reviews before, you know I love my fruit teas, and orange green tea is one of my absolute favorites. The orange green tea from Purtea does not disappoint and I would go back to order it again without a doubt. While I did not sample any of their appetizers and snacks this time around, I'll be sure to do so next time if I'm looking for a bite to eat. If you're in the Ingleside - Ocean Avenue area and find yourself craving tea drinks or snacks, then Purtea is the pur-fect spot for you!

The Green fruit tea here is delicious and the place has a nice cool/homey vibe. I got the Mixed Fruit tea with Boba and my husband got the Passionfruit. The flavor of mine was boldly fruity. My husband's was not as strong as mine, but still very enjoyable. We also got an order of Popcorn Chicken. The flavor was good. But the pieces were smaller without much actual chicken. And they were a little dry. I'd go back for the tea, but pass on the chicken.

The only reason that this place is getting 2 stars is because of their great service otherwise this place is really low bar to me in terms of Boba places.When you walk into this cute little Boba shop, you are nicely treated by one of the servers. I had a hard time choosing a drink and the server gave me some recommendations and decided to get the Ube Iced Milk and the Popcorn Chicken. The Ube Iced Milk was very disappointing. I was basically purple Milk because I could not for the life of me taste any Ube in it.As for the Popcorn Chicken that was a little better being that it was nice and crunchy, but that was it. It really lacked any flavor.Overall, the food and drinks were meh but the service was great.

I've had my eye on this spot for a couple of months and I'm so glad I gave it a try. What caught my attention was their fried pork chop over rice. Pretty huge portion for $13.95. I got it with curry sauce and it did not disappoint. The curry didn't taste like the typical Japanese curry with a lot of spices.. it's more like the HK style cafe curries.. idk man but I loved it. I do wish it came with a little more sauce because I'm a sauce drinker LOL. The pork chop had the perfect amount of batter and it was perfectly crispy and seasoned. So tender. Came with a bed of white rice and cabbage/salad. Once you walk in, you can order from the kiosk or online. Then they'll call your order when it's ready. Basically you can choose to dine in or dine out because it comes in a to go container for convenience. Overall, solid spot. 4.5/5. Would come back! 03.06.2024 | Wednesday @12:40pm

This place is cute and the drinks are pretty. The drinks aren't the best; a bit watered down and barely tastes like tea. The service is great, drinks come out pretty fast. I won't be coming back.
