Primo Pizza

Been here months ago when we were walking by this place. Passed by again recently. Pizza's okay. We ate in last time, not that many people. Mostly ordering out. I don't know if it's their tech or they are bad at checking their apps, but a few complaints we heard was that they are slow or they didn't know they got orders for pickup until people show up for their orders. Maybe this is more of a call them ahead type of place. Service was friendly when we were there. Not much ambiance.Located on Divisadero and Turk.

After being loyal customers of Primo for years, we were excited to order again after moving back. What a disappointment. Our favorite Meat Eaters Pizza and Buffalo Wings took a ridiculous 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive--only for everything to show up stone cold.The pizza was a joke, barely any meat at all, like they forgot what a "Meat Eaters" pizza is supposed to be. And the wings? Not even a hint of buffalo sauce. It's like they didn't even try.Will never order again!

Delivered on time which was a plus on a rainy night. Topping was good, though unexceptional. Crust was actively bad. Way too chewy and rubbery

After visiting a family member at the hospital, I suddenly found myself craving something to eat. It was pretty late at night and not much was open on a Monday night near the Fillmore district in SF. After driving around a little bit, I found this little pizzeria named Primo and initially I was saying if I should just skip eating but I decided to try it out and I'm glad I did. Two topping pizza with a drink for $5 is pretty reasonable these days. My first thought when I took a look at how big this slice was reminded me of this place on Powell Street named Blondies. The crust was thick and had some nice crispy edges. The pizza itself had just enough sauce but not too much to soak your pizza. Toppings were generous and tasted fresh. For late night offerings, Primo Pizza is the spot for some late night munchies.

Ordered a slice of combo pizza which was really good and packed with veggies. Service was friendly! Downfall were the jalapeño poppers that tasted super bland and not cooked all the way. Chicken tenders were mid also. I would come back just for a slice of pizza and nothing else.

My go-to delivery pizza. They do their own delivery, so it's fast and the gig delivery companies aren't taking a huge cut. Favorites are the Chicken Primo and the garlic bread with cheese.

Ordered half pepperoni, half cheese pizza and only got four pieces of pepperoni. I paid $23 and waited an hour for four pieces of pepperoni.

I'm not really understanding the hate here. frankly, I found this pizza pretty good. standard. nothing to write home about but something to write yelp about. they gave us ranch and buffalo sauce and the chicken tenders were weird but its called primo pizza and not primo chicken tenders for a reason. so no worries there. the people were friendly. the service was fast. I was happy. it was fun. I'd do it again.

Their ability to read the order correctly. How do you make a meat eaters (lovers) pizza ADD garlic and tomatoes and then make a pizza with no meat. Mfs also messed up the dough? It looks like I ate one big slice or two little ones but really there was like an inch of space in between the slice I took out and the one above it. Unsurprisingly a meat pizza with no meat and only garlic and tomatoes is not very good. I do like garlic but this has pizza doesn't have anything to balance it out and it's just disgusting.

Ordered from here multiple times, never had an issue except once when I received a smaller size when I actually paid for a large. This was rectified easily by the correct size was re-delivered to me. Happy camper!
