3. Mix Combo Plate. Everything was tasty, but the highlight was the combination of the toom (garlic dip) with chicken shawarma.

Great food and love the owner. Convenient place to get shwarma. I would visit this place every time I am in town.

I visited the restaurant with a group of my friends. The restaurant is not in the safest neighborhood, but it's okay if you go during the day.The menu has a very wide selection and the food was great as well. I don't think it's an affordable price but potentially on the higher end. But the food tasted good. There was only one worker who I am assuming is the owner. Thus, the service may be a little slow. There is a restroom and card is accepted.

Went here for lunch today, first time in, and the food was amazing (I got the chicken sarookh wrap). Needless to say, this is a brutal block in SF (6th between Market and Mission), but all the more reason to support this small business. Super friendly service. Based on observation as well as the quality of the food, the chef clearly takes great pride in his craft. The only downside was the wait time. However, I believe that's simply a function of everything being made to order + a small team. I ordered and ate in the restaurant today, but may call ahead or order online next time and pick up. Either way, I'm definitely going back and working my way down the menu! Support this local business!

I went soon after opening on a weekday. The staff is small here, I think the owner and one additional staff member. I was confused if the restaurant was open because there was no one but the staff there. Despite all this I went ahead and ordered and boy was I glad I did!We got the mixed plate and a chicken pita both were outstanding! Juicy, well seasoned and fresh. They both came with a garlic sauce and a hot sauce... and the hot sauce was SPICY! The mixed platter came with rice, bread, salad and sauces. Everything was perfect! The food was phenomenal period. Please go here, be patient and order a lot, you will not be disappointed. It's a small shop with a few tables for seating nothing too fancy, drinks are cans of soda or water and all the meat is halal and fantastic. Additionally the tea is amazing we had the adani tea that has what felt like warm spices and milk.

A surprisingly delightful find in a not so delightful area of the city. Good shawarma is hard to come by in SF, for some reason. They really nail the basics here, with well-seasoned, tender, and high-quality meat. I tried the combo plate, which comes with chicken & beef/lamb shawarma, rice, pita, and a mix of diced tomatoes & lettuce. The highlight was the chicken, and while the beef was also tasty, next time I think I'd go with just the chicken since that seemed to be their specialty. Everything went really well with the toom (garlic dip), which I believe is homemade. The serving was a good value for the portion size, $19. I also tacked on a "side" of hummus, for an additional $2, which the owner did as a custom add-on. The hummus was interesting, and had a nutty flavor to it, which was different but also good. The owner i believe is Palestinian, and he clearly knows his stuff. This is most definitely a "hole in the wall" location, and unfortunately the neighborhood isn't great. I'd recommend either getting takeout or coming earlier in the day if you plan to dine in.

In a less than pretty area of the city. When we arrived, there weren't any other customers inside, but the owner was very welcoming and took our orders quickly. The kitchen and cooking area is front and center, and it's immediately noticeable how clean the place is. The food is incredibly reasonably priced and the portion sizes are large. It's evident this is a family-owned business which serves as the owner's livelihood, and the food is authentic and tasty. Highly recommend checking it out!

Best shawarma in the Bay Area, since the first bite all the nostalgia kicks in as if I was back home in the Middle East. Highly recommend to everyone that likes juicy fresh shawarma meat!
