I stopped here recently for breakfast. The owner was very nice and service was fine. I liked how they have outside tables with a canopy set up, along with the green color scheme, large plants, and modern furniture. Food was tasty enough, although not much meat on my burrito. Unfortunately, this place is overpriced. Fourteen bucks for a burrito and coffee, not including tip. It's not likely I will be back.

My girlfriend and I serendipitously stumbled upon this taco stand and the food was not only phenomenal but also incredibly authentic. We liked it so much that we came back a few weeks later for Taco Tuesday (nothing beats $2 tacos) which was amazing.

I love this place. My favorite is the cochinita, 15 hour slow cooked pork topped with pickled onions. I also like their al pastor and their shrimp tacos. Everything from here is good and authentic. The owner is so sweet and is always changing up the menu. I've taken over a dozen of my friends here. Also, $2 taco Tuesday!

Stopped here on a whim. Seems like their specialty is seafood, though the meat offerings looked good too. The fish taco and shrimp taco are UNREAL. That salsa is incredible!! And the seafood def tasted fresh. Great tasting tortillas too! TBH it's hard to find a good taco in the burrito town that is SF. Vallarta comes close but this place blows 'em out the water. It takes a little while to get your food but please be patient because it is SO worth it. There's literally one guy taking orders and making the food. Luckily they've got a huge tv with the giants game on. The guy by the way, Carlos was so friendly! The prices are fair and if you disagree with me you can come back in taco Tuesdays where apparently ANY taco is $2/ea.

I stumbled onto Playa Del Carmen while picking up food in the area, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the ceviche and the pastor sope. Both were phenomenal! The shrimp ceviche was bright, and the serving size is huge - great for sharing. The pastor meat was tender and the toppings were generous. The owner was also super kind. He let us know on Tuesday, he has $2 tacos for Taco Tuesday's. I'll definitely be back to give the tacos a try!

I've stumbled this place by accident and decided to give it a try since a love some Mexican food. First thing that I noticed is how friendly the service was, very good. Now the food. Simply amazing, very fresh and well-made. The tacos were very good but the ceviche was the star of the show, the flavors were perfectly balanced. Do yourself a favor and try this place.

I'm from Southern California so I hold tacos to a very high standard. These tacos were subpar at best. This is not a formal food truck, this is a box with a grill in front of someone's home. They don't have agua frescas and they didn't have all the meats they claimed they had on Doordash. Apparently they don't do taco tuesday anymore either which is the ONLY reason I came to this sad place. I ended up ordering 4 chicken tacos, 2 carne, 1 shrimp. The chicken was dry and the sauce they gave was super spicy with no flavor. Their mild sauce tasted like straight lemon juice. The carne flavor was okay, very little meat was given and it was mostly fat. The shrimp, boy oh boy, it said it came with a spicy mayo but he just squirted a bunch of miracle whip on it. He gave me ONE PIECE OF SHRIMP and then had the nerve to grill it on one side only. Thank God I looked before eating. One side was pink one side was gray. There was another man in this tiny little BOX not doing anything but coughing, not even covering his mouth!!! Shut this germ factory down immediately!

Oh my, this place is legit. The rice was soooo well-seasoned, really lovely mouthfeel, like it was cooked with a tasty fat for flavor. Blackbeans were made just right, perfect tenderness and very yummy. Pork was also delicious and I loved the green salsa. I discovered this taco truck through a promotion off an app, and I will be super happy to return to order directly from the truck in the future. The people working there also seemed very nice (perhaps he was the owner). When I visited, the truck was located at 4384 Mission St, which is about a block away from Manila Oriental Market. Go buy your Asian groceries and then treat yourself to tasty tacos and Mexican rice!

Great area, great staff, and great food. I went here today and enjoyed a lovely lunch with myself. The weather is beautiful and it was complimented with 2 carne asada tacos with sour cream and fresh avocado. The chef was very kind and the food was fresh. Love to see the natives of San Francisco owning businesses that serve the community well. I will definitely be returning. Btw the price was only $8.50 for two tacos with sour cream and avocado and one can of coke. Can't beat that with a stick
