I've been here a few times... the prices are cheap but the food has gotten worse. The beef / pork is just bland and mediocre. And the service (as others here have stated) is not good... they act like they're doing you a favor. And good luck trying to get water refill or extra napkins. With so many great choices in Chinatown, and many with great service, I won't be coming here again.

The service was quick, there were 3 other couples having lunch. I ordered the chicken pho. It looked delicious, however there was no flavor in the broth. The size of the chicken is thinner and smaller than before. I don't mind paying more for my meal, and was a bit disappointed with the flavor of my pho. I understand costs have changed since Covid, however I was looking forward to enjoying their broth. Ambiance is a classic Asian restaurant.

Ah, the no fuss and good food establishment we old school foodies miss! This place is super chill and even the patrons that dine there are as well. Located near Columbus Street and Stockton, or where Chinatown and North Beach meet, this more quiet-than-usual restaurant offers a good variety of Vietnamese dishes, as well as Chinese dishes. The choice is really up to you on whatever you may be craving most! I was most interested in their Vietnamese dishes, and got their BBQ Chicken with Eggrolls. And my-oh-my....the chicken was prepared simply and portion size was pretty huge. Worth the price. Flavors also seem authentic (believe the owners are Chinese-Vietnamese) and tasty. If you're lucky enough, grab a window seat and you can also people watch as you're enjoying your meal. Really a gem of a place right in Chinatown!

We were around Chinatown waiting for something and we were slightly hungry. We decided to try this Vietnamese spot out. The staff was great and they let us take our time with the menu. They were very prompt when we decided what we wanted to order and the food came out quickly. This spot is kind of a hole in the wall, doesn't look the most appealing. But the food makes up for all of it. The portions are big and we were stuffed just sharing the appetizer and the entree.

I'm rarely in the area but my friend recommended this spot. It's one of the best pho places in Chinatown. I went with a friend. We ordered and got our food fast. It took me a while to finish my bowl of pho. This place gives you A LOT of noodles. The broth could be better but the amount of noodles they give you definitely makes up for it.

We've been here before. The food is OK. The Thai iced tea is very good. One of my favs. I ordered the seafood pho, it had mostly processed seafood, the fake crab, fish balls, slices of fish cake, a couple of shrimp and rehydrated squid pieces. I didn't care for the soup. Should remember not to order this again. BFF ordered the shrimp salad. It's one of her favorites here. Staff is efficient but they won't check back on you after the food arrives. Bathroom in the back. They do get regulars who dine here. It's a hole in the wall.

Came here today. The food isn't that great. Big bowl of pho, but no good on taste, The soup wasn't so tasty and beef had no taste too. The beef was probably boiled to cook, so no taste. The service here was ok. The pho before was a lot better then than now...

I walked around Chinatown for a couple hours and was tired, thirsty and needed to use the bathroom. Stumbled upon this place and thought I could order the three color bean dessert for a pick me up and use restroom too. They would not let me use restroom. Told me that I needed to pay additional $10 to use restroom. Needless to say, I walked away and found a nearby establishment that allowed me to purchase a drink and take a potty break.I love Vietnamese food, pho in particular; but due to the rude attitude, i would never return here nor recommend to friends. Plenty of other pho places around that comes with better friendlier service too!
