Always a good spot for flavorful Phõ. I started coming here years ago when I when to the gym next door more regularly, and it's never really disappointed. This time my husband and I also split an order of Five Spice Chicken. It was perfectly cooked at tasty. The orders come quick and the place has an eclectic vibe.

lol. it aint great. but it'll like do because it's close by. but i'd pick kevin or pho ga any day over here. so here's what's good:-service is good and wait time is pretty short. -they speak chinese so it's even easier to order. -free tea lesssgooo. -lots of seating so i never had to wait. what's meh:-everything else. i recommend not straying from the typical common viet stuff like beef or chicken pho, imperial roll, because the banh cuon and bun bo hue are no good imo. do not order it. which is sad because not many vietnamese restaurants in sf offer banh cuon. :(-it's pretty old interior so it can be a turn off. -quality and taste just doesn't match the price point here. i think it's just fine. average at best. kevin's is better because they put more msg so it's more flavorful. sorry :/

By far top 5 pho spots in SF for many years now! They are consistently good and family owned and operated, correct me if im wrong. The best is the crab paste pho soup OMG I crave it and have to go back soon. I been coming here since 2007 when I lived off Ocean ave. Damn they are good the sugar cane prawn and yummy imperial rolls. Service is quick, to the point and usually friendly. The tables I like how they have it spaced and the cute upstairs bathroom. Try them out I hope they stay in the neighborhood for decades to come.

Hole in the wall joint that never disappoints. Love their pho soups as always. I swear it's hearty and just comforts the soul. Service is always on point. The staff is welcoming and friendly every time my family and I come. Will definitely recommend this place.

Stopped by for a quick lunch on the weekend and it was pretty spacious. Had a lot of options on their menu and our food came out pretty quickly. The staff was nice, helping us get items we needed and making sure our orders were correct. Shrimp Rolls - Came out with 4 pieces and the rice paper was a little stiff. The ingredients were fresh but it was mostly vermicelli inside. Combo Beef Noodle Soup - The pho was pretty standard and didn't stand out to me. The soup was very light but didn't have the usual rich meat flavor. My boyfriend got the Bun Bo Hue which he highly recommends, saying it was one of his favorites in the bay area, and you have to add lemon/lime and fish paste/ot sate to it so definitely go here if that's the dish you want to get!

They used to be really good. Like, packed on a weekday lunch filled with asian people good. But now, something's changed. Honestly think Covid killed this place. Before Covid, it was very good broth pho soup. But maybe they changed owners? Or the head chef left? I don't know. The pho broth is light, without a lot of flavor, and honestly pretty bland. Like others have said, there are lots of better pho places around.

I've been ordering doordash here almost everyday for the past week and a half after discovering they have banh cuon here. Most vietnamese restaurants don't carry banh cuon or they make it super salty. I'm glad I found this restaurant because of how fast they finish my order every time and it's super close to my home too. The food here is great and decent price for everything. I have tried a fair share of almost everything and my go to is definitely the steamed rice rolls with ground pork(banh cuon).

I love their pho and imperial roll but this time, the pho tasted different than usual. Maybe a change in ingredients?

This place serves my two favorite dishes: Banh Cuon and Bun Rieu. Then why the two stars? Their prices are absurd! The Bun Rieu should not cost $20! $20.50, to be exact, oh, and before tax. You're located on ocean without a view, for crying out loud. This price does not justify its small portions, service, or location. Most of their pho soup bowls are over $20. I can understand why this place never gets jammed-packed. Perhaps lower your prices to match this neighborhood location and not be so money-hungry.
