Today was the first time my friend and I went to eat Pho Ha Noi in Milpitas for lunch. When I walked into the restaurant and the getline didn't take too long, we were led to the table by a female employee and given us the menu, a young man prepared water and spoons and chopsticks for us. At first, we were confused about what to choose specifically at this restaurant. Luckily, I had a Young Girl who was a service consultant on the dishes. She spent some time with us, even though the restaurant was crowded. But she was very enthusiastic and smiling, asking us if we ate spicy food and if we had any allergies. After letting her know and advising, I was very satisfied and my friend praised her for being very kind. We chose 2 bowls of beef rib pho and the meat was very tender. The space is very spacious and suitable for families. You should come to experience it.

Authentic Northern Vietnamese cuisine and legit. Clean and modern with good upkeep inside. I have been wanting to come here since their grand opening long ago. Surprisingly, place was not overly crowded or packed inside as expected at Vietnamese restaurants during lunch hours on weekdays. Parking lot gets very busy since it's being shared with other retailers in the small plaza, but there's parking in back. It's spacious and beautiful inside with many hardworking employees. We were seated immediately and food came out within 6-8 minutes boiling hot and sizzling. Excellent customer service as needed. Food portions are huge. Not cheap, so expect current market prices. Yes, big portions mean that you're getting more vegetables and red meats compared to other places. They bring you a dish of sriracha hot sauce and black hoisin sauce plus napkins & utensils, so it may be a bit different than what people are used to. Inventory control during inflation times. Yes, they have good quality premium taste for fresh meats here. Everything was perfectly cut, including cabbage slices. They boil your clean bean sprouts in advance. Soup base is excellent. Plentiful for fresh white noodles or regular clear noodles. You get to pick. I enjoyed the delicious S12 Bun Bo Hue spicy beef noodles which turned out not too spicy compared to other places. You get a real Northern Vietnamese taste. Some folks prefer Southern Vietnamese Pho more. Regular Pho was huge too. Coconut jelly drink was in a tall cup/nice. Anything over $6.50 in a good size cup is very good. You're paying for good sizes here. Food was boiling hot in temperature for sure. This is a very good place for lunch inside. Plenty of seats and tables to accommodate huge parties too. Good first impression. I'll be coming back again.

Food - about the same as any other Pho Hanoi location. Short ribs were a little on the chewier side for sure.Service - not as great as the other locations. I waited a long time to just place my order only to find get my side of noodles 15 minutes before my actual pho arrived. Turns out my pho order never went in. Had to send back my side of noodles and wait another chunk of time until my order came. Then my side noodles came out after I finished my food and I was starting to think they forgot it.

To go order. Picked up on time, noodles and soup were totally cold. If you are not bringing home to eat, don't order.Crispy chicken is overcooked, can not compare to the pho Ha Noi Cupertino location at all.Disappointed

The restaurant was open and inviting. It seems like they can add on at least 10 more tables to their capacity. We were seated right away. Parking was not an issue because we came today seconds after they open. I really love the location at the Grand Century Mall and have been wanting to try this location. I suggested this place (or any place of her choice) to my little sister since her birthday was 2 weeks ago. Like the other location, the menu offers a variety... but this place lacks so many. First hot sauce and hoisin sauce were not at each table. We were given a small bowl of both sauce but really, do I need to ask for 5-8 bowls because what we were given was definitely not enough. My sister and i like our broth spicy. We did ask for more hot sauce but we were given a small side (squirt) of hot sauce and hoisin sauce which we did not even touch. The appetizer came after our pho which was ok. The imperial egg rolls are crispy and pretty good but 2 for one piece of lettuce sort of put me off. I don't remember what my sister ordered but I ordered the pho dac biet. The bowl had generous amounts of meat and it was tender. I did opt for fresh noodles. The broth lacked depth and beefy flavor. It was underwhelming. Maybe we came on a bad day. Not sure if I will return. I would pick the Grand Century location over this one.

This is one of the best pho spots I've ever been to. The interior is spacious and well-designed, and the staff is attentive. The pho was absolutely phenomenal! I also appreciate that they post sold-out menu items at the entrance, so you know before being seated. The beef pho with thick noodles was so incredible that it's ruined other pho places for me--I can't expect the same quality anywhere else. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area!

This is the latest of the fast-growing mom-and-pop pho shop. When you walk in you'll be stunned by the classy floral and imperial interior. With this much attention to the look, which pho places are rarely known for, my expectations went up.I've been to one of the other Pho Ha Noi locations in Little Saigon, and while it's good, it's not a go-to, and I left this place with the same overall conclusion. First up, I had the spring rolls in pretty much every fresh form. They were undeniably beautiful and I also came away impressed with the flavor of each along with the different sauces. There was pork, Vietnamese sausage, and shrimp, and I appreciated each variation. The pho was fine. I wasn't crazy about it. The main reason I came away disappointed was because I thought I knew what I wasn't a fan of with the other bowls I've had at other Pho Ha Noi locations. They typically over sprinkle green onions into the bowl, so I asked for less. I couldn't tell if what I had was better, but I just wasn't crazy with both the broth nor the noodles. I will say they have some quality beef though. That said, it's not bad. Places like New Pho Saigon, Pho San Jose, and Vpho just offer a better bowl to my tastes.

5 stars for the crispy sticky rice chicken! Get the crispy sticky rice chicken (S4). It's so good! The menu does say that there is a 10 min wait to make this dish though. And make sure to ask for extra sauce cuz the rice can be bland without sauce The pho is fine. Kim long is better but they also ran out of fresh noodles so I can't speak on that. The pho came out super quickly and they provide you with a small saucer of hoisin and sriracha (although the sriracha was a very orange-colored version). This was my second time here and what was fun is they had an autumn specials menu. I didn't end up ordering any of them but it was fun to see, so I'm not only coming here when I crave pho or the sticky rice.

Love the modernness mixed with traditional aesthetics. The restaurant is very clean and the staff were attentive. We ordered the Vietnamese Beef Stew and Roasted Kui Fei Chicken Crispy Sticky Rice. The beef stew was very flavorful and the banh mi bread perfectly toasted. The chicken was tender and the crispy rice was SOO crispy! The only thing that was off putting was that the walkway to the restroom smelled of sewer even though the restroom doors were closed. Then the restrooms themselves were really dirty. I know, this is supposed to be a restaurant review, but staff (who prepare and handle food) also use the restrooms.Nonetheless, I would come back to Pho Ha Noi location.

This review is for the new location in Milpitas (which used to be a cajun shrimp place). Definitely lots of space at this restaurant... we were underwhelmed with their service honestly. Not sure if it's because of the resto layout, but we it was hard to catch a server when we needed something. The food is pretty consistent with their other locations... used to love pho ha noi, but have been falling out of love for it recently...
