Had dinner a couple of times but this is the first time I've had lunch here. The garlic chicken was really good and the service was really friendly here. The ambience of the place is just as good as the last time I had eaten here. I can see myself continuing to come back here. 5 stay

The place is dead quiet on Tuesday. This is very much a family run business. Mother in the kitchen with dad or uncle outside. A little girl is hanging with grandpa out in the restaurant. Very friendly and not at all rude when I walked in. Once again I ordered Togo. I don't think it's bad to dine in but time limited works for different ppl. One down fall for Togo is that food is not as hot once you get home. Food like most Asian dishes is best to eat it while it's hot! Cold Asian dishes are not a good thing. Now let's talk about their food. For the amount doesn't seem to match up to the price. The quality is also not the best in my opinion. I ordered Thai toast and Thai samosa. Very small in size and the Thai toast is not made with ground chicken or pork. They made it with pieces of chicken. The flavor is almost right but would have been better with ground meat. The Thai samosa is tiny and the flavor is lacking on taste. Proper Thai samosas should have more of the curry flavor more. We tasted none here. Fried chicken fried rice is not great with flavoring. Rice lack the proper fluff in fried rice and flavor is bland. Chicken is ok. Lack flavor in that too. The thing is if you messed up the fried rice. I don't have much faith in the other dishes. I got the garlic pepper beef. I have never seen a romaine lettuce and mushrooms and bell peppers in this dish before since I ate this often. That was odd too. Once again I cannot be more confused of the dish. While the price is right but not great for anyone to try this. These dishes do not come with rice. Remember to order rice if you order entree. All in all....I don't think I am going to try again but maybe this might be ok with someone that has blander taste buds than me. I like my food flavorful. Just to CLARIFY that cold food is not the restaurant fault. That's mine since I have a feeling that the business owner think that it's their fault. To be clear,it's mine! Also I am not misunderstanding anything. It's a pure opinion on perspective of personal references. I think the owner is misunderstanding the point I made about their food. Not everyone is going to like your food. Restaurant business will not always be a winner each time with ppl having different opinions and preferences. I am being kind and if anything. This is the kindest review I can give for a very so so food.

UPDATE: owner responded, but they still haven't changed the listing to show. They don't have outdoor dining. And the person who spoke with me was very very rude.Yelp says they have outdoor dining so we went over when they opened, thinking we could enjoy dinner before the sun went down. But when I went in to ask, the man inside rudely answered 'no of course not, it's cold outside. You order to go" so I left. Then change the yelp listing and don't insult customers who want to give you business.

Cozy Thai place conveniently located on Clement St.The perfect spot to satisfy Thai food cravings! I recommend ordering the yellow curry, crab meat fried rice, and pad kee mow. I loved the wok flavor of the fried rice. The yellow curry had a great coconut flavor with a nice spice kick to it. One critique would be that the noodle to veggie ratio for the pad kee mow was disproportionate with too much veggies. But, overall, the food was so yummy. The service was fine. I will be trying the pad Thai next time! This will be my go-to Thai spot in The Richmond District.

The food was great and affordable. Their lunch specials are great and generous. I love the crab fried rice. The Thai Ice Tea was creamy and smooth. The basil with protein combination was really good. Delicious over load. Poppy the server was so sweet with her smile and genuine connection with the customers. The place was well decorated and exudes a classy ambiance. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Recently revisited Patpong Thai for lunch and had a great time. Delicious Thai food with lots of options. Easy to overlook as there are so many eateries on different parts of Clement. On this particular visit, we got the garlic chicken with Thai toast. And Bbq chicken with fried tofu. Delicious. Coming back to try other lunch combos. Quiet ambiance and Service friendly.Located on Clement Ave and 25th Ave.

I recently ordered takeout from Pat Pong in the Richmond District, and overall, it was a positive experience. The mango salad was refreshing, with a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess. The drunken noodles were flavorful and had a good amount of spice, making them quite enjoyable. I also tried the samosas, which were crispy and filled with a tasty mixture. Lastly, the pumpkin curry was a comforting dish with a rich and creamy texture. The takeout process was smooth, and the food was well-packaged, arriving warm and ready to eat. If you're in the area and looking for some solid Thai options, Pat Pong is worth considering.

Got recommended here by a friend and despite being a local, I actually never even heard of it (and shamefully, I spent nearly 20 years walking that stretch of Clement too). I have to say it was an egregious oversight on my part.Being a diner who loves good food at a good price, I love this place. The food is exquisite and authentic, but also affordable (for SF); I'd highly recommend you get the Thai toast (it's savory and comes with a pickled vegetable sauce). Don't forget to check in for a free Thai tea, which they indeed honor!

Our two-person table was the only in-person dining at 8:30 pm on Friday. I can tell they are very takeout friendly. Seven people came and went with their take-out orders while I was sitting. 4.5 stars for service: amiable and hospitable waiter (manager? Owner?) 3.5 stars for food: I felt my soup tasted off and was not visually appealing. Yet I was craving soup and finished it there.4 stars for budget friendliness: where else can you get $12.50 plates of any main dish? And they got tons of options at this price.

Delicious and authentic Thai food! I had a very enjoyable experience dining in here with my sister. We got the chicken satay, green curry, and pad thai and all the dishes were very tasty and fresh. The staff was super friendly and the ambiance was nice. Definitely try it out!
