Pampa BBQ

Amazing empanadas! I used to pick these up at Noe Cafe. I really miss them. The mushroom is so decadent.

For our wedding, we knew that food, bar, and entertainment all had to be different and excellent. We've both spent many years in the restaurant and bar industries. And the groom comes from an Argentine immigrant family, so we couldn't have been more excited to find Pampa BBQ. Francisco and his team absolutely nailed our wedding! From the first time we talked, to the tasting where we brought my mom, to the wedding day and dinner, they are professional and agreeable and fun to work with. The menu offers a variety of delicious, high-quality options and their team cooks it to perfection. Our guests were very impressed by the setup and the ability to choose their own feast from the selection that Pampa brought. And nobody left hungry. We can only hope to have another reason to have a huge party and bring Pampa BBQ back to feed everyone!

We used Pampa BBQ for a birthday party in a park. The food was excellent, super good quality, authentic Argentine flavors, great presentation. Super easy to coordinate the details. Our friends still talk about the amazing food at our party! Highly recommend.

We had Pampa BBQ catered to our office in SF and WOW, were they good!!! As it was catered, I can speak on the price, but there were no leftovers to take home. All of them were made well and the seasoning in the Argentinean Empanadas was spot on. We had steak, mushrooms with cheese, corn and chicken along with salad (with a lemon dressing) and some seasoned flavored rice. Everything was wonderful and balanced, and the chimichurri and spicy red sauce made everything amazing.

First and foremost, i'd like to give Alejandra a round of applause for being very on top of email communication and accomidating some of the vegetarians we had at our wedding. Ok on to the good stuff...The food was incredible! My new wife and her family are from Argentina so they know authentic Argentinian food when they taste it. Everything from the amazing service and friendly staff and of course delicious food was spot on. Everything was cooked to perfection. The carne and chicken were some of the best I've ever had. The choripons are a must as well. It was the perfect appitzer, the chimichuri really kicked it up a notch. I would HIGHLY recomend Pampa to anyone who wants some amazing authentic argentinan food and as well as having a very friendly staff. Cheers to Pampa! You made our wedding a dream come true!

I tried out Pampa BBQ at Off The Grid Fort Mason. I always thought it was interesting that OTG brought in a churrasco style BBQ vendor. While not the same churrascaria experience as like in Espetus, Pampa BBQ does crank out similar cuts of meat in a style similar to Tanguito over at Fishermans' Wharf.When I visited them at Fort Mason, I decided to go all out and try their Meat-lovers Combo plate.Meat-lovers Combo -- http://bit.ly/2lbiDBVpork ribs, sausage, steak skewerThis was a pricey platter even for Off The Grid standards. Cost around $20. But you get a plate with some good quality meats. The Steak Skewer was cooked to a perfect medium rare and tasted great with their chimichurri sauce. And the sausage and ribs were delicious too! It was definitely a head turner when I walked around holding the plate. People were always asking about it. If you just go with the intention to try one thing, their Meat-lovers Combo is good enough to sample all their meats, but they also do have sandwiches as well.Overall, Pampa BBQ was a welcome addition to the OTG Fort Mason lineup with their churrasco-style BBQ. I hope they come back again next year!

Embarrassing performance at SF Rum Fest. Ran out of food in a couple of hours! As the only food vendor! Just totally incompetent as a vendor. Make sure you stay away if you need anything substantial.

Very well cooked, not over seasoned and just to perfection, had this at the Barebottle got there early enough unlike Josh who seems he may have over slept and got his feelings hurt when the ran out, awesome food
