It's obvious this is a well-loved restaurant in the community, that has been there a long time. When we walked in the first impression was neon sign and low lighting, with a lot of decor and an altar , carpeted floors. Is this a converted house? The woman who served us was pleasant and chatted a bit. It was only us and 1 other group eating but we did come at a bit of a weird time (4:30). To -go orders seemed the more popular option and she seemed to know most of the customers ! Love that.We ordered panang red curry , green curry with chicken, and pad thai with prawns. The red curry had a very tasty tangy sauce and the beef was cooked nicely. The green curry, eh, I liked how filled with vegetables it was but it tasted soupy and bland to me. (I know the consistency of curry, but this was especially thin) The pad thai was pretty decent with a good portion of prawns..but for the green curry and the pad thai I found myself loading it up with way more chili flakes. Ha.Overall a decent experience, server was nice, restaurant could use a little dusting, food, at least for our 1- time visit, was just alright.

yes! Good price point and a a massive menu! Try anything under the BBQ menu it rocks so hard. Traditional stuff too and even though you don't see Drunken Noodles just ask and yu shall receive!Frendly service except the old dude could use a little customer service training - sort of mean.

Came here one night with friends since we all decided to check out something new. I love a good Thai place and this one did not disappoint! We got their Tom Yum Kai which was perfect since it was one of those cool nights and this soup was perfect and satisfied each of us. Didn't expect one of server would come out and serve us the soup. The place is a little old but the food we had was delicious and recommended to other friends and you should try when in town!

I was finishing off a hike around Mori Point when I thought I'd pick up some takeout food before heading home. I really had no idea what to expect. I guess I was in the mood for Thai food and just didn't want to make an emotional investment in it. I walked over from the trailhead and entered an empty restaurant save one young bewildered-looking couple.I ordered a couple of dishes. The entree was the $9.95 A Pad Suki Yaki, definitely a kitchen sink pile of glass noodles mixed with prawns, squid, chicken, tofu, egg, bean sprouts, Napa cabbage, green onions, and ground peanuts (photo: https://yelp.to/ifTg2lGG4B). It was OK but kind of a mess. I was also disappointed by the absence of pan-fried noodles as described in the menu.Better was my side dish, the $6.95 Vegetarian's Delight which consisted of pieces of deep-fried tofu and taro root (photo: https://yelp.to/Ttd4HtHAy9). While I didn't care for the too-sweet homemade sauce, the veggie take on fries actually worked. Despite my disappointments, I might come back for the barbecue or one of the curries, but to be honest, I'm not in a hurry.FOOD - 3 stars...middling mess with random high pointsAMBIANCE - 3 stars...pretty sparseSERVICE - 3 stars...quickly packagedTOTAL - 3 stars...kinda offRELATED - Exploring the peninsula south of San Francisco? Cute neighborhood Thai restaurant. Food is average for the most part but the portions are huge and it's a decent go-to when craving Thai in Pacifica

Picked up a huge order to go for a nearby party of 7. Plentiful servings of tasty food, prepared quickly, well-packaged and awaiting our arrival for pick-up and served with a smile. Only concern was how smoky it was in the restaurant, even for the quick grab and dash. Hope it's not always like that!

I wanted to love this place. Got the Pad Thai, and was disappointed. It should have bean sprouts, bit of peanuts? It was 90% noodles, 5% chicken and 5% cabbage strips. No thanks...

Not a fancy establishment but it is a warm and friendly local restaurant that has a wonderful menu and very fresh and delicious food. All sauces are made fresh in-house with local ingredients and you can truly taste the difference. This will always be our go-to spot whenever we visit Pacifica!

Food 4/5Service 1/5Ambiance 0/5Online Menu (-5)/5I recent did a pickup order here, and there's a reason why I don't dine-in here but that's not why I'm writing this review. The call in for the order was completely wrong. The reason it was wrong was the online menu is different than in-store pricing along with some items are different, and possible language barrier. The numbers match from site to in-store, but when we ordered the #4, which on the sites says it has the option of "steamed rice or coconut rice," we were charged $20+ for a large portion, instead of being part of of the #4 lunch special. This caused the order to be completely out of the budge we had in mind. Also part of the order was a #6 lunch special, and instead got the #5. When I arrived to pick up the order (the first time) I was taken back by the amount asked. I paid the asking price because a local said it's the best Thai in Pacifica. Since we got a #5 instead of #6 I drove back to get the correct order, I mentioned the price, he said the site was created over 35 years ago. That does seem right. When I asked for a take out menu, like clock work he apologized and kept mentioning the site is wrong. Credit goes to them for making and providing the correct dish with no charge, but now I've spent more gas and time to go correct my order. The overall experience felt like it a bait-n-switch.Regarding the site: It's not that hard to update some html. Not like their using CMS to build their site to keep their online menu and paper menus true. There a reason this place is not one doorDash. The charge backs would be insane and put them out of business. Order at the risk of over paying.I'll reconsider changing my 1 star to a 3 star if they updated their online menu.
