Was thinking of having Korean for dinner and decided to give the food truck a try. We ordered the Seoul set which was kimchi, belly pork, prawns and vegetables stir fry served with rice and 2 sides of kimchi and corn salad. Order was delivered to the house in 20 minutes and the presentation and taste was beyond our expectations .The ingredients in the dish tasted fresh and delicious.Would definitely try again.

I got the Dak Galbi spicy and wasn't sure if the Shrimp Fried Rice would pair well or be too much, but wow-it was perfect. Super light, and the veggies tasted way fresher than I'd expect from fried rice. 10/10! If you're in Foster City, definitely worth it-and they do free delivery! It's by far the best food truck I've had in the San Mateo/foster city area!!!!!

OLHSO Truck isn't just a food truck--it's a fully automated robotic kitchen on wheels. Fresh ingredients are prepped daily by human chefs, but the actual cooking is done by a high-tech robot loaded with Chef Han's perfected recipes. Once an order is placed, the truck's system stir-fries everything while en route, so the food is piping hot and fresh just minutes before arrival. For something made entirely by a machine, the food is impressively flavorful and well-executed.Wagyu - Boneless wagyu short ribs marinated in a rich house sauce, stir-fried with fresh veggies. The meat is tender, packed with umami, and perfectly caramelized.Dak Galbi - Chicken stir-fried in a gochujang-based spicy sauce with plenty of chewy rice cakes. The heat is customizable, but the deep, smoky flavor always shines.SEOUL Food - A bold combination of kimchi, pork belly, soybean paste, and shrimp, all stir-fried together for layers of intense, savory flavor.Japchae - Glass noodles tossed with mushrooms, fresh vegetables, and a sweet-savory soy sauce. Light yet satisfying.Orders are placed through their app, and the robotic kitchen times the cooking process to ensure food arrives fresh--not sitting in a takeout container for half an hour. The whole concept is futuristic and efficient, and for a meal made entirely by a robot, the taste is surprisingly impressive.

This food truck was parked in the Livermore outlets ,was curious on how will our food taste since it's being cooked automatically ( robotic)until it gets transferred to the to go container, the staff put the lids and into the brown bag for us to pickup .We ordered the wagyu galbi and olsho dak galbi.both are really good, the wagyu is very tender and sweet while the olsho dak is chicken and also has the right amount of sweetness and spice. Also we liked the sides that came with it,we got the kimchi and picked vegetables, the amount of of servings can be shared by two people.

Finally ventured to try this innovative robo-kitchen on wheels, and it is worth trying. With Wagyu in its name, I was initially worried about the fat content in the Wagyu Kalbi, but it was tender with only a hint of fat. The lotus roots, peppers and brussel sprouts added delightful textures.I find this dish to be quite sweet, so I balanced it out with some (Mann's) broccoli slaw I had at home, creating seaweed "sandwiches". It was a delightful combo.I love the small pack of (Woorigohyang) seaweed included and wish that there was more...For sensitive palates, their Japchae leans towards sweet and greasy. Thankfully, the broccoli slaw came to rescue again. The salted slaw offsets the extremely abundant seasoning, making it just right for us.The sides of pickles and kimchi are not as good as most places.Currently, they only deliver to the 94404 area, but if you don't live there, you can use a CVS address for pickup. Their truck is super big, so it is best to avoid narrow or small locations for easy access.

Japchae and wagyu are my favorite!!! Meals are definitely shareable between 2-3 people. Comes with rice, seaweed, Pickled veggies and Kim chi. Easy to order through their app- drop off is nice! We were at the park and they came to us! Avoid lines/ crowds. It was still really hot upon delivery. No delivery fee.I've had a lot of Korean food and this was one of my top 5! Don't be fooled that it came from a food truck. Must try! Great experience. Great concept! Great customer service!

I was craving Korean food and found this spot looking on Yelp! What a fresh concept- a robot cooks while the truck drives to you. The quality of the ingredients are top notch. We ordered the wagyu set and japchae appetizer for 2 people and it was enough to feed 3-4 people! The wagyu meat was tender and everything tasted healthy. I didn't feel gross after eating this meal especially since I'm pregnant! I heard they are opening a store in San Mateo soon. Hopefully they deliver to Belmont as well! It would be great for parents who have newborns since it is hard to leave the house. Try it out! There is a 15% discount on their app right now. I hope they do well

Ordered from OLHSO when they popped up at Off the Grid in Foster City, and it was such an interesting concept! A delivery food truck that's staffed with a fully automatic kitchen sounds so cool. Right now, they just serve four different meal sets that give you an entree, two cups of rice, seaweed, kimchi, and pickled veggies. We got the galbi meal set and loved it! The meat wasn't overly fatty, it was pleasantly sweet, and I loved the array of veggies (peppers, shishito peppers, carrots, lotus roots, brussels sprouts) that were stir fried alongside the beef (brussels sprouts are my favorite vegetable, so I might be biased here lol). This is, in my opinion, perfect picnic food. Prices were pretty reasonable too, and I could see two sets here being a good family dinner. And this might make some Bay Area locals gasp, but my boyfriend said he liked it more than Daeho LOL.Looking forward to ordering something like japchae here next time and getting the food delivered over, and very excited for their upcoming store in downtown San Mateo!

Have you ever got annoyed at the taste consistency of food or portion amount? Or how you find hair in your food and think about when it dropped in? Well Olhso has the perfect solution. ROBOTS! With robots cooking your food, you can get precision cooked meals that haven't been handled by human. Best part? If you live in foster city, the food will get delivered to you for free! It's almost like you ate at a restaurant in the convenience of your own home and pj's. If not, pick up and and head home or to a park for a picnic. I ordered on their app and was able to track the progress of my order and where the truck was coming from. After that pickup was a breeze. It was all bagged up with extra utensils and napkins. Onto the food. I loved it! I got to try the wagyu Galbi and japchae which from flavor to portion amount was A+. Since the meat was boneless, it makes it super convenient to eat anywhere without worrying about messiness. There's also a huge amount of meat so definitely lives up to the 2-3 serving portion depending on how much you eat. I also loved how tender the meat was. I had nothing to spit out! The japchae was perfectly seasoned and mixed in with toppings I normally don't have like Brussels sprouts but it was a nice change. I will definitely be coming back but I hope Olhso will expand their delivery area in the future!
