The food tasted good. There are too many fat on my braised pork. They also didn't add eggs on my order as it states on the menu. The service was okay. Didn't ask if I need sauce or anything. The ambiance is okay.

I went to the city for a tourist day, and I was in need for a quick snack. They have a few kiosks where you self order and check out, they have photos of the dishes. They will text you when your order is ready for pickup. I ordered the spicy dumplings (6), the spice level is mild, they were fully seasoned with dumpling sauce and garnished. Lowkey the worst boba ive ever had. I got the brown sugar milk tea and it tastes like soap and perfume. The boba is also overcooked and is mushy. I was going to bring it back but felt bad for the employees lol. Don't get boba here ... please.

The woman told me I can't get a new drink because she said I had to pay extra since I already ordered the drink. The taro is hard and old. She barely gives me any Boba when I asked her if she could just replace my drink into a regular milk tea, she said no I have to pay for a new drink. I never have a problem ordering from restaurants, especially when it's their fault. Instead of accommodating me, she argues with me and says she's not replacing my drink. My stomach hurts after even drinking a sip of it because I know her milk and her taro is old.

This place looks a bit understated and might not be good from the outside, but actually this was a pleasant yummy surprise! If you like Taiwanese street food, try this place out.You order at a kiosk. My order came out within 10 mins. Sichuan Spicy Beef Noodles: I got less spicy, but it still got my nose running. It had a decent amount of meat included and was quite filling.Spicy Dumplings and Spicy Fried Calamari: I didn't think it was spicy at all. Both were really good. My favorite was definitely the spicy dumplings but you can't go wrong with either!Oreo Brulee Boba Milk Tea: This can rival any good boba spot. The boba was chewy and fresh. Only comes in one size, large. I think they could've put more Oreo in it though.The prices are a bit high for what it is, but overall, it was good!

Got a nice biang biang noodles in the food court in the San Francisco Centre mall in downtown. This store also has boba tea! Noodles were great! Got them because they are #2 most popular dish on Yelp. Noodles were the right texture and chewiness. Also came with ground chicken, pickled vegetables, and cabbage.Generally lots of seating at the food court. Also free wifi (speed is okay) but no outlets

Probably not my first choice for a food spot in the mall, but it's not bad for a quick bite.Self order kiosk only, and the menu items are decently organized. Not all items have a photo on the system (applies to the drinks) and I wish it did so I could see what looks most appealing and whatnot. Visuals are important for me.Spicy Dumplings - I was given an option to customize when ordering, and I chose to have my dumplings steamed and no spice. It was super flavorful with a delicious sauce!Tomato Beef Noodle Soup - Pretty good. However I wish there was more protein, veggies, and soup. It was mostly just noodles.Mango Coconut Slush - Super delicious. I love the fruity combo and it was refreshing. The crystal boba also had a nice texture. I just wish it was a bigger size for the price I paid.

I love ordering their DanDan noodles with extra meat and extra noodles. Not gonna lie, my most recent visit, they kinda skimped me on the "extra noodles" part. It used to be full of noodles and meat for like $17 something. Last time I went was 3 days ago. And I can tell you, the lady who delegated the food tickets was kinda rude(latino lady, already looked mad at 6 tickets, I'll tell you, I work in the food industry too, I do about 50 covers every 30-40 mins). That's nothing. Didn't wanna listen to any small respectable request. Its cool, I ate my food anyways. Always good, always gonna come back. Hopefully won't have to deal with her. I didn't cause a scene or anything but damn. Its just food bruh, if you're working, just do that. It'll be a more smooth service if you were more respectful to your customers. Just a tip from a food service worker to another is all. Ambiance, busy as always. Its a food court. Always busy. But yea, will definitely. 5 star coz of the food. Service could be better but ehh, I'll keep coming back for the food. ‍

Honestly this place should have much better reviews--I'm a big fan of it!Was looking around the food court while friends were ordering elsewhere. NooBowl's pictures looked good--they offer a wide variety of noodles, buns, chicken legs, and drinks like boba. This was very good for quick mall food. Maybe I was just hungry, but I really enjoyed my regular spicy Biang Biang Noodles with pea shoots. They were just the perfect amount of spicy, noodles were cooked very well with just the right consistency, and there was quite a bit of beef. Prices are pretty good for San Francisco.I will be back to try their dan dan noodles and more.

Not amazing but also not bad! Good choice for a quick bowl of noodles at the food court. The spicy beef is actually super spicy and I usually have a high spice tolerance. It's self-order at a kiosk so can't really expect much. I wish there were more protein and veggies in the soup- it's mostly just noodles.
