Mr. Pickles Sandwich Shop

i love mr pickles, since ive had nothing but great experiences here. ive had it before many times, but every shop delivers with their meat portions, customer service and chip diversity. the shop in daly city didnt disappoint either: busy lunch time ambiance salami sandwich (9.4/10)packed sandwich with generous salami portions. customized myself with mayo and mustard as sauces, this salami sandwich had me full all day! PS: i gave tomato a chance again, but still no tomato gang here

Clean small location with plenty of parking. I placed my order ahead for pickup via DoorDash. It was done correctly and in a timely manner. My sandwich: TURKEY with the works plus pesto, sprouts and pepper jack cheese on Dutch crunch toasted. Very well made, great meat to veggies ratio. See pic for reference :)

I've eaten Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop twice. I almost always like to try a toasted meatball sandwich at any sandwich shop so I did that here as well. It's actually the first time I didn't enjoy it as much. There was just something about the meatballs and marinara sauce that I didn't love. I felt the meatballs weren't tasty enough and not juicy enough but I appreciated how many meatballs were put into it. The bread here is awesome though. It's crunchy on the outside, but still soft and moist. I like Mr. Pickle's bread texture-wise a lot more than the toasted bread at Columbo's Delicatessen (overly toasted; so it was hard on the outside and dry inside for both of the sandwiches I've tried there). The Maui toasted sandwich was pretty good though and the food is so fresh here. I do feel they care about quality while not being skimpy on ingredients. I also like buying a pint of their macaroni salad and potato salad. Honestly, the price is great and so is the flavor so I'm still giving this restaurant 4 stars. I'll definitely try more of their sandwiches.

First time here and was pleasantly surprised. Small cozy sandwich place near the Daly City DMV with small store vibes. I got the meatball (#1), and was surprised at how many meatballs were put into it + how large the sandwich was! I couldn't finish it all in one meal, and it was the first time I had a sandwich in the area that I feel like was worth the price tag. Service was nice - the workers shouted my name very enthusiastically - love it!

I was craving a good sub. And decided to take a chance and order from here. I'm so glad I did. I ordered the "TOM-TOM!" Everything from the bread to the meat and condiments were FRESH. Thank you! I definitely will be ordering from you guys when I'm in town. My sandwich was amazingly DELICIOUS!!

Stop by for dinner. Ordered an Italian style sandwich. Plus, pop, chips, and a pickle. My review, nice fresh sandwich. Good cuts of meats. Pickle was fresh. Service was good. Ready in 5 minutes. It was huge sandwich, eat half. Took the other half for a later meal. Eat outside and enjoyed my meal and people watch. Everything was great. I recommend this place over any sandwich place. For the price hands down. Best sandwich in the South Bay.

The stars are for there prices out of date!! There prices is out of date and there prices don't match nothing!! Just fyi !!!! Looks like they make there own prices!!!

I love the vegetarian option, i think it's number 3 on their menu. The sauce was so good and I also love that they added sprouts on their ingredients. One sandwich can be shared by two people, it's big. My husband tried the best seller with a lot of meat in it. I forgot the number. But my husband said the sauce on my sandwich is waaay better. His sandwich is full of meat, and that made it salty. The lady at the register is friendly and helpful.

If you like paying 18 dollars for a loaf of bread this is your spot. Got skimped extremely hard ordered the Mr pickles which had absolutely nothing on it. Go to lil Luccas it's a million times better.

Very good, Build your own plus all the fixings! SF style Indeed! Worth pulling of 280 to try!!!
