This is a very affordable and friendly cafe inside the federal building - with wildly low prices for SF. Quality: 4 Value: 5 Service: 5 Ambience: 4 First, it's a cafe in a federal government building! Set your expectations. The banh mi and the ramen are both good. The real winner is all the Vietnamese drinks and coffees, plus the coconut waffle. That coconut waffle is just out of this world.

3.5 stars, but rounding it up because the price is quite cheap for SF! I got the pork banh mi sandwich, and it was okay. Nothing memorable about it, but it was relatively cheap and sufficiently filling for lunch.

Solid sandwiches and shrimp spring rolls. I was able to get a pork sandwich and added pate. The sandwich was flavorful and moist but crispy. Service was amazing. They helped when my delivery driver accidentally dropped half of my meal, and they were able to help with a special request not on the website. I can honestly say the only thing that made me sad about the meal was that the jalepenos were not spicy lol.
