Went here for dinner on a Saturday night shortly before closing. We got a table close to the kitchen. We ordered the pho Thai, stir-fried eggplant with chicken, and some egg rolls. The pho Thai came with rare steak and a lot of noodles. The broth was good, but not very flavorful. The stir-fry was tasty with big chunks of eggplant. I actually liked the egg rolls the best overall. The staff was efficient and friendly. The interior is plain, but does the job.

New decor. Same servers/service as before. But the food wasn't as good as before. The noodles in the vermicelli bowl were hard and we found plastic in the pho tai.

Bahn mi sandwich is super dry and salty, I've asked for any dressing or sauce the chef offered a soy sauce. yuck!!!

I didnt realize that this is the same family who owned Saigon City in San Mateo and Mamas which is now closed. I went in for a to go order of an egg roll vermicelli bowl and it was pretty good. I wish there were more greens but those egg rolls were so delicious and there was the perfect amount of food. I will come back to eat here in person

The special combination pho here was so good, the portions were very generous, the broth was flavorful and there was a lot of meat. The imperial rolls were also delicious, they came out crispy and the nuoc cham was great! Our service here was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful, overall had a great experience, definitely recommend trying this place out! There is both indoor and outside patio seating!

I used to live in San Jose where I could easily find a good Vietnamese food. I live in Redwood City now and it is far to drive for Viet food. I just had lunch a at May's and ordered Bun Reu which was ok, but the broth was tasty. It is not the Bun Reu I normally have at a real Vietnamese restaurant, but I was craving so soup. So it suited the purpose. The service was quick. The restaurant offers outdoor seatings. It is nice to sit outside and eat today since the weather is nice.

Vietnamese Coffee is amazing. Pho is light and hearty but may be too light for some tastes. The lemon squeeze on the pad Thai makes all the difference.

0/10. I'm actually traumatized. We went in and the guy was very rude. Barely acknowledged us. I had a bad feeling because of the bad service and less the pleasant smell but we already ordered so we decided to stick it out. Worst mistake.I got the pho Thai (rare steak), my friend got the pho ga (chicken noodle). It was pretty flavorless so we dressed it up with the condiments. Something tastes off, I smelled the hoisin sauce and it smelt like rotten milk. Disgusting. And then I found a piece of my intestine in my soup and that was it. I sent it back. My friend didn't want to pay for hers either because of the rotten hoisin sauce in hers. He charged us any way and screamed that we couldn't ever come back. AS IF WE EVER WOULD. This place needs to be shut down.

Pretty good. Give them a chance, they are under recent new ownership. It's nice inside, they are super friendly. Ordered Pho on door dash about a week ago, the broth was really awesome. Got a Bahn mi today and it didn't disappoint. Owner is super nice, they painted the place and it's bright and cheerful.
