Delicious & authentic Thai food served by the kindest people! We ordered the khao soi, grilled beef, blue jasmine sticky rice, and thai tea. The khao soi w/ beef rib was phenomenal, the broth was thick and rich and you could tell that it was stewed for hours. It had the perfect amount of spice and the beef rib was so tender. The grilled beef was cooked perfectly, it had a slight char on the outside and was still slightly pink on the inside. The sauce that it was served with was the perfect mix of sour & spicy. It paired so well with the pea flower sticky rice. The service is great, everyone was so kind and they made us feel right at home.

The service here is slow, but friendly,, it's the food that we thought was subpar. We went for the lunch special, which is probably you're best bet since non lunch special prices are $25. It's pricey and they don't have what you'd think a Thai restaurant have like a solid Pad Thai.Their curry was just awful, and their pad see ew was just so plain and dry.The free tofu was freshly fried but soooo bland. The best thing was the thai tea and thai green tea. This came with the meal, but if you buy it separately it's a whopping $6!Service is good, but that's because we're the only one there during lunch time at 1pm.This business will have a hard time surviving due to its prices and limited menu options for locals who are looking for Thai food that's like Pad Thai or a good green curry or good curry sauces.

Went there at 7pm on a Sunday with my roomate, only 1 other table having sat right before we entered. There was 1 menu on the table already, so we had to flag our server for a other one. The menu didn't have any drink options but we saw a qr code with an online menu to look at which had a lot more options not on the physical menu. We waited another 5 minutes to flag our server down after figuring out what to order but our server seemed hard to communicate with and when we tried to order, another worker had to interject and help take the order. We got the appetizers ordered, fish cakes, fresh spring rolls and we wanted the chicken wings, they said they were out of the chicken wings so we ordered a fried chicken meal. When we tried to order the drinks that we saw on the online menu, the drinks weren't even a part of their current menu anymore (what is going on?) , so the 2nd worker told our server to grab a drink menu to give us, which he had in hand but got distracted by the 1st table of customers for orders. At this point it was getting a little comical seeing the 2nd worker go grab the drink menu from his hands to give to us. So we ordered our drinks and our original server started walking alway and the helper thought our order was done to which we had to say we weren't done ordering..... The final part of our order was the pad kee mow all to share. About 10 minutes later, the fish cakes came first. The order had 4 small ish fish cakes, but they were super hot and had good flavor. We fnished those pretty quick then came the chicken meal, which was just a chicken drumstick, a thigh and a small packet of sticky rice. It was pretty dry and overcooked, served with only a tiny dish of sweet chili sauce. Definitely a poor portion size for the price. By the time we were almost done with the chicken, the worker who helped with taking the order saw we didn't have our drinks yet, asked if our server brought anything, and threw his hands up in frustration to go find out what is going on. He came back to let us know they had to brew fresh tea and it will be there soon. Then came the pad kee mow, which was ok. It was pretty dry for me, but the flavor was good. The person who delivered the dish gave us an assortment of chili condiments (chili flakes, chili oil, sour chili sauce, and sugar) to mix with our noodles. Then came the drinks, which was nothing to rave about. An iced pea flower lime drink and an iced Thai tea arnold palmer, both of which were kinda still warm from the freshly brewed tea, and when stirred the ice melted fast into it watering it down. We finished everything and we never received our fresh spring rolls, but at this point we gave up asking for things so assumed our server never heard our order in the first place with all the distractions he had. When we got the bill, the spring rolls were still on there so we had to tell him to take it off because we never received it. He seemed confused what happened, as were we, lol. As for dessert, we never saw any menu with a dessert (it was probably on the drink menu that we barely got to look at) and nothing was offered dessert wise so we ended up just walking to the Cafe next door for a dessert. Definitely an interesting experience, but we aren't sure if we'd go back. And definitely not getting their drinks again, especially at $6 for an iced tea. Their Papaya salad looked delicious when we saw the other table get it, so maybe we'd go back for that and the elusive spring rolls we never got to try.

Delicious food and delightful service! Surprise! They have a full menu from breakfast to dinner. They have American breakfast, an array of Thai and Chinese food. I am not too fond of places offering a wide spectrum but this place did not disappoint at all. Since we can't pick we had breakfast and lunch. We tried berry waffles and they are amazing. The waffle is semi sweet/slightly crispy and the whipped cream is light and buttery. Winner! We tried ground pork with blue rice and they are great! Moderate price. Server did a great job patiently explaining items in the menu.

Good food and very attentive service here. Khao soi is the reason why I wanted to come here and it didn't disappoint. Thick curry broth, good egg noodles, and overall very tasty. The pad see ew was heavy on the white pepper flavor, pretty different to others that I've had but yummy nonetheless, and I appreciated the mushrooms - that was a unique touch. I would definitely come back to try the other dishes! The only negative of our meal was our water cups had a strong smell and taste of dish soap. Good to know that they are washing the dishes thoroughly LOL but the soapy flavor was off putting.

I recently learned they started serving a Thai style brunch menu and I had to check it out. We had our choice of tables and seated right away. The service was attentive. It's a limited menu in terms of Thai breakfast offerings and it seemed more Asian fusion, than Thai. They do offer some traditional, but limited breakfast items--open face toast, waffles, skillet type offerings. Some of the Asian type offerings include rice or oatmeal congee, karaage fried chicken with a tempura egg on a waffle, beef pasties with curry lava sauce and the kaya (coconut jam) toast with 2 onsen-style soft cooked eggs. We ordered both the fried chicken waffle and the kaya toast. The chicken on the waffle was a large piece of thigh with a tempura fried egg on top (a little overcooked for my taste). The chicken wasn't greasy nor was it dry & the skin was nice and crisp. There was a drizzle of syrup on the sides of the plate for the waffle, I wish there was more, otherwise the dish tastes good. The kaya toast--that was a bit underwhelming. The toast, 2 slices, cut vertically and served in a glass. The eggs were served in a second glass, sadly both eggs were broken and I wasn't sure if I was supposed to drink my eggs or dip my toast into the glass. It would have been nicer if it were served in a bowl. The drip coffee thst came with the meal was disappointing--tasted like ordinary coffee. I was hoping that it included sweetened either a choice of condensed milk, sugar or evaporated milk.I prefer their dinner menu over their breakfast. I'm sure there is room for improvement for breakfast and I'll wait a couple of months before coming back for breakfast.

Did a little research and found out a new Thai place opened up in SF. It looked decent so I wanted to give it a try. Overall, the food was okay. There were a lot of items on the menu that I haven't seen before so we wanted to give it a try. But we got the Isaan Thai Sausages, Thai Papaya Salad, Guay Thew Klook, as well as the Chiang Rai. The starters were okay. The papaya salad didn't seem fresh so it felt like I was eating a low-quality papaya salad. The Thai sausages, are pork, rice, vermicelli that's been fermented into a sausage. These were alright, I felt like it was lacking flavor which I was looking for. I didn't necessarily taste any fermentation or any flavors that popped for me. The Chiang Rai was my favorite dish out of everything on the menu. It's northern-style rice noodles in a tomato broth with some pork, ribs, and ground pork. It's also garnished with a bunch of veggies. The spicy tomato broth was pretty good and I liked the zesty limey flavor of the whole thing. The Guay Tiew Klook are fried noodles with soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic, veggies, and a lot of fish balls. And I got them with egg noodles. This was a good dish overall. It's a dry noodle dish with lots of flavor from the seasonings. I think the sweetness from the sugar threw me off a tiny bit. I also thought it was slightly too oily for me. But overall, it was good. I prefer the Chiang Rai over this. I think the main dishes did it for me. The appetizers didn't have the quality I was looking for but give this place a shot if you're interested.

Came here wanting to have some soup on a cold night. The Tom ka with seafood was perfect with some rice on the side. The boat noodle soup was a new dish for myself. The tendon and noodles were good, but the dish itself itsnt for me. I'm glad I got to try it still. Service was really attentive and staff were very friendly. Seeing that there is also a breakfast menu, I'll have to return again!

We were sad that Fiery Cafe went away because we really loved their sandwiches. We tried out Mama Mu's for lunch since I saw they had a lunch special.Hubby got the curry of the day (red panang curry with pork, served with rice) and I got the pad kee mao. Free fried tofu appetizer for 2 lunch orders, nice! Lunch special also includes a half-sized thai ice tea.Staff is really nice and food comes out piping hot. My only complaint is that neither dish had much vegetables. The pad kee mao is stir fried with large slices of oyster mushrooms, but missing the usual bell peppers and whatnot. Flavors were good though!
