LOVE AND SMOKE BARBECUE

I recently attended a baby shower and they had Love and Smoke BBQ cater the event. The food was hella good. They had a wonderful spread featuring ribs, chicken, sausage, chipotle Coleslaw, baked beans, and salad. I gotta say the favorite was easily the coleslaw because honestly most of the time coleslaw is mid, but theirs was so tasty with a little spice. I could eat that slaw everyday. The baked beans is mixed with meats, and also one of the best I had. I honestly wish I could take it to go.For the meats, the sausage was my favorite. The Smokey flavor, nice snap, very tasty. The ribs were fall off the bone and paired nicely with their bbq sauce. The chicken was good too, definitely would go good with a spicy bbq sauce when they make it. Their catering setup was fast and efficient. Brought their own tent, chaffing dishes, the whole nineZ They kept things warm and food refilled throughout the event. Definitely a crowd favorite from the people I chatted with at the baby shower!

Just attended a baby shower this weekend and it was catered by Love and smoke. Their bbq is pretty amazing. We had ribs, sausage and the highlight was the brisket. It was tender, fatty and smoky. They also had 3 sides to go with the delicious meats, cole slaw, potato salad and baked beans. All delicious but the potato salad was my favorite. After stuffing our faces at the party we were given nicely packed togo plates also. Top notch service.

Hands down delicious food and amazing service. Professional from start to finish. Mark and his team served a 100 of our guest at our baby shower. We had ribs, chicken, and sausages paired with salad, Cole slaw, and beans. Everyone loved the food and we had plenty of left overs. Highly recommended. My only wish was to try their brisket. One day when I have a smaller party. Thanks Mark and team!

We used Love and Smoke Barbecue for our company picnic event. Mark was super responsive and got back to me quickly. He was very communicative and provided detail information for you to consider. Their catering package not only comes with amazing food but their setup is also beautiful thanks to Kathy. I received so many compliments and the beautiful setup. We went with the 3 meats and 3 sides because I really couldn't resist. The brisket, pork ribs, and chicken and the sides were beans and brisket, cole slaw, and potato salad. All were amazing! I am still thinking about the brisket and figuring out when is the next event I can have Mark smoke for me again. Also I received so many compliments on their cole slaw too. Who knew cole slaw would be that good. You won't be disappointed with Love and Smoke. They are the way to go!

I made a last-minute menu change last night after walking past Mark, hard at work at his smoker. I'm only sorry I didn't get twice as much for my dinner guests tonight. It was fantastic and I highly recommend it to anybody who's a real carnivore!

I'm at a party right now and the hosts catered their food from Mark's Love and Smoke Texas-styled bbThis has to be the BEST bbq beef, ribs, dogs, I've ever had! The tenderness and flavor is truly amazing! Mark mostly caters, but if he had a restaurant, he would blow away ALL competition!

Mark and Cathy catered my husband's 67's backyard birthday party. It was an absolute hit! They worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. The setup was beautiful and when everything was all done, we got to enjoy the people at our party instead of cleaning up -- yehaw!!I enjoy ordering a la carte too. We've had it for as little as two people and this weekend we're going to Music in the Square and guess what I'm going to bring??? That's right, Love and Smoke BBQ!!

Hands down, the best decision I made for my backyard graduation BBQ was hiring Love and Smoke Barbecue! Mark's brisket was outstanding, it melted in your mouth (no knife needed!) and the coleslaw had the perfect amount of kick. Mark and Cathy were extremely gracious with all of our guests and I look forward to hiring them for our next event.

We had Love and Smoke BBQ cater our backyard party today for 60 people. Mark and Co. were very professional and the bbq meats were amazing. Thank you Mark, we will definitely have you again.
