Just had a great pop-up experience with these chefs via feastly (they have a monthly pop-up). The cuisine is interesting and is a fusion of Asian and Mexican influences with a focus on sourcing materials locally (within 100 miles).

I've been to several of their events. Such amazing food and a unique experience! The chef takes the time to share the inspiration and preparation for each of the dishes. My favorite dishes include the tuna poke on plantain pancakes, braised pork belly, salad, and spring rolls. I highly recommend that you check out one of their events. I leave each dinner looking forward the next.

If you want to eat something amazing that you would never had dreamed up yourself, in a welcoming space, made by chefs who take pride and joy in creating unique and delicious food, do yourself a favor and come to one of the Latitude 15 meals. The food speaks for itself, and you won't walk away disappointed that you got something you've had a dozen other times or that you could have had at any hip restaurant around town. Beyond their food, the atmosphere is casual and fun. It's a great way to meet new people and socialize over a meal. The courses come out with enough time in between to discuss how amazing that plate was and talk to your table, and they create a slope food atmosphere that doesn't make you tap your foot impatiently waiting for the next course.

Loving every meal they do! We've joined Latitude 15 for several meals through Feastly and we love them for a few reasons.....1) the food is so delicious - the Mexican/Asian fusion combos are unusual and amazing, 2) the crew is fun, accommodating and really informative (they talk about the food, etc), and 3) the price is right - well, it's actually FAR less than you would pay in a restaurant and the quality (and quantity) is much more. We also love that we can bring our own wine for a nice event. I like them so much that we even used them for a private event a few months ago and I spent the entire evening telling guests how and where I found them. :) Check them out.

Latitude 15 dinners never cease to be filled with great food and great people. Joey and Peter put amazing time and care into each of their dishes, and it shows both in presentation and taste. The menus are always thoughtful and creative - I never leave a dinner without being introduced to a new ingredient or new ethnic dish. Latitude 15 meals are of "fine dining" quality, but both Joey and Peter are humble & approachable and their events, low-key and fun.

Joey and Peter are an unstoppable culinary team! Each Latitude 15 dinner is memorable-- flavorful, beautiful, and an all-around great time. I loved the fall menu that they put together at their most recent dinner. The fresh autumn salad with whipped coconut and butternut dressing was an amazing start, and the braised octopus with fried plantains and herbs was incredibly tender and delicious. I highly recommend the Latitude 15 dining experience!

More of a dining experience than just a dinner. You learn about the thought process behind the arrangement of the dishes, they're prepared beautifully to the point where you almost don't want to eat them for fear of undoing the art, but then you eat them and it's super dank, delicious nourishment. Everything about this meal was artful and creative, the food was stellar, the people excellent. Go experience this.
