I have came here often and is my stable in the TL for Pho.I always get the Pho Tai Bo Vien with the smaller pho noodles.Quality is the same every time, the broth is really good they got me coming back when I crave Pho in the area.It's a tough choice to choose Pho 2000 whom been around longer, but the distinction in the broth and the amount of MSG in Pho 2000 became a lacklusker for me.Service is great and fast, the owner and workers are friendly everytime, no hassle.

Very tasty food, quick & polite service, clean establishment. Good prices too.They alo quickly invented a vegetarian version of one of their dishes upon request.

Decided to come here on a whim since my go to spot in the TL was closed today and I'm so glad I chose this place. The interior is nice, I like the renovations they did it adds a lot of lightening to the dining area. I got the sate hu tieu bo which is their sate beef noodle soup and it came with some basil. Super yummy I was full not even halfway into the bowl so to say they're generous with their portions is definitely an understatement. Can't wait to come back and try their banh khot. Oo also 5stars for service they were super fast and very kind

We were in the tenderloin area and wanted to have some pho and came across this restaurant. we decided to give it a try. It's spacious and clean very bright. The staff was friendly. We ordered our typical beef and chicken broth was tasty. Not too salty portion size was decent overall a good experience.

Located in the tenderloin, I'm on a journey to find the best chicken pho. This spot's broth got me nodding my head. The vibe was specious and the service was quick. Hoping more people would try this place out. This place was a yummy hole in the wall, I ordered the chicken pho for only $13.50. Chopped it up with the owner and got to hear more about their spot. They opened up a little before the pandemic and it's been tough for them, but they're still here! If they could keep one item on their menu, it would be the Combo Pho (Dac Biet). The resilience of tenderloin and the merchants working there is deep. Come support local businesses and taste good food at a more than affordable price. Check 'em out!

Had the pho ga here and honestly it tasted so bland. I almost felt like there was no salt or anything.It was really not that cheap either so I didn't feel there was any selling point of this place. We walked in during dinner time and I think we were the only ones there.With the options around, I really don't think I'll ever be back

I was craving a bowl of Pho Ga and wanted a place to dine in, so Larkin Restaurant was perfect. There's ample seating, and plenty of people were dining in on a weekday around lunch. The waiter was incredibly kind, and my food was out within 10 minutes. It was some of the best chicken broth I've had! The restaurant is also very clean and perfect for solo dining. One thing to note is that they accept credit cards (unlike some Vietnamese restaurants in the area) but not American Express.

My mom and I went to eat here to warm ourselves up on a cold weather day. The Banh Khot appetizer was crispy and pairing them with veggies then dipping them into the fish sauce made this dish overall pretty tasty. Although, it was a bit too oily. If this appetizer was less oily, then it would have been a solid dish. Both bowls of pho had great, soft noodle texture and had a good amount of meat. However, both beef and chicken pho broth tasted bland. In my opinion, since I have had better pho at other restaurants before, I wouldn't come back here again.

Small menu, standard Vietnamese fare which you can find them at any Vietnamese restaurants everywhere.Prices were affordable, portions were generous, flavors were a bit bland.There are many other Vietnamese restaurants in the area that I enjoyed More than this place.

Best pho in SF hands down. So happy to have found it. Authentic and perfect. The rolls are bomb too. Omg it's my favorite place and I love Tommy who works there he's fantastic. So so so so happy here!!!!
